Just got an oil change and tire rotation here. It was quick and easy and the lady in the front office was really nice and helpful. The price was a little above average but well worth it.

First time going to Olympic Tires, went because my car was shaking when braking. They replaced my brakes and turned my rotors and the problem was solved just like the mechanic there had said. The work was done fast and very affordable. The mechanics there were also very professional and friendly. Will definitely recommend others to Olympic Tires.Thank you

GYM TIME AND OIL CHANGE: A PRODUCTIVE DAY AT THE AUTO SHOPI called for a synthetic oil change for a full-size sedan car and was surprised by the affordable prices compared to branded places.I learned about this place when I witnessed a car accident in front of it. Unless you frequent this area or are recommended, you may not notice it's here even though it's on the main street. This is a tire and auto repair shop. This review reflects the oil change experience.While they didn't offer top-off liquids, the service was swift and same-day, even giving me a chance to hit the gym. The customer service was good, though they didn't recommend changing the air filter. Makes me wonder do I always need a change or was I just in the habit of getting it changed or did Olympic tires falter.Overall, a positive experience, and I'll be back for another try.I'll inquire more the next time. All of those cars were once just a dream in somebody s head. ~ Peter Gabriel

Had a nail on the tire, went in to get it fixed which they did; however, they did not instal the tire back on the rim properly, so by the time I got home I had a flat again

They re really nice people and they do good jobAnd honest, I have problems with alignment and they recommend camber kit which works really goodAlso, the mechanic is experiencedDefinitely, I will come again

This place is awesome they handle all of the work vehicles at my job and do a great job in and out quick work, the office staff and mechanics are all approachable and polite even took my personal car for some much needed work and they helped me out with a good payment plan for it too!

Great service, I messed up my car and they just fixed it no questions asked.. the Prices ware generous. Estimates are very accurate. Thanks guys for getting me oit of a Jam.

I called Olympic Tires because I needed a front end alignment, they quoted $60 and I was delighted. No appointment needed so I came right down. Pepboys quoted $100 and Firestone quoted $93. I choose Olympic of course. Great people. Great service. I m extremely happy I decided to look more for alignments on line. Especially on a Sunday. So pleased. Thank you Jesus for leading me here.After reading the reviews here before me I d like to add that maybe the people who gave only one star had an attitude because of their attitude when dealing and asking for help. Just knowing how people are many times when I dealt with customers as a waitress it seems like those customers that I waited on that were grumpy or in a bad mood would some how rub me the wrong way which in return may have cause me to be defensive and created for themselves an atmosphere for attitudes to flare up.People can t always be so friendly with people who are already in a bad mood. So I feel I can say with all honesty that I wouldn t pay attention to the befit I ve feed back here. I thought they were great people.

Worst customer service I ve experienced. Did my alignment there in January and was told I had a 3 month warranty. Went back one month later because the car kept pulling to the right and was told the mechanic wasn t coming in and I could either wait for him to maybe show up (had been calling for three days and mechanic had not showed) or I could get half of what I paid for the alignment. After I insisted I either wanted a refund or to use my warranty and have the alignment done again, the woman at the front desk was extremely rude. I only got my money back after I kept insisting and decided to take my car somewhere else. Definitely will not be having business with them again.

Great people, fast service. I had a flat tire. I m happy with the work. Only thing I recommend is they get the Tesla pads to lift a Tesla car. Luckily I carry mine around. Thanks guys.

I have no idea how this place has more than one star. Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I ve ever had. The employees treat their customers like trash. One of the employees took my car out for a cruise and didn t come back for 15 minutes. When the employee finally arrived back on the property with my vehicle, he began to have a full conversation with another customer while still sitting in my car. Keep in mind this customer he was talking too was leaning against my car the whole entire time. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSE WHERE!!!

The Best Place in Town for all your Tires & Alignment needs. Wonderful Customer Service Friendly Staff. They even open late 8pm but we recommend to go at least 1hr before closing to give time incase they have a full house.

Definitely my go to spot for any car repairs. Straight to the point and no bs about any upsales. I've had two major car repairs and so far they've done a wonderful job. I totally recommend this place.

This was my to go spot. I had purchase a use tire in which I did not see them check before putting on the car. Drove my car to my house had not move it within 2 days and had a flat tire. Took it back and they said they didn't sell it to me that way and charge me to fix it. I have been going yo this tire shop for years and told others to go. Not anymore. Hern�ndez tire shop Gere I come.

This place is the go to shop for your vechile getting quality work done with prices that are reasonable. The vibe is good and the staff is friendly there to help. Five s hands down! Thanks for taking good care of my car and providing quality service

Horrible service the lady who works in the front desk has a nasty attitude, kept cursing while we were speaking on the phone and actually told me wife that they could meet up and handle it , how ghetto and unprofessional, they fixed my car and still didn't fix what this issue and still need to pay more labor which I find unfortunate when the issue could have been fixed was overall mechanics are dope but the lady at the front desk nasty and Horrible customer service, wasted my money wish I took it to my regular mechanic, I will be calling DOT don't go here Horrible service.

My front tire had a flat on a Saturday night. I checked around to see who was open on Sunday. I saw Olympic Tires was open on Sunday and called to see if I could direct my tow truck driver there.Luckily for me it was quiet on Sunday morning so they took my car in right away. They plugged the tire and I asked them the cost to rotate tires and balance and they told me $50 to do it all. $10 for a tire plug - can't beat that with a stick or a nail in my case. Everyone was nice from the technician to the front-office lady.They took my debit card although I think you aren't taxed if you pay cash. I would recommend these guys any day!

Very rude customer service, received a very high price on a used tire(higher than a new one) and she said I know everything, your not finding one cheaper than that this is one of those customer is never right places. These people aren t worth a food stamp.

All the simple maintenance you need from oil change ,tire rotation ,battery check and my suspension was installed same day (I brought the shocks they did the labour )pretty much I get everything done here for my car all in all it's a great shop to stop by in case you need car maintenance family owned I trust that a little more than corpo nothing bad has happened my car is running as smooth as ever a place I can trust something I value highly ,the ladies at the desk are always pleasant and willing to help you get the best out of your visit . No dealership for me. Olympic is the spot !

Knowledgeable sales person, not pushy and honest. Complete contrast of the other main st tire shops. Needed two used tires for my lease car that is due to be returned in July and did not want to spend extra $.Will recommend to family

I paid them to change my oil and oil filter, and they robbed me.I bought my own oil and they "used it" but never gave the rest back. I bought my own filters and they kept them and didn't bother changing them.I was going to go change it today pero mi suegro changed my filter instead and said it has not been changed in 1-2 years.NEVER going here again.Pinches ladrones

Terrible service and overpriced. I called to have all 5 of my tires replaced and was ok to pay their high prices. I had confirmed size, quantity of tires to be replaced and they told me as long as I came in before 7:45 they would help me. I got there way before that and they did not help me so I loaded the new tires and drove there for nothing.
