Outstanding service, hassle free returns, competitive prices, but, what kills this place is they often get you the wrong parts for your car when you order them. How do they get the wrong parts so often? Is it their inventory system, supplier? In the end it is very inconvenient for the customer to buy parts that don't belong to your car when you really need the right parts on the first try...

I can t believe how amazing Edwin was. The best customer service I have ever received from an individual!! He helped me find out what was wrong with my battery, and even offered to install it for me. A great worker ! Good job oh Reilly on hiring such a good person !! WE LOVE EDWIN !!!

It says free installation on wiper blade and no one did do it . My husband waited and waited in line even being cut off by other customers. He returned the wiper blade . Never to come back here ever again . For me it s my second bad experience.

Christian helped me today. The dealership that did work on my car made suggestions for things that need to be replaced and Christian helped with those things in a snap. He made sure I got what I needed and even showed me how to make the replacements and it was so fast. Wonderful help!

Went into this store at 11 am today. There was at least 7 people waiting in line. No one at the register and the phone ringing over and over. Drove .5 miles to Auto zone was helped immediately and plenty of staff.

O'Reilly Auto Parts has the parts I need in stock most of the time. The parts pros. help me out with the hard to find parts for the classic cars that I work on. Mo knows how to research and locate almost anything you may need.... That's a huge help when no one else even knows what I'm looking for..... He has years of auto repair parts experience. Great customer service !

I went to the O'Reilly auto parts on South Santa Fe to purchase a new battery for my 2014 Mazda 6 I-Touring. I dealt with Anna at the store and also a couple times on the phone when I got home. I really don't believe I could have dealt with a better or nore helpful employee. Thank You Anna for all your help, dealing with you at the store nade everything much more pleasant and easy to deal with, thanks again. I recommend Anna to anyine who goes to O'Reilly Auto parts for help....

I have been buying auto parts from O'Reilly's since somewhere around 1998 when they were Kragen. They stock a decent selection of parts, and what they don't have in stock they can usually have within a day. The counter employees that have helped me have typically been fairly knowledgeable and friendly. Their prices for most things are generally competitive, and they do have a good return policy. They do loan out some of the specialty tooling with a deposit. There are of course some things that they might not have that you will need to find online like parts for older Volvos.

They seem to have a great selection of products inside of the store as I find what I need every time. Not the friendliest. But they get ya in and out quick.

Today I was parked on the street right in front of O'Riellys auto parts store. A company whose is business it is to help you with repairing your vehicle.My opinion is, they are in the wrong business !!!My car battery went dead and I needed a jump. They couldnt be bothered. My car was fifty feet from their front door. A patron of theirs was pretty insulted by their lack of action as well.Looks like I will be purchasing my new battery from Wal Mart. Probably save myself some money that way too.

Bought a couple of things and the cashier forgot to give me a receipt. Luckily the guys at another store were able to verify my return. Other than that prices were decent.

Good local auto parts store, I prefer it to auto zone. Staff is always helpful and most of the time they have what I'm looking for.

On my personal opinion I like this place they have good prices and the stuff is real professional and they try to help you as much as possible I highly recommend this place

They are helpful but they cannot compete with places like Autozone. I usually buy engine oil and filter in this place.
