If you re looking for a place to trust your car to I wouldn t go here.(pictures included) What I thought was a great job turned out to be the worst. Had some subwoofers installed in my car and they added some wiring you know the basic. Paid over $1,000. A little over a year later I come finding out that they ran the cable thru my fire wall along with my harness which it didn t seal flush anymore there so water was leaking into my passenger side of the car for months without me knowing. After trying to find the mysterious leak it took me a couple months and the replacement of my cars ECU to be able to see that they ran it where they shouldn t have. These guys say they have years of experience if they really do they should have known better, not to run the cables where it needs to be water tight.

Had them tint my 2000 Camry, four doors and rear window. It's been over a year now and all the windows are still perfect. Great job, great price.

Gotta post this in 2 places so nobody else gets duped.Took my car here to get windows tinted on my brand new 2022 truck. Not only did they leave my truck filthy from all the lubrication they used to install the film but I had to bring it back for a hair that got between the film and window on the driver window... understandable as long as they fix it. They say to bring it back the next morning to get it fixed and yes they replaced the tint but looks like they cut the film too small. Instead of replacing the piece off their mistake they literally took a SHARPIE to my window to color it in, I'm guessing hoping that I wouldn't notice! What kind of work is that??? On top of that they give insane lead times for tint, like 6 hours. So I'm sitting here in the lobby waiting for them to fix this sharpie tint purposeful mess up and the only thing I can do is wait another hour for them to fix it, again... this time hopefully with no hairs or sharpie. I would not bring any additional car here in the future, I'd rather pay more at an more reputable tint shop. This is the 3rd car I've brought to them and will be the last.

When I called to make a appointment the guy had a attitude in the phone , I show up to appointment and he acts like he doesn t know of our arrangements and had a attitude again smh lol I ll never consider this place again !

Went to the oceanside location to get my windshield tinted and don t get me wrong the tint came out good but they ruined my automatic seats on my passenger side it stopped moving back and when they looked at it they made it worst by taking bolts out of the bracket and they told me it ll be another charge for them to fix my seat but there was no problem with it prior taking my car there. BE BEWARE of taking your cars here they might fix something and something else would be wrong with your car to get you to come back to charge you more money. they re money hungry

Best prices and service in town! These guys went above and beyond to install a quality sound system into one of our vehicles. We have gone back and have recommended many of our friends here for window tinting as well. Simple the best!

DO NOT GO HERE FOR INTERLOCK INSTALLATION OR RECALIBRATION. They refused to honor my installation appointment, handed me the boxed interlock system and said I can go somewhere else. Tried to say they don't remember me calling to reschedule even though I had the confirmation email. Got the day off to get this done. It's also very time sensitive to have it installed as the courts are involved. They even turned away someone else with a recalibration appointment while I was there. Now I'm told by the interlock customer service department that they should not have given me the interlock box as it now may compromise the entire process. Shady joke of an establishment. If only negative stars was possible.

Went to the other location on Santa Fe first but they were moving stuff around and sent us to this location. Was told it would take 2-3 hours and they would call when finished. We ended up just going back after 2� hours and my car was done, but there was no phone call. The only thing the guy behind the counter said when we walked in was "cash or card." He stapled the receipt to the original order and said nothing else. I asked him if there is anything I need to do or not do, and after staring at me blankly for a bit finally said "don't roll your windows down for 3 days." If I had to do it over again I'd go somewhere else.

I've been going here for about 3 years and the window tinting material keeps getting better. I took my Toyota Camry and got a reasonable price with different tint shades and tint materials. They hand-cut, so you're essentially getting a job that is especially custom to your car. Every single time. Alex helped me out and I'll be taking my Highlander in two weeks.

Verbal quote not honored plus dirty interior. Was told front window would be included but it wasn't. Then I was told it was $100 extra! For a 5" strip across the front window!!! My white leather seats were all smudged as were the door panels. You'd think they would cover the seats and respect the customer s property. Car was left at 9am and wasn't finished until 5pm.

I highly recommend North County Window Tinting best prices in town! This place does it all I was surprised to learn they install music systems and tint car windows. The employees were eager to help and friendly when I had questions of what best tint would be for my car. I was in and out within an hour. I very happy in how professional and fast the job was done. I will definitely be returning to get my other cars tinted and modified.

Highly recommend! They guarantee their work! We have all of our cars here for window tint and my husband's 2007 tundra still has the tint from 2007 on it from this place and still in excellent condition; no issues at all! Pur mini van and our daughters car were also tinted here! Great prices and service!

These guys try to charge $200 for a back window of my sedan and did not respect the remaining warranty did not even check the system. over the phone they lied that it was covered but the guy behind the desk asked and gave him random high price. you lost my business.

I made an appointment at 6:00 a.m. waited there for about 20 minutes nobody showed up got a phone call maybe around 6:40 was asked to go back when I went to pick up my car my window defroster cable was broken no mention of it till I noticed it and I mention it to them I am being asked to pay extra for the vinyl piece that was added on my window even though the original install included it and was covered by warranty I feel like I have to keep going back-and-forth back-and-forth with them that is not good customer service. Cannot get a straight answer from anyone at this business. Nobody seemed to want to step up and make it right. Will not be going back to get tint or defroster fixed. That's how much i want to avoid dealing with them. The run around made me dizzy.

Got one of my impalas done here. Three years later the tint is still like new. These guys are awesome! Planning on taking a new vehicle I purchased here to get tint and dvds installed for my children. Trust worthy honest family business.

Got my new Corolla done a couple weeks ago weren't with the dark ceramic tint. Took them about 2-3 hours and it came out flawless. Highly recommend these fellas.

If I can give them a -5, i would.I will never let these guys touch my car again. I had them replace my headlights on my 2014 altima and they did not do there job.

Mysterio sounded better before I took it there. My door panels where not secured right, and the speaker covers in the back dash we're not even mounted with screws. Took it back to have them fixed just a door panels. But now I just found out that the back dash wasn't even mounted right either. Now I gotta go get it a whole new stereo system and I'm not going back to that place

Made an appointment for Noon 2 days ago. Paid deposit. Said it will take 2 hours.It has been 33 minutes and they have not started. I am not pleased I Hope the tint is well done.
