Made an appointment for my first service on new truck after receiving an email that I may be due for service. That along with the appointment process was easy. I don t like the fact that when you call all you get is voicemail, and that with a 7am appointment I had to call after 330pm to see if it was even done. Not enjoyable to be without a vehicle for a whole day for a simple oil change and rotate. The service reps were great!

Andrew Geisler was awesome, he was the only service advisor when I got there at 7am and it was a line of about 8 people. He took care off all of us without looking stressed because I know for sure it would have been stressful attending to 8 people at 7am and drive their cars to the back and check them in. Thanks Andrew and continue to be awesome.

My wife took in my f250 for a 10:00am scheduled oil change and was told that it would be ready sometime after 2:00pm. That was not something my wife was willing to do due to other important appointments she had already committed to. Fortunately, the service advisor was able to make some arrangements and got the truck to my wife at 12:00pm. I really appreciate the customer service displayed on this day. Thank you.

Easy to make appointment. Work request extended beyond expectations due to repair complications and impacted costs along with expected time of repair. Service manager was very helpful and provided a loaner car until repairs were complete.

The initial pick up of my vehicle 8am for scheduled appointment was great.Once the car arrive to North County ford, I had to initiate call 3 times as to the status. Nick the service person never called to check in with me.Someone named James did try to call back around 1:05pm which I missed his call.At 4pm , I had to call and find out when my vehicle would be returned to me as part of the service. The service girl attendant couldn't tell me when my car would be brought back.They finally sent an Uber to come get me to go pick up my car.Hmmm...not good communication from the service team

North County Ford Service is far superior to their peers. I recently switched from another dealership where I purchased my car and couldn't be happier. Beyond my vehicle service, I was impressed with their communication, cleanliness, customer service.

I had one of my favorite services from a Ford dealership ever. I was scheduled for a routine visit and got a phone call offering to do a free mobile service visit.The provider who came out was excellent he was on time neat and clean, took care of everything and when he was done, I couldn t have been happier.my neighbors were all shocked and surprised that I was having a mobile service and all wanted to know where they came from even though the sign was on the truck they still asked.I will definitely be calling for service there again. Thank you so much for calling with this offer. They also provide a pick up your vehicle do the service and bring it back to you service if you need that or want that which is another awesome thing to do. By the way, did I say it was free to have them come out? Yes, it was free.Thank you again

Overall service was good but communication was lacking. I had my initial call with the service advisor and he informed me he would let me know in the afternoon what was going on. I had to call 1 hr before closing just to be told my car was ready.

I received a coupon in the mail in for an oil change and something called the Works. I took my car in on Friday, March 22. The air conditioner wasn t working and there was a light on on the dashboard. They told me they could not have it done on Friday because it needed a switch ordered. Apparently the switch was the part that had the parking light indicator going on. The air conditioner needed Freon.I was told I could pick up my car on the 26th or 27th of March and bring it back once the switch was received. I didn t want to have to go back so at that point I said I would leave it up on the Friday before Easter. Hoping to switch would be received by then.I called on Monday, April 1 and was told my car would be ready that day but it wasn t. I called on Tuesday, April 2 and was told my car would be ready that day but it wasn t. I called on Wednesday, April 3, and never got a callback. I called on Thursday, April 4 and was told I could pick up my car. However, there was a part that needed to be ordered so I would have to bring it back. The switch did not take care of the problem so they would need to order a body control module.I wrote a review on yelp that was not flattering. I find it interesting that after I wrote a yelp review, all of a sudden my I needed a new part that they hadn t told me about before. They had my car for nine days and when I picked it up, it had bird poop all down the side of it.

Had a lot of front suspension, steering and brake work done. There was a communication issue with the original estimate and what I wanted done but it wasn t an issue as it was resolved to both our satisfaction and in my opinion great customer service. I have purchased 4 vehicles (new and used) from North County Ford in the past 25 years and from sales to service their performance has always been top notch.

Great service department!! I came in to get an oil change in the morning but they were booked and I this was my only available day. James got me an appointment with their mobile service truck. Mobile tech was fast, friendly and did a great job!

All service personnel I had contact with were knowledgeable and professional. Service was excellent and completed in a timely manner. Andrew is a great service advisor. He kept me informed and helped get my Expedition delivered to my home after the repair was done.

I purchased a non-Ford used 2020 car from North County Ford. They were kind enough to include their Ford Blue Advantage - Blue Certified Limited Warranty (3 months or 4,000 Miles). I dealt with Juan Martinez. Juan is their Internet Sales Manager and very helpful & friendly. So when the subject car experienced problems starting, (had to be jump started 4 times in two weeks), I went back to speak with Juan. He set me up with the service department, where I spoke with Nick Rodriguez. I could see they were very busy but Nick scheduled me in and I now have a new battery through the warranty and the car is functioning properly. With such great service and commitment to a non-Ford customer, I'm sure their Ford customers are well taken care of...

Hats off to German! He did a fantastic job at fitting my car in for service. We were concerned it was going to be a larger service request than expected and was looking at a 2 week wait period. German was able to fit us in same day. Turns out it was just a transmission control module that needed replacement which was done the same day and we got an oil change in as-well. Thank you!

Showed up to schedule an appointment on a Tuesday. Set for 730am Wednesday. No one was in until 8am, they got to me at 830am and informed me they were too busy. Had also put wrong information in for my vehicle.So we reschedule for the next day. Ford team calls me 3 times to adjust from 1pm to 8am to 2pm to 730am. No one shows up, received a call at 4pm stating they don t have the part to fix the recall.Claimed they would call in 3 days. Called me over 45 days later. Gave them 2 stars because they did actually call to schedule it.

Our service writer Jim was fantastic. Chasing electrical issues is never fun, but Jim was exceptionally professional and treated our Bronco like it was his own. He was able to get the techs to check everything until they found the issue. Been driving around in all this rain with no issues. Thank you Jim and North County Ford for exceptional customer service. All recall work requested was performed but it took 5 working days. The emissions recall required a new squirt of engine firmware. No one at the dealership told me that I needed to drive the truck at least 200 miles before I took it to a smog test. I failed the smog test. Now I m unnecessarily out another $45. They did improve the Ford death wobble in my F450 but it still wobbles. Can you imagine paying over $80K for a truck that has a front end wobble? The joke is on me.

I was extremely pleased with the help and service. Nick was calm and patient, even with multiple things going on around him while helping me. He called me back when he said he would, and even brought my car around immediately when I had left something in it after dropping it off 30 minutes earlier. Much appreciated to all.

I went in for some recall vehicle maintenance. The process to schedule the service and check in was seamless. Of course I wasn't charged for the work, but they were professional and even offered to drive me back to work and pick me up when the maintenance was finished. Highly recommended! The team at NCF is the sh...well I'll just say they're pretty awesome

My recent visit to North County Ford s service department for a scheduled ONE TIRE tire replacement left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated. Despite being promised a two-hour time window for the job, the actual duration stretched to over four hours, significantly inconveniencing me.Upon arriving at North County Ford for my scheduled appointment, I was assured by the service staff that the tire replacement would be completed within two hours. However, as the time dragged on, it became evident that this promise was not going to be upheld. The lack of adherence to the agreed-upon timeframe was disappointing and incongruent with the professionalism one expects from a reputable service department.What compounded the frustration was the absence of proactive communication from the service team regarding the delay. Throughout the prolonged wait, there were no updates provided on the status of the tire replacement, leaving me feeling neglected and uninformed about the progress of my vehicle s service.As a customer, I value punctuality and transparency when it comes to service appointments, especially when scheduling around other commitments. The failure of North County Ford s service department to meet the promised time window and lack of communication during the delay significantly tarnished my experience.In conclusion, my visit to North County Ford s service department fell short of expectations. I urge them to review their scheduling and communication practices to ensure that future customers do not encounter similar frustrations.

Customer service is the worst! They said 3 to 5 days. I called on day 4 and the service rep was rude and apparently angry that I called for status. After 8 working days,and still no status report,I called again.very disappointed with the lack of any update at all! Estimate to replace transmission was a little high,but not a deal breaker. The customer service is the worst ever. I purchased 4 new vehicles from Dixon Ford, and service department was always nice! I purchased my van at Encinitas Ford,and working with "duke" in service has been perfect, with updates and a very professional manner. I came to North county Ford because it is so close to my home. I trusted you and you let me down! Very unprofessional,to the point of being rude. I will not be returning. I had to pay for rental car 9 days, when I was promised it would be 3 to 5 days. No apologies at all.I am very disappointed. And will post bad reviews every chance I get. Customer service is rude! You let me down. I do not trust North county Ford "at all!"

Unfortunately I usually don t have a good experience at North County Ford. This time i was told they needed the vehicle for 4 hours. I dropped it off and said I needed to pick it up during my lunch break, 5 hours later. I showed up and was told the tech was out to lunch and the car wasn t ready. I wasn t told you needed to pick it up now. The car had a disintegrated hybrid plug in cord and needed a replacement tire mobility kit. I asked them to just give me the kit and research what happened to the cord after I leave. Nick was helping me and he disappeared in the back. I asked another front desk person to check on him since I just needed to pay for whatever and take the car. Nick finally came back and said they won t cover a cord replacement (although the issue was the cord, no damage to my car or the outlet) and the went ahead and installed the tire kit and reset the timer. That was what I asked for but I needed them to just have the ready, and instead of hearing that I needed to go they decided to do the work. Which made me late for work. Sadly, that has been my experience every time I have brought my car there.
