I regret to inform you that my experience with your establishment was less than satisfactory. There was a distinct lack of communication, and I had to persistently request updates on the status of my vehicle. Furthermore, when information was provided, it was often inaccurate.I initially brought my vehicle in for a diagnostic evaluation due to it going into limp mode. However, instead of conducting a thorough investigation, I was given vague explanations and recommendations. Specifically, I was advised that a valve adjustment might resolve the issue. However, before authorizing any additional services, I requested that they rule out the possibility of a minor issue, such as a dirty sensor.To my surprise, I received a text message indicating that the valve adjustment had been performed. Upon contacting them to clarify, they promptly acknowledged that it was an error and that the adjustment had not been carried out.Subsequently, they suggested that the problem might be faulty fuel injectors and provided a quote of approximately $3,200 for the repair. Given the uncertainty surrounding the diagnosis, I decided to seek a second opinion from another repair facility.Upon retrieving my vehicle, I was informed that the initial quote for the fuel injector replacement was incorrect, and a revised quote of approximately $1,700 was provided. Despite this adjustment, I proceeded to have the fuel injectors replaced at an alternative repair shop.Regrettably, even after replacing the fuel injectors, the issue persisted. It was eventually determined that the root cause was faulty spark plugs, resulting in my vehicle being out of service for an extended period of three weeks.In light of these circumstances, I am compelled to express my dissatisfaction with the level of expertise demonstrated by your mechanics. It appears that their primary focus is on maximizing revenue rather than providing accurate diagnostics and effective repairs.

I took my 2023 CR-V here for an oil change and standard service and it went great. They were busy, but it still went quicker than expected and all of the staff were extremely kind and accommodating. Sal also gave me a quick tour of where I could sit to work while I waited for my car. They had water, coffee, snacks, free wifi and plenty of available outlets for my laptop. 10/10, will come back here for my next car service!

I just also want to make it known that i paid for your repel shield protection with guaranteed replacement but 2 months later im paying you $2,200 for a new windshield. You guys lost all stars the first time you had me in for a service !! No communication whatsoever. I came in on a Sunday and the sales person was extremely rude to me and all I did was ask a question. You got it Honda. We will never finance or buy another car from you and we WILL spread the word. The sad part is, most of the people here are great people! HOW DARE YOU allow YOUR sales team to be rude to me ! Sales has to do services job because you can't communicate! But those guys are on their phones when I drop my car off.

Setting up an appointment WITH A ACTUAL PERSON was so easy. The rep who assisted me was so pleasant over the phone. The staff were all so kind and helpful. You even get a text with a link that directs you with a list of what maintenance your car needs with even photos! I can tell the reps love their job and want to help you to come in and get your car fixed.After COVID I know things have gotten rough at a lot of dealerships being short staffed but not at Honda Vista it was a nice surprise!

Walked in just to get pricing on oil change and tire rotation and Jessica helped us. We were really surprised with pricing and decided just to get it done. She came back to us with a few other recommended things and again we felt confident she wasn t just trying to make us do unnecessary work. We ended up getting more stuff done but it didn t feel pressured or stressful like other shops. I m happy I went in and feel good knowing my crv is going to run great and be safe. Thanks Jessica.

Upon my arrival I was greeted by Jessica with friendly hospitality and professional service. Jessica arranged for my transport to and from my home, called me keeping me informed of my car s condition until a resolution was reached and even fixed the small scratch my car sustained on the freeway from a flying trash can. I will happily return for any future services.

Shopped around for a 2023 Civic Touring Sedan for a good amount of time. With the scarce supply of the vehicle, every dealer I called or visited had dealer add-ons (basically mark-ups). I have to admit, I am glad that TOMMY TOZZI contacted me regarding my interest in this model and trim level. While other dealers were waiting for inventory to arrive, Tommy was actively trying to find what I wanted or was possibly interested in. He came though, not only with the car my wife liked, he was able to get my purchase price lower than ALL the others by a lot. On top of that, the dealer add-ons here, were actually better than what the add-ons were at other dealers. All around, Tommy understood what we valued and ultimately had the absolute best deal for a car he procured with better add-ons. He definitely earned our business on this car. I can comfortably say Tommy will earn your business too if you give him the opportunity. No games. Just gets you into the car you want for a price better than the competition. Great Job. Good for oil change. They provide free Uber to and from appointment. Good waiting area.Bad at details. Wrote everything wrong about details, changed their own result of inspection in 10mins creating uncertainty. Can you trust them? Highly unlikely.

Honestly the universe aligned for me as cheeky as it is to say but that s what happened. I was 10 minutes away from buying a used car at a different dealership and as I was doing last minute scrolling, I found exactly what I was looking for and it was new on the showroom floor at Reeves!Bob the sales man and Tommy the finance manager took the best care in me and honestly was invested in my first new car buying experience rather than it being a buy this car and get out asap . 10/10 for everyone that helped me!Also the largest Honda dealership in souther California I believe so they will have or will get anything you need!!

I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to spend two hours getting my new car serviced. It was an oil change plus a minor computer update. Lots of room in the waiting area. Several TVs playing local news. Snacks and coffee available. Also, I must say that they requested the car for most of the day and I said I was too far away to get my wife to pick me up. They were able to accommodate me and get the car done in two hours as promised. After 60 years of driving and owning 40 or so cars This dealer made buying and servicing unusually easy and pleasant!Service: Oil change

Wish I could give more than 5 stars - Simply fantastic service by Honda of Vista! We will now be having our Honda serviced here instead of the branch closer to our home. I find Honda cars have gone down in quality due to the issues with the air conditioning but Honda Vista has redeemed the Honda name. The other branch wouldn't even return our calls and couldn't be bothered to inform when parts needed for the air conditioning were available.

My Civic was attacked by a concrete parking lot bumper with a steal post sticking out of the ground. Minor damage - minor repair cost. They were able to take care of it quickly and get me back on the road. Thank you.

The check in process is not clear. I walked in as I usually would to check in with someone at a desk. Instead I was rudely ushered back out to my car where I waited for 15 minutes past my appointment time after I was already 10 minutes early. Then they proceeded to quote me an hour and 45 minutes for an oil change unacceptable. As soon as I sat down to wait, I received a text from Izzy from norm reeves requesting to purchase my car off me. This was the worst experience I ve had in 4 years at this Honda and NEVER will I be returning. The service manager needs to be put in his place.

Service advisor was awesome! Work done in the time promised. Diagnostics were explained and I felt confident that the maintenance done on the car was needed and priced fairly. I just moved to this area and this dealership is where I will be taking my car during its long life! Said I could pick the car up at 3:30 pm, wasn't ready until 5:10pm. Didn't give the car a quick wash like many other dealers do. Let a grease mark on the hatch I had to clean up myself.

I just had an oil change, so it was quick, but the service was great. You have done a great job of training your staff to be friendly.I work with some of the largest call centers in the world and have noticed that people can change with proper training. Call center staff are always super friendly and polite even when not on the phones. Enjoying being nice is contagious. Once staff gets used to it, they like it. They find it more relaxing than being grouchy like the rest of us.So keep up the good work. We need more companies to do this, especially "these days".Thanks, John ElliottService: Tires

Jesse is awesome! I was hesitant on getting my car getting repaired in Honda. But jesse made me feel welcomed and I just felt confident with the way he helped me out. I brought my Honda Odyssey in for an oil change service. This was my first visit to this dealership. Staff was friendly and efficient and my vehicle was ready when promised. The waiting area facility is bright, modern, and very pleasant. My only concern is that the service tech said the vehicle needed a transmission and brake fluid flush, which was very odd given I had just had it done 6 months earlier at my very reputable independent shop. This is the 2nd Honda dealership that told me the same thing a couple of years ago when the transmission had also just been serviced!

I took my '23 Honda Accord to Norm Reeves Honda in Vista for a safety belt recall inspection although the car was obtained from a competing dealership. Service staff @ NRH was cordial and the process quick and hassle-free. I plan on returning to them for future service needs.

Don't go to this service department. I brought my car in for a recall correction was told that it would take all day when I saw on line that it was a 2 hour procedure. Was told the car would be ready at 3:00. It wasnt, Was then told it would be ready at 4:00 it wasnt. Then at 5:00 it wasnt and my service manager had gone home. Then was told it would be ready at 5:30 it wasnt. Finally they told me it has to ready by 6:00 because that's when they close. I told them just to keep the car and I would get it tomorrow. They had wasted my entire day...so let them keep the car because they probably would have told me the same at 6:00. Stay away from this service Dept...very lazy and deceptive.
