I had two Mistubishi 3000GT's worked on here back in 2008-2011. These cars were show cars, and I've been competing since 2006. Armando Sr, the owner at the time, was also a car guy, who competed at car shows with his classic cars. Before we started any work on my cars, I was given a tour, and met several of the staff. Their attention to detail was top notch, and fast forward to now, in 2022, the cars still look great. I still take my cars to car shows, and am diligent about maintaining them (no car wash, I hand wash my cars). During the repairs and paint process, I was kept apprised of their progress, and any hiccups. I could stop by anytime to check on the cars, and was always welcomed. I retired from the Navy in 2011, and moved to Dallas, TX. I stay in touch with this shop because they feel like family. Armando Jr and his sister run the shop, since Armando Sr and his brother have retired. I have referred friends to the shop, because I trust their expertise. I still own both cars that they worked on, and still take them to car shows. I encourage anyone to take their vehicles there for their paint and body needs, and have full confidence in this established family owned shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Last month I took my 2014 Chevrolet Malibu into Nice & Easy and Armando Jr. was very helpful throughout the process. Although my insurance deemed my vehicle a total loss, Armando Jr. was extremely helpful. He explained the entire process to me and helped make the process as smooth as possible. I truly appreciate the professionalism and communication skills Armando Jr. has.10/10 would recommend Nice & Easy.

I can't thank this shop enough.Not only did they take on the project that was turned down by another shop BUT they went above and beyond to work with me and stay in communication with my vehicle. I was reassured through the whole process and everybody was very kind. Towards the end it got a bit rough with their staffing, but that's the unfortunate part about everywhere. Nonetheless, they still did a great job repairing my vehicle and doing what others couldn't.Not to mention they can take contact less forms of payment which came in clutch when I forgot my card but had my phone!!I hope more people will look into this shop's volume of work and see why. I do hope they are able to get more staffing soon. I know a lot of projects are behind but this is why. They even offered to detail my car for me as a courtesy and due to my time constraints I couldn't but I still think that's great!

Read carefully before you bring you car I took my car since October 16 until now don't have day to be ready the being changed the day or the don't give a day soo foor to be professional I will not recommend this place you guys keep changing the day very Bad comunications I have to call my lnsurance company to ask for HelpRegardless my last conversation whit Alex over the phone since the keepi chang the day and said let me explain to you and Spanish for you tounderstand already summit one case whit Geico insurance I think what he said is no professional he said let me call you back and he never call me no body call me back until today December 21,2023Regardless you respond is no true the never explain nothing today still is no day the my car will be ready.Since Octeber 16

These guys did an awesome job on the repairs and made the insurance process in regards to repairs easy. I was working with Alex and he did an amazing job with my constant phone calls. These guys are super professional and will work with you to make the whole process as stress free as possible. I had such a positive experience with Nice and Easy collision center. The staff did an excellent job repairing my 2015 Toyota Camry after being so upset with my son who was involved in a rear-end collision. It can be so frustrating and stressful when your car gets damaged, but it's wonderful to know that Nice and Easy was able to make the whole process dare I say Nice & easy! But really the process was stress-free. I was greatful to see that they were able to repair the car headlights, hood, and grill so effectively that you can't even tell there was ever any damage. It's a testament to the staffs skill and attention to detail. The fact that your car looks perfect after the repair is a true testament to the quality of their work. Overall, I found this family business Nice and Easy collision center as a reliable and trustworthy choice for anyone in need of collision repair services. If you or anyone you know needs any kind of auto repair work done in the future, I would definitely recommend giving Nice and Easy a try.

Read this review if you have AAA as your insurance company.My son was in a minor accident during our rainy season mid-January 2023, where he hit a pipe that was overextended onto a street consequently causing damage to his right front hood and both wheels on the right side of the car after sliding onto the curb. He was not hurt but his beautiful 2014 Audi A5 was damaged and had to be towed, due to the extensive damage to his right front axle and both right rims were scraped badly.We contacted AAA, our insurance company and had the vehicle towed to our home until we could find an auto body shop to do the repairs. We came across Nice & Easy Collison Center in Chula Vista on Yelp and saw all of the 5 Star reviews. I checked out their website which boasts 30 years of Service Excellence, Family Owned and of course the great reviews on Google & Yelp. The website also states that they Guarantee the repairs as long as you own your vehicle. So, of course we decided to have the vehicle towed there for the repair. They sounded trustworthy.We were greeted by Danny who was to be our Advisor throughout the repair process. He was very nice and cordial. But as time proved, he was very ineffectual at his job. His role was to keep us informed of this process and call us with updates. Needless to say, we did most of the calling.We brought the vehicle in for repairs on January 14th, 2023. There were numerous delays which extended the original delivery date. New issues with parts being ordered and our insurance company paying out additional monies to resolve. We picked up the car on March 23, 2023. But after a week or two my son noticed some shaking when he went over 55mph. This was coming from the exact side and tire that took the most damage during the collision. He thought it was his tire and so he took it in to Discount Tire to evaluate it. Discount Tire determined that the wheel was bent and needed to be replaced. They moved it to the rear because they said it would be too dangerous to drive the car with a bad front wheel.We returned to Nice & Easy Collision Repair Center and spoke with Danny so that they could check the bent wheel situation. They kept the car for a few hours and checked the alignment and wheels only to determine that the wheel was bent. They contacted AAA to see if they could get an additional $800 to replace the one wheel! Our insurance denied that additional money and told us that they already paid to replace or refurbish both wheels that were affected by the collision. Nice & Easy Collision Repair Center chose to refurbish it rather than replace it with new parts. AAA told me quite frankly that since Nice & Easy Collision Repair Center is not on their preferred list of repair facilities, they could not force the issue and consequently we had to pay for any further repairs that may arise from this accident. Of course, this did not sit well with me, I tried contacting one of the owners or managers through Danny but to no avail. Danny promised to call me when they were in the office but of course this never happened. I called a few days later and finally spoke with Armando Jr. who was very nice and explained that they would be happy to put the new wheel on the car if we purchased the wheel ourselves. I asked him why they are not guaranteeing the work they performed on the wheel. He told me that too much time had passed, and he said anything could have happened to bend the wheel that way. I told him that would be easy to detect since the car is not damaged on the front right side and besides, the wheel has a custom paint on it that would be scraped off if my son would have really caused any new damage. But he wasn t budging from his position.In conclusion, I really should have read the one-star reviews first. But more importantly if you have AAA Insurance do not have your vehicle fixed here. Best place I could have ever picked I felt so welcoming didn t feel like I was getting over priced or random things added for unnecessary reasons anything I asked they were more than happy to answer other places I went to made it seem like they didn t want to help then added way more things than I went in for and here they listened and understood and did their best to help meI would recommend them 100%

Its been 4 months since I got my car back after getting repaired at Nice and Easy after getting rear ended. Car is still in really good condition. Workmanship is top notch. No complaints. They were very professional. Armando Jr explains the repair thoroughly and updated me throughout the whole process. I highly recommend. I received excellent service at Nice & Easy Collision. I first made contact with them by telephone, speaking with Kenny. He reviewed the info I sent him, and prepared an estimate. I told him what day I'd be in Chula Vista and he arranged an appointment. Kenny was professional, very knowledgeable, punctual, polite and kind. Their work is top quality & Kenny kept me posted every step of the way. I feel their pricing was very fair & inline with the quality work. I do recommend their shop & would not hesitate to use them again. But I hope I won't need their services for a long, long time. Thanks Kenny.

Came in to have my hard top installed because I couldn't do it myself. Turned out to be a manufacturing flaw but the guys at this shop took the extra step to bolt it in for me. They were super nice, and when I asked how much it was, they said no charge. Definitely recommend this place for car fixes!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

My sister was involved in an accident and brought her car to Nice&Easy . The service received was phenomenal everyone was very accommodating and friendly . The car was repaired fantastically. I would recommend them to anyone.

They can replace your headlights no problems ...but once its an insurance claim they will return with you with check engine problems on and recommend for you to take it to to get an oil change...not doing a diagnostics so basically they aren't well knowledge when it comes to the motor. Well after they said maybe shouldn't take it on the freeway I decided to pay for a diagnostics and to my surprise NOT ...THE PART THAT WAS DAMAGED WAS THE MAIN AREA OF THE IMPACT DEFINITELY NOT A JUST BAD LUCK. ANYWAYS GOOD LUCK TO THE STAFF AS I WILL DEFINITELY GET AN ACCIDENT LAWYER AND WILL HOLD TO PROPER PARTIES RESPONSIBLE.

Great experience with Nice & Easy, Armando Jr. and staff were very professional, polite, and flexible. Upon pick up our vehicle was fully serviced with no evidence it had ever been damaged. I initially went with them because of the reviews online and I wasn't disappointed. Great work to the guys at the shop for the repair and Jr. for excellent communication, keeping us updated and even working with us off the clock!

Excellent job on my wife s car. Repaired the rear fender and matched paint perfectly! Customer service was fast, polite and they kept to the estimate and had the car ready on time. I highly recommend them to anyone!

Worst work and worst customer service. For a small job usually takes 2 weeks they kept the car for 7 weeks. When I asked them the reason for the delay they lied that they are still waiting for parts which they have already received. When I asked the estimator ( Alex)to speed up because I was paying a lot for car rental he answered carelessly every one says that!!!Service: Body & Trim

Excellent service!! Professional work! Caring team! I had my Highalnder repaired through here/insurance they did beautiful work and timely! You never would have been able to tell I was side swiped. My mom had her Avalon repaired here as well from a truck that had side swiped as well absolutely beautiful work hands down best place i highly recommend this place!!

When I came to pick up my car, the entire interior was wiped out. Ok, someone takes a couple things you move on but completely empty?! (hoodies, shoes, even my Costco card!). 30 items in total, they even emptied out the side compartment in the back which had an emergency kit filled with bandaids smh. But the remote to stereo and USB cable were left behind - which tells me it was a member of the staff. The GM basically confirmed that it was one of his guys, but laughed it off saying he couldn't do anything. They all acted defensive and dismissive. Then 2 wks later they reach out and offer to pay me back, suddenly acting really nice to me. Obviously GEICO got involved and they changed their tune. If you have any preconceptions or stereotypes about an auto shop right by the border, this is it! Beware...Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

My wife's car was in an accident and this was the place recommend by my insurance company and I'm glad I used them. Very professional, quick, explained everything done to the car, answered all of my questions. Car looks and drives like new. I can't say enough good things about them. I was very satisfied with the end result..... Jesse was great gave me reassurance that my vehicle was in good hands the guys at the shop were very polite and attentive. I would highly recommend this shop ,like I said I hope to not be back lol but if I do this is the place. Work is guarantee at 100% ass long as you own the vehicle. You guys are awesome!!!!! If you have an exspensive vehicle and want it done right, please see Armando. I went to a couple collision centers and I was skeptical because I didnt want my brand new 2017 Infiniti looking rigged. I was refered to him by the Infiniti dealer rather than using sunroad collision or mossy collision that the insurance suggested for my vehicle. Keep in mind, I used the suggested centers a few months prior and was not happy with the outcome on my other Infiniti. Again, please see Armando, hes able to repair anything and a dent that looks incapable! Oh and last but not least, the prices are too good to be true if your paying out of pocket.Jermany Diaz

I bought my BLACK Veloster from Frank Hyundai that had a previous scratch on the left side on my car, Hyundai used this company to fix the scratch and the scratch was deep. Somehow they fixed it and I was very glad BUT whoever buffed the hole left side of the car, left the worst swirls. I don't know why I keep running into people that do half ass work.

BEWARE !!!THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE....THEY STEAL GAS..THEY STEAL ITEMS FROM YOUR CAR.....THEY DAMAGE YOUR CAR NOT ONCE MAYBE TWICE INFACT MYSELF 5 TIMES....PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND YOUR CAR AND FIND ANOTHER COLLISION REPAIR SHOP!!!! I AM BEING HONEST WITH MY EXPERIENCE.SEE YELP FOR MORE DETAILS...11 DIFFERENT THINGS GONE WRONG BECAUSE OF THIS PLACE. AND WHO ENDS UP PAYING FOR THERE WRONGS? I MYSELF A SINGLE MOTHER OF FOUR WITH A VERY TIGHT INCOME THAT'S WHO! THEIR NOT PAYING! MY INSURANCE WON'T PAY!
