Very fair pricing and quality work! Art has done all our regular maintenance for 10 years and our cars run perfectly. Even the 2005 Envoy. :)

Really grateful and appreciative service every time I go. The owner/head mechanic really knows his stuff. 20+ years of experience and will go over any questions you might have regarding repairs or problems related to your vehicle. Small mom/pop vibe with dealership level detail. Will be going back for life of my GM vehicle(s)

This place is great and has a solid turn around time. The mechanic is very well educated and has just about every tool necessary to get the job done. A con I will say is the labor costs about 75% worth of the parts so that s something to keep in mind. However, I personally choose to go here despite the cost because I know that the job is going to get done efficiently and effectively so it is well worth the cost.Pros: Fast turn around times, well educated staff, quality of work makes up for price.Cons: labor costs (roughly) 75% worth of parts cost.

I ve been here multiple times with nothing but the best experience. As my Suburban has gotten older, there seem to be a lot of little things that come up. Since Art specializes in GMs, he s quick to identify and fix the issue. Not only does this save time and money, but you know he got it right the first time. Overall, honest, reputable, dependable, and comfort knowing the car got fixed correctly the first time. Thanks.

There are not many people who do the job right the first time Art is just that induvial, I have been taking my Silverado to him for 2-3 years now and when there s a issue, Art fixes the problem quickly and efficiently. Art is a true professional and very competent, it s obvious he s honed his craft over many years. Additionally, he s someone I can trust and I m grateful to have a mechanic with his skill set.

Art serviced my new C8 2022 Corvette yesterday. He has been my guy for all 3 of my Corvettes . He is better then a dealership. Way better. He has all the certifications and continues to update his knowledge to keep up with the changing technology. Do yourself and your pocketbook a favor, and visit GM Executive for all of your GM needs. You will be glad you did. Nobody even comes close to this company. Knowledge care and friendly guaranteed service just like the dealer, but way better. I've used GM Executive now for over 17 years on all 3 of my Corvettes. No way I'm ever going back to a dealership.Your experience will not get any better?He is the best!Regards,Steve Stogner

I have known of this exclusive to GM shop, for decades I EXCLUSIVELY, worked on my own vehicles, until being robbed of everything I owned!!!When Art understood my dilemma, he handled it perfectly he even saved me money!!! I watched as he completed a task, I had waited 8 months to perform in half an hour!!! So, I told Art he is now my vehicles mechanic!!! HUSTUSA

I've been taking my 2011 Cadillac to GM Exclusive for many years now. Art (owner/mech) provides all of the attributes you want in an auto shop: professional, knowledgeable, experienced, competent, transparent, fair, honest, and super nice and friendly as well! And Veronica (front office) is super. They are a pretty busy shop, but always they've been able to get things done when needed, and always on time. They have lots of regulars - long time customers. That says something. My highest recommendation to Art and the crew at GM Exclusive.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Art is a great mechanic and business owner, it is clear to see that he treats his customers with respect and honesty. The repair for my air conditioning was actually a little less than the price he quoted and was done at the time he had promised. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Not sure what Momo refers to. I m a female with no auto mechanics knowledge and I ve never been patronized to by anyone in this shop, either by phone or in person, during the countless interactions I ve had with them since 2014 (almost ten plus years).But I guess that in this day and age perceptions reign, it s way easier to be offended by a well intended word, or even another s tone of voice. Therefore, it s easy to forget that communications by telephone or text are easier to misconstrue than if you are dealing with someone in person.When others get a knee jerk reaction to sling mud at a small mom and pop as opposed to sit down with the owner/manager, and base their review on feelings as opposed to the actual service they are literally playing with the livelihood of those who are employed there.Needless to say, I ve been treated with nothing but the utmost respect and fairness by this business and their employees. I ve been taking my old Buick Le Sabre to GM Exclusive for years and you could not persuade me to go anywhere else.This is a reputable business, Art is honest, will not scalpel you, and his ethics are incomparable to any other shop I ve been to. I would not be surprised if I got told that the service here is better, more financially reasonable, or that it surpasses the services from any GM dealership.Art does not need expensive commercials to tout the professionalism and quality of his services.Word of mouth from all of those who bring their vehicles to him, regardless if it s for an usual oil change or something more complicated will be living proof of why he has a loyal customer base. Hence the plethora of positive reviews from those who have nothing but praise for the actual service that the business provides.

This guy is the best mechanic in town. I've been going to him for over 22 years and he has never let me down. He is very knowledgeable and has really got me through some tough times. I don't know what I would do without him. He totally rebuilt the top half of my engine and it runs like a new car. I am very impressed with him. He is a great guy and a great mechanic. I recommend him to everyone I know and I recommend him to anyone who reads this. Thank you Art for all your years of service. Man oh man this is my new go to for and my Tahoe needs! Art is amazing!Just brought my Tahoe back in for service, after 6 months from my original post. My front end was feeling unsafe and steering was off. Art found the issue fixed it for much less than I expected and got me back on the road quickly. Wish all repair shops were this reputable and customer driven! The honesty is awesome.

Today's visit was an oil change, while I waited. Scheduling a time to come in was easy. Art, the owner of GMExclusive, keeps his appointments, is very conscientious about the customer's time, finding out in advance the customer plans on waiting or returning at a later time. I have been bringing my Corvette(s) to Art for nearly 20 years. I would not trust repairs and maintenance of my car to anyone else. In fact, I'm considering buying a sedan, and it has to be a GM Car because I plan on bringing it to GM Exclusive. If you have a GM car, stop looking for a mechanic - you have found one in ART.Service: Oil change

The turbo went out on my 2008 Saturn Sky. Art did wonderful work on the vehicle, walked me through the best options for the turbo, worked with the manufacturer to tune the part, and the 370,000 mile engine is driving better than ever. Art is also just a great guy to trust your vehicle to and Veronica at the front desk is super nice and helpful too. They are a great team and you'll be very happy with GM Exclusive Auto.
