First time at this Firestone repair shop. I came to the shop because my car was running rough on the fwy, and my check engine started flashing. The manager Mark was very understanding of my concern that I was having with my vehicle. After the technician looked over my vehicle. Manager Mark explained to me that I had a P0300, which is a random cylinders misfire. Mark and his technician were able to take a picture of their scanner to demonstrate which cylinders were fault. That was such a big relief to hear and see what they had found to get me back on the road. Creative thinking on their end. It has been a couple of days now, and my vehicle is operating great. I am very happy and confident about their work performance. Thank you.

Was on the road when my rear CV axle blew out. Very scary situation. This was the closest spot for me and they were able to fit me in surprisingly. They were very cool and comforting about it.They fixed it up and explained everything that happened and I was good to go back on the road. Very professional attitude and service, would definitely trust to go back for any car service needs. Thanks crew!

Good place to purchase the lifetime alignment warranty for your car if you're going to keep the vehicle for a good while. Highly recommended. They usually do on point ones at this shop. They're not as busy for some reason. Apparently sometimes

Family member recommended this place as they received good service here. Went to go get a set of new tires. Was looking to get some used ones but they had a fair priced set of new tires.Quick service and everything looked good, much better drive home afterwards, good team, thanks!

I am a loyal customer and have bought tires and services at Firestone on multiple occasions in the past.I came in to get my tires rotated, which they said they would do for free since I had bought my tires there.Firestone kept me waiting 47 minutes after I dropped off my vehicle (and I had a scheduled appointment and I was on time), only to tell me they refuse to rotate my tires because two tires are a bit more worn than the other two.Next they attempted multiple times to manipulate me into buying new tires unnecessarily, as my tires are no where near bald and do not need to be replaced.Then at the end, they held my car keys hostage and demanded I sign paperwork of some sort! I had to tell them firmly to give me my keys back. They were extremely unprofessional, disrespectful of my time, and creepy -- frankly made me feel stressed and bullied.As a result of this experience I will not go back. They lost a good customer.

I brought my husbands car in for a tire patch as someone pointed out a nail. After the store inputted my phone number wrong, I came back after not hearing anything for 90 minutes. I was told that the tire couldn't be repaired and I should replace it for $150. I declined. After waiting another 30 minutes to have my car brought around with lots of excuses as to why it wasn't brought to me including lying to my face, I took the car to Discount Tire who said that the nail never penetrated the tire. They removed the nail and sent me on my way. This tells me, Firestone never even checked the tire and just wanted to sell me a new tire as well as wasting my time with lies. I'll never be back!

Got an unscheduled balance and alignment plus a rotation (which was extra) today. I went with the lifetime deal which I was told was 189 which I thought was a great deal for my Mazda. Service was great and they even found a nail that they called me and told me about while I was at the gym. I told them go ahead and do it. Great service. After payment I got the copy of the alignment but I didn't receive a receipt. I ask the cashier and she said it would besent via email. I still have not been sent an email with receipt. Edit: Here's an update. I called the same cashier I had talked to and we found that the email was wrong after she looked up my number and she said she would resend. It's more than 24 hours later and the email with my receipt for the lifetime rotation and balance has not been sent. I have a copy of the balance though. I would advise people to avoid this business. Very unprofessional and it seems very shady. Stay away.

Found my tire almost empty with a nice sized screw sticking out. I knew I wouldn't make it far with only 6psi and being 8 months pregnant I wasn't up for patching it myself. So I called the closest place I found (Firestone) and Eric answered. He was very polite and happy to make time for this last minute fix. I had great conversation with the staff while waiting in the AC with my 6 year old and before I knew it we were back on the road headed off on our adventure. I come from a small town and don't find the same service and welcoming vibe I've known all my life in the big city. But this place had it specifically because of Eric! I will definitely be back the next time I'm in need. Oh and thanks for the recommendation Eric my son and I both loved Lake San Marcos!Service: Tires

Horrible experience here I went because I wanted to check the maintenance on my truck I inherited but I had an oil change and transmission service done a week before hand and I did not inform the firestone crew to test their workmanship and honesty. I then come in later to pick up truck and they tell me I need a transmission service which makes no sense. So I ask whats wrong and he says its leaking. The bolts were screwed in all by the mechanic my father had known for years and later my fathers mechanic checked the transmission pan and all the bolts on one side were loose and one side was tight so he tightened it himself again but informed me he did it right the first time and double checked and that they don t come off loose by driving. I was infuriated by this deceptive sales tactic. My fathers mechanic informed me most likely firestone loosened one side so it can leak and show me I needed a service on transmission.I will not be coming back for a car maintenance check from here again since they themselves cause it to generate revenue

I'm tired of the subpar service, long wait times for basic services and blatant lying when getting inspections. My husband came in for an oil change about 2 weeks ago. First of all, almost $100 dollars for a synthetic oil change is outrageous. You can blame it on inflation all you want, but it's no secret mechanics love to price gouge. Secondly, during the inspection, they told my husband that our rear passenger brake line was sweating. When they were explaining what that meant to my husband, they used fear mongering to try and get him to have the service done, saying "if your brakes fail you won't have any!" I told him to deny service and just do the oil change and we'd get a second opinion, as we have had our rear brakes done recently and havent noticed any changes in how they performed. Turns out the rear brake lines WEREN'T sweating and that our rear shock has blown out, which was what was causing all the grease build up. These technicians at Firestone don't know what they're doing or what they're looking at. This is the last service I'm getting done by Firestone.Service: Oil change

I have been calling and calling. I have taken my vehicle here for years. But now nobody even answers the phone, so I would be distressed to trust them with my vehicle. I need an alignment so I'm glad I checked recent reviews because I definitely dont want it to come back worse then it was. My 16 year old is learning how to drive in it. Oh what a shame!! I called 8 times and not one time was phone answered today. Eeeek!!!!

Went to another place to get an oil change , I m half stupid when it comes to cars so they didn t reset the censor . The dude here comes out and fixes it for free

Rude and over priced..Went in for an oil change which took over two hours..When questioned why it came to $134 as opposed to the usual $80 the response was simply Inflation. Haven t you noticed even a carton of eggs went up? Pretty low quality service and standards on communicating. That s our last service there. This is the best location I've ever been to! David in particular is really amazing! He is always so friendly and so incredibly honest and knowledgeable and thorough with the entire experience. I will never go to a other mechanic. I came here for the first time about 3 years ago and last year I got your credit card to get new tires and brake pads when I couldn't afford it all at once and it actually brought my credit up and obviously helped me when I was in a huge bind. I can't thank you guys enough especially my credit was just going back up at that point and I seriously needed this card in these repairs. Thank you thank you thank you! I also received over $100 in Visa gift cards from rebates because David pointed them out and always make sure I get the best deals and get taken care of. He tells me the best things to do and gives me options. He's always willing to do everything possible to make my car perfect yet I'm always giving an honest alternative advice as well. For example just checking the warranty from where I got my battery and then coming back to get it cleaned in case they can't replace it for free first. 10 stars across the board!! :D

Loved the great deals that they have! Originally went in to get an opinion about my car and walked out with their Firestone Credit Card, brand new tires, and a lifetime alignment warranty. All for a really great price! Definitely recommend! And their staff and customer service is also superb!

No test drive before or after alignment on my work truck. Left it worst than when I took it in. You re better off taking it to a small business as Firestone is just after your money.

Was a repeat customer when I lived here. Twice they stayed late and made sure my vehicle was fixed and returned same day. Everytime they did good work and were transparent with what they were doing.

Brian was great over the phone and in store. He took his time in explaining services and listing to my needs/concerns and when it came down to price he didn't pressure me and worked some multi discounts. My work van is my income and they delivered as they always have with great service and in a reasonable amount of time. This had been my fourth service at Vista all have been fantastic.

Not so good so far. They had no record of my break service in December. I paid for life time front breaks. Luckily I had the invoice on my phone. Not a big confidence builder. I hope there are no more issues. It's only been 8 months. Now they say they are very busy and it will take a long time. I don't see where I have a choice the breaks are screeching. We will see.

We just had 4 tires and an alignment done at this location. They were very polite, helpful and very knowledgeable. They even drove to san Diego to get our tires fron the warehouse and still had our truck done in a very reasonable time frame. I highly recommend this location.
