Great customer service.The work on my car was done professionally and in a very timely manner. I felt they were very honest and didn t try to sell me things that my car didn t need as other shops have tried to do to me before. I would highly recommend bringing your car into the Vista location. Great people. Great and honest service! This shop checks all my boxes of requirements I have to let people work on my car. They also have very reasonable prices on their services.Sincerely, A very happy customer!

Mike and Corey are straight shooters, and I trust them to give me sound advice on vehicle care. This shop has built trust with me over many years by not pushing for unnecessary services and repairs even when I have asked about performing some specific action. As a result, I take my family vehicles there for tires, service and other requirements.

I had an appointment for new tires and an alignment at 10am and my vehicle was not ready for pick up until 7:30pm. The techs (Corey and Austin) very kindly stayed after closing to complete the job. Management, in my opinion, should not accept appointments or walk ins if they are not able to complete the job in the agreed upon time frame. By the book, an alignment and tire mount and balance should not be more than 3 hours. No reason for it to take 9 and a half hours. Good mechanics, poor management.

Anthony was a stand out with this most recent visit.Easy to communicate with; excellent customer service as he made such effort to keep us informed on the service needs for our vehicle.The entire Vista Firestone staff has often been the reason we continue to return with our vehicle. They take care of us.

The store has long hours and they are open on Sunday. They didn't try to overcharge me for the repairs I had done. The dealership wanted to charge me for work that wasn't needed. The wait time is a little long. It's best to drop off your vehicle if you can.

Dropped my car here at 930 and was told I would be able to pick my car up at 4:00. The services for my car was an oil change, tire rotation, wheel alignment, and light bulb change. I come back at 4:00 and my car is just being raised in the garage.The excuse is that the company was overbooked and someone called out. I understand being short staffed and I m an understanding person. But for my car to just be pulled in 6 hours AFTER my scheduled appointment at 10:00 is UNSAT. I wasn t given a phone call to let me know that my car would take longer or I needed to come later.Horrible costumer service. When I arrived only 3 people was in office and two cars was in the garage. I m SURE if I sat with my car inside the building this WOULD NOT have happened.To put my car off because I m not waiting for my car is disrespectful and is a disservice to people who have an appointment already scheduled.Do better!

It seemed that the employee did not have my information in the system - appointment time or the type of tires requested. My appointment was early morning and I was promised coffee. There was no coffee and no ability to make any. The waiting room was cold and the wait time was 1 1/2 hours. Actual wait time and check out time was longer. There was no information given regarding the tires (warranty, etc), no copy of the billing statement and, despite a lengthy process, the employee was unable to print the estimate for future suggested services. The employee promised to send all of the information via email - nothing yet. The technician that installed the tires and did the service check seemed very qualified and helpful.

They made an appointment for me to change the oil. when I arrived at the indicated time, they said that I had to wait 2-3 hours. I have never seen such idiotic planning and attitude towards clients before. I will never use their services again. If you want to waste time, this is the place for you. I hope we never meet again!

Very disappointed with the service. In exigent circumstances had my vehicle towed to this nearby shop. My serpentine belt snapped Mike, the gentlemen who helped check me in was honest as far as how easy the job would be. I was told about two hours. I dropped my car off at 930am. It was not ready for pick up until 430pm I am not from the area and my wife and I had to Uber around waiting. I understand it does not always go as planned but to tell someone it ll be 2 hours when they get towed in, knowing we re not from the area to keeping the vehicle all day for what I was quoted a 20 minute job. I finally pick up the vehicle, get home and hear that my serpentine belt is making extremely loud squeaking noises and will most likely take to another shop to fix their work..

I took my car in for their complete care Inspection, after they were done the check engine light was on and I started having other issues that I wasn't prior. I called and spoke to someone and they weren't helpful to resolve this, all he said was they can check for error codes. Why is that not part of the inspection first of all and second, what did they do during the inspection to make my car not operate the same as when I brought it in. I am done with Firestone after this, I thought they were honest and took care of their customers but I was wrong.

I had these guys change my brakes about 4 weeks ago. Bearing blew out and was basically welded onto the shaft due to so much heat and friction. Costed 2.1k to fix. The autoshop I went to fix this mess said its because they left a "preload nut" too lose. Very dangerous was on the 5 headed to airport, almost missed my flight and luckily those around this incident and myself did not get hurt. Could've gone a lot worst. I will personally never go to a firestone again and I'll recommend not to come to this one specifically

Told them about the subframe getting shifted for a camber adjustment but not getting tightened down at the last alignment shop. Was told they were capable of getting it back where it needed to be. All they adjusted was the toe. Didn't even check to make sure the bolts were all tightened on the subframe. There is a disconnect between the front desk and the shop. They either don't listen or don't relay information. We'll not use a Firestone shop again and dedication don't recommend this one.

This is an update from my experience from the other firestone (University) I had originally brought up regarding the terrible and childish behavior of the manager who refused to do any work on the truck. Obviously he has ZERO compassion for people who just finished doing a celebration of life event.Original complaing( Firestone - Google Maps reviewhttps://goo.gl/maps/AJVEPbxprzQoefr47 )This all started with a lying manager at the university drive location. He was/is completely rude and disrespectful.The regional manager, Gary, said none of this should have happened and that now the childish manager is claiming HIS mom had just died. HmmmmmI bet if firestone asked for 1 copy of his mother's death certificate, it wouldn't existSo, Gary suggested to me to go to another firestone that was supposedly top notch, but I'd have to wait another week because the technician was on vacation or something (rental cars are expensive!)I introduced myself to the manager of the location and took him to my car to see how it works. Everything seemed to be fine, but then I got a call on Saturday. The manager was gone that day, and the technician didn't know how to work it. I jumped into an Uber and got there.I got to my truck, pressed the button that "wakes" the unit, and preps for testing. The screen read LOCKOUT, VIOLATION 3, 3 DAYS. What this told me was that the trucks IID had been triggered sometime between Thursday evening and Friday morning.I was supposed to get the diagnostic done for free because they owed me $100 from the lockout the first store created.That never happenedI waited for a full month, driving rental cars to get around. Really, the ONLY THING I had asked for was an apology from the way I was treated the first time.That never happenedI thought to myself,'Firestone will give me a discount as an apology for previous interactions with that disrespectful manager and my moms passing'That never happenedHere's the breakdown:-mid December I scheduled an appt with firestone and had to deal with unprofessionalisn & incompetence-I get a rental car for the time being (over $1K for a month)-I get a call from the regional manager to apologize for the bad manager (even said that the bad managers mom had just passed...thats extremely hard to believe. Maybe he should have to furnish proof with a death certificate?-I drop my truck off at the new place (this location, by in n out)-I go back to Firestone when I'm told my trucks done to discover it's in another lockout (happened on a Thursday, the day after I dropped it off)-Wasn't able to meet up with friends to go off roadinbI never got any discount or an apology from the rude manner who responded to my "you owe me $100 for the lockout", and his response was "good luck with that" and then hangs up on me.I'm surprised he has a job honestlyMechanically, everything seems good, that's why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1

The staff here really care about your vehicle and your satisfaction i have had all 3 of my cars serviced here!Wont go anywhere else, mike and anthony are top notch and so are the guys in the shop fixing the vehicles

Awesome service! Had a screw in tire chistmas eve brought my silverado in they got right to work and no charge told me merry christmas sooooo impressed the guys that work here are beyond amazing!I have four cars i now know where to take them when i have a problem!!!!

Super happy with my experience here.The manager (name started with a J- I m the worst for forgetting!) went out of his way to help me take advantage of a service coupon deal effectively allowing me to get my air filter for free.I have the lifetime balance/rotate + alignment (this is the best deal out there!) but apparently the bolts on one of my back wheels was rusted so it couldn t be aligned until that was fixed. The manager coordinated the parts acquisition, worked with my schedule, and I was very happy with the quality of work so thanks to the mechanics as well!It s always nerve wracking as a woman trying to get car services because people always try to scam. I moved to Cali and didn t know anyone so sometimes finding good services is more difficult than it would otherwise be. However I felt I was treated more than fairly here and the quality of work received was excellent.The young man working the service desk, Jose I believe, was also very kind and was happy to show me the old air filters, bolts, etc. This kind of transparency made me feel assured that I was getting honest service.I m absolutely going to be back!!

Came here today because I had a nail in my tire. They took my car back within 30 minutes. I thought for sure I was going to have to replace the whole tire. They also found a staple in another tire. When I was all done neither of them punctured my tire so they did a courtesy check and I walked away paying nothing today. Honest guys and great customer service. I would recommend this place!

They always take good care of my truck. If you haven't already, inquire about their lifetime alignment deal. I've had my truck since 2013 & week usually get 2-3 alignments a year (sometimes more).

We should have read the reviews about online scheduling. We made an appointment for 1pm and when we arrived the garage was full. Didn t take our car back until 2pm when we finally asked if it would be worked on soon. We were only getting 2 tires changed out and didn t leave until 3:40pm. Causing us to miss a family function. Smh. We could see our car was ready but no one told us they could check us out so we had to go up ourselves and ask. Then they have a deal going on and it s posted on the window but we had to bring it up to guy checking us out. That should be automatically applied. Make sure you call ahead and ask if they can actually start working on your car at the appointment time that was set especially if you have something to do that day. Our car was even sitting for a good 15 in the air with no one by it or working on it. This was not the best experience. The last time we were here they started working on our car promptly and the job was done quickly. Not today. They re friendly but not quick.Service: Tires

Do not trust this location & go elsewhere for service!! I made a quick stop in to this Firestone when my AC was blowing warm on a hot day. I paid for an AC inspection and their team told me I needed a new AC compressor that would be $1,200+ dollars I declined the replaced because I did not believe them + it would have been 7-10 days for any parts to be delivered.I took my car to my usual specialist I service with at their first appointment that next week. The AC compressor is fine, and I just needed my AC to be recharged for $25 of Freon + labor .Firestone lied to me about my compressor needing replacement & also told me my refrigerant levels were fine - which they were not. The refrigerant levels were half full I do not believe the employees even examined my AC system at all The employees lied to me, attempted to scam me & I will never go back here. STAY AWAY!

Nice folks, fair prices. No surprise fees. I had tires installed on my Tesla. They don t have the appropriate lift for Teslas, but they were able to jack up the car to complete the job.

Huge shout out to Matt, Jason, and Natalie and the whole Firestone branch. Top notch 10/10 customer service as well as being very efficient. They went over and beyond for me. My husband is currently deployed and they made me feel so comfortable with making decisions on my vehicle, as they each took time explaining things carefully and were very flexible with me. They even gave me a discount and complimentary oil change. My husband and I will only be using this Firestone from now on for all services needed.

Perfection...Matt and Jason are two "diamonds in the rough", they are professional, friendly and most of all honest. I've taken my vehicle to many different places in the past and have found it's NOT where I go (location) but who (individual) I feel is being honest with me and not taking advantage, building a relationship is what brings me back and has me "telling two people who will tell two people". Good business is built with Good peopleI hope Firestone is aware of these hard working gentlemen and keeps them happy so the customers are happy
