These guys bailed me out after a hit-and-run that crunched my tailgate. Every other place I went to wanted $4-5k and a week, or told me it was irreparable and would need replacing. Pepe and his guys got it down to <1k and 24 hours turnaround. Car looks fresh off the lot and these guys did it all with a smile, even late on a Friday afternoon. Very happy here.

If I could give 10 stars to this business I would! Pepe (his wife and all the workers) did an excellent job on my mom's car. Came in to fix a scratch and came out with out it. They worked so diligently on it and had the car ready in three hours or so. I felt welcomed from the moment I went inside the business and left very satisfied. They are very professional and friendly. After seeing their service I am taking my own car to fix a scratch very soon! Price was very reasonable as well. You won't be disappointed! Muchas gracias, pepe!!!

We went to elite auto body yesterday with our 2017 Corolla. It had rear bumper damage as well as from fender damage. Both were dislodged from broken bracket. We were quoted a great price, left the car overnight. We were very pleased when we returned today. Great job Elite.

Finding this Auto body & Paint shop was a TRUE BLESSING. I had chipped paint on my rear fender on my leased truck, I went to several shops who were quoting me 700 to 1k for work & to keep my truck for 3 days.. The owner of this Shop (Pepe Rodriguez) Quoted me less than HALF, & did it within 3 hours! My truck looked better than when I bought it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP! Very grateful to have found this shop that did magical work on my truck! Quality work & DONE IN BEYOND FAST TIME. Treated me like Family as soon as I walked in the door. That alone, says enough for me! I was taken care of, definitely a blessing!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Since Pepe was fixing another car of ours at the time, we decided to have Elite fix an air draft we noticed under the front passenger door at freeway speeds on the used car we purchased. Pepe insisted that we needed to pay him more than his estimated price so the job would be done right. So in good faith, we paid the additional amount. We asked him if he test drove the car to ensure the issue was fixed. Pepe said he did not test drive it, but not to worry, if there was an issue to just bring it right back. We did take it right back, because the car had the same issue as if nothing was done to it. All he said was that was the best he could do since it appeared the car had been in an accident and previously repaired. Having charged more to fix the root of the problem like he claimed, to then just shrug his shoulders saying it's not repairable after taking our money is unbelievable. To this day we have the same issue, minus the couple grand he charged us. Avoid this shop! After reporting him to the BAR for the inferior repairs made our other vehicle. Pepe refused to address this separate transaction/issue. The BAR could not enforce any penalties either since we initialed the invoice to expect imperfections in repairs.Service: Painting

Elite Auto Body and Paint in Chula Vista was incredible. They were efficient, professional, and honest. I was extremely satisfied and impressed with their knowledge and attention to detail. I was in and out in one day, that s rare. Also, they treated me like family and that goes along way when I am spending money on my vehicle.
