Amazing experience! Convenient location too. Jesus was super friendly & helpful with getting my Smog certification. Service was so great and fast! I was not aware that they are also dmv certified so next time I ll do everything all together here. Will definitely come back again!

NOT A RECOMMENDED BUSINESSLook at the response. So professional!!Guys, do me a favor. If you want any professional input, review, or courtesy, do not bring your vehicle here.Before we start:Jesse made it clear to me "he only has 5 star reviews". I wasn't sure why he kept saying that until now. Guys, there is a reason for this, they are incentivized reviews.Free hint at the end- Cheaper smog , better service down the street.The story:I brought my vehicle in after a trip to the DMV and asked them to verify the paperwork I gave them. I made it very clear and told them to match it up. They took my vehicle and smogged it, no issues other than its the most expensive smog in the area.After 3 weeks of no DMV response, I drop off my paperwork to the DMV. Few days later DMV tells me wrong vehicle was smogged.Here's the deal:I made it clear that I have multiple vehicles and that I needed them to verify my paper to the vehicle. I should not have relied on them to verify the smog paperwork so I take some fault. I assumed they had a level of professionalism , wrong.I came back and let Jesse know about the situation, not expecting a free smog, but to meet me halfway to smog the right vehicle. Jesse was smug (smog? no pun) the whole time saying "I signed the paper and it was like buying a cheeseburger". He did not want to take any responsibility for not looking over the paperwork like I had asked his employee (brother? Luis). FYI they are both in on ripping you off.The issue:Jesse and his friend/family Luis have no understanding when it comes to "pride of work". If anything happens, they will deflect and take 0 blame. I warn you, unless everything goes smooth, you will be just another $72 for them. When things go smooth they seem nice, but if not, they fold and have no decency.Once Jesse kept deflecting responsibility, saying they don't check paperwork , you drive in, they press a button and that's the service you get, what do I see?I stay in the background as someone comes in for a smog, low and behold...Jesse grabs his registration with barcode, takes it to the machine and verifies the info. It absolutely blew my mind. After he made me go around in circles saying it is not their responsibility, what does he do? Exactly that.FYI:Jesse has already let me know he will defamemy post.Update :Went to alternative smog. Much better. I drove in, they scanned my paperwork , checked the plates and everything. They did all this before I told them my story. This guy (down the street) was a stand up dude and way cheaper (almost half price). Love this place. They are quick and easy. Not only do they do smog but you can also get your tags and do title transfers.

Always a smooth and easy experience. Very fast but there is only one person working. I use a coupon and it comes out to $42 total after the added fees.They also offer DMV services and you can walk out with your tags. They offered this to the person ahead of me and they decided to pay their registration at the shop. I didn't hear a conversation about fees or see a sign. When they asked me if I wanted to pay my registration fee I asked if there was a charge... yep just 35 bucks. No thanks, I can take the extra 2 minutes to pay online. Also would have liked them to be more upfront about the fee.

I've been here several times. Attendant has always been super kind and respectful. I had two different vehicles smog certified within the last 30 days and he gave me a $10 OFF coupon for my next visit which was today. I don't normally leave reviews, however when I brought it to his attention that he charged me +$10 more than the last two visits within the last 30 days, he was unwilling to adjust and said I needed my last two receipts. I continued by showing him my credit card statements with both charges clearly shown which were less $10. He still insisted he wouldn't honor a lower price. The best decision would have been for him to at least honor the $10 less I paid on the prior two visits, let alone the fact that as a regular patron he offered me the $10 off my next visit. It's not about the discount, it's about the poor service and unwillingness to be straight up. From looking at these reviews, it sounds like there are others that have felt misled by his practices.Service: Smog certification

Jesus was extremely friendly, quick, and professional. He even honored a coupon I forgot to show him until after checkout while still being friendly. Great guy. Highly recommend this place! I'll definitely be back

I was able to get my smog test done quickly. The attendant was courteous but not up front about the extra $35 charge for getting them to print the new registration and plate tag. I would highly recommend being honest and up front about extra fees rather than just saying we can go ahead and print out your registration right now as a new service we offer. Adding the fact that it would be an additional $35 for this so-called convivence would be better than simply charging you.Service: Smog certification

BE CAREFUL of being BAIT and SWITCHED by this place! They did NOT HONOR their coupon that I showed them when I went to pay for my smog check. He said the coupon needs to be shown before the test. Despite him stating there is no change in the service provided nor any statement on the coupon specifying those rules.Generally when you purchase things you show the coupon when paying. There were also no details of these "rules" on the coupon itself. Unless there's a change in service.

UPDATE: NOT A RECOMMENDED BUSINESSOwners response is trying to deflect and distract.Would not recommend this place. The owner knows none of CA's smog laws. Also didn't understand details of the report the machine provided. Over charged and wouldn't resolve the price posted online.

03-15-2022 Arrived with vehicle running smoothly, no alarms or check engine light visible. Following smog inspection resulting in a failure the check engine light was now on.I took the vehicle to a repair facility. They were unable to find any issues. they reset the check engine error code. I immediately took the vehicle to a different Star inspection facility. Result was PASS.Pretty disappointingServices: Smog certification, Emissions testing

I have been going to this place for a few years now.the owner is awesome and very respectful. Hes honest and wont try and screw you over.he has always honored his discounts when they are given.i never had a bad experience with this smog place...my whole family comes here to to get there smog here.i send all my friends as well and they have no bad experiences with this place...I recommend you give this guy a shot.it doesnt hurt to ask for a lower price..always remember cash is king where ever u go when it comes to a moms and pops place...thank you jesus for all your good work and honesty.i just had my dads truck smoged and passed.now it's my truck that needs a smog.see you soon jesus. Last time here they promised a 10 dollar discount if I returned which they have a coupon for I mentioned this to the mechanic Jesus and told him I was told I did not need the coupon, when checking out I asked why I did not get discount he said I needed a coupon I wonder why he did not state this before my smog test when I clearly told him I wanted the 10 dollar discount and was previously told I would not need the coupon just mention the discount before the test which I did mechanic Jesus became very rude when I asked him why he did not tell before the test when I told him I wanted the discount and was told I would not need the coupon just mention it. My van didn't fit in his Bay so he did the wrong tests failing me and sent me on a long road of pain and misery. It cost a lot of money to find out what he had done wrong. He refuses to give me my money back or even discuss it. I would not recommend this guy to any honest citizen.

Very quick smog check, was in & out in less than 30 minutes, and was able to get my registration & sticker here too. The coupon on their website saved me a lot of money as well, would highly recommend!

Excellent service! Jesus got my car checked in 15 minutes no appointment necessary. If you have a car that needs to go to a STAR certified test station bring it here!

Pull up expecting to have to go through an hour or more of smogging my vehicle how wrong I was. The guy that works there is very quick and very good as his job he was friendly had me in and out of there with less than 30 minutes and that was even doing a Dyno smog. The state of California in their Infinite Wisdom has decided that older vehicles have to be smogged every year to me it's rip off but if I have to be ripped off let it be quick and painless and that's what these easy smog plus was I felt like the money I was spending was worth it.

I know it sounds crazy to get excited about a smog shop; but, this young man takes his business seriously! The area is clean with a sitting section. He is friendly, smiles, works fast and has computer access with the state. In 20 min I had my smog check, taxes paid AND my state sticker!

Jesus was super awesome and nice, he is very honest and works with integrity, my car foliage s the first time and he took the time to help me understand why and show me what I needed to pass and was nice the whole time even though I may have been a bit grumpy ( looooong day lol) would recommend to take your car here, I ll be taking mine here as there smog check comes in

Fast, professional and courteous, No attitude service.I had a few questions for other older vehicles I owned that require smog checks, he answered them all. I will be returning, and this will be my new smog shop for all my vehicles.
