PEOPLE DO NOT COME HERE TO MAKE BUSINESS. false prices and dealer abuse in their ADM fees. Do not come to this establishment to do business. The sales agent along with the financing agent do not have the slightest idea of negotiating or they are simply trained in ripping off people by confusing them with numbers. Wanted a kayo dirt bike sales price was $600 plus tax and reg i was thinking about $800-1000 max. They wanted $1600 they are a joke.

Great service before purchase but poor service after purchase. Also pay very very close attention to your finance paperwork and take the time to review everything on it and don t let them get you to zoom through it, after receiving my first statement and reviewing everything, this is not the deal that was made but I will take the hit because it was my fault for not taking the time to review everything before signing documents. I also don t like that I get an offer for 100 dollar gift/credit if I give them a 5 star rating. Bribery at its finest, just like politicians. Bad problem is you really only have this place and Fun Bike Center to shop from.

Worst service techs ever. Payed over $3000 for parts and service, and Diag fees, that they said would fix the problem with my Polaris rzr. They said EPS was bad and that replacing it would fix the issues. So we went ahead and had them do it. Side by side sat for another couple weeks before they decided to fix it. Once that part was replaced they said it didn t fix the problem and there was other issues. They wanted to charge another $1500 in parts and service that would now fix the issue. Lmao place is a joke especially their service manager. Will never return

Great service on parts. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I was in between the new 2023 Rebel 500 and the 300 used. I'm glad I came here. Sergio, David, finance and Samuel in delivery, they all were absolutely outstanding. Truly recommend this place. Never felt any sales pressure but a lot of attention to detail and support to all my questions. Thank you!

Just bought my 3rd motorcycle from Del Amo and this is the 2nd time I took my existing bike in to work out a trade. Chris and his team worked hard to get me the best deal I could find. They made sure to explained all my financing options and available add-ons and let me choose the best deal for me. I ended up really wanting a unit that wasn't in their store, and they went up to the LA area store and had it on their floor in 1 day. If you're looking to make a Power-sports purchase it's definitely worth it to go in and see what they can do for you.

Went to the store and worked with Gambia(Jos�) and he helped me sort out my purchase on a new ktm. Originally wanted a 2016 and they helped me get a 2018 from their Long Beach store and even transferred it the same day. Extremely happy with the service Gamboa and his team gave me.

I bought a KTM 1290 with 10k milesIt had a MTC error pop up when I turned it on to leave the Del Amo motors parking lot I informed the Mechanic and he said its an update that needs to be downloaded come back for your bike tomorrow. When I picked up the bike the next day I hoped off the curb & to test out the off road option & the front suspension exploded these guys sell lemon used bikes I will not return to this shop and encourage all to stay away from their used bikes. KTM 1290 adventure bikes are trash as well

Went to del amo looking for a bike. Luis was friendly and worked hard to get the right price. I appreciate their patience and determination to get the best deal. When I got home I noticed I was missing a piece from the manufacturer. He said no worries and ordered a replacement for me. I'll do business here again.

Went in looking for a dual sport, Rafa went above and beyond to help me make the right choice! I never felt pressured to buy anything or felt like I was just another sale to him, he seemed just as determined as I was to make the right choice, after 2 days of in and out of the shop I decided to pull the trigger on a ktm 500 excf, financing was a BREEZE with Julio, my mans was able to get me approvals in minutes and made sure I got the best deal I possibly could, and made sure I understood everything, very satisfied with my purchase and experience at delamo thanks to Rafa and Julio

I walked into Del Amo with very little to no hope of taking an off road vehicle Thanks to the great team they have there they lead me to a J. Gamboa to assist me.Calm guy easy to talk to and very helpful..I immediately felt calm as he made it easy to talk to him and he applied zero pressure on buying a unit..I will say He got his sell done..Thank you Gamboa and team for making me an owner of a Can Am Maverick..

I ordered some accessories, and one was missing a screw. You can't even order a CFMoto-style Allen wrench screw on Amazon, so I called Del Amo. I live in Mexico, so picking up parts is problematic. "No problem," said salesperson Carlos Tarango when I told him where my mail service is located, "I'll drop it by your box and save you the shipping. It's like 5 minutes away." I received the package today. Now that's amazing service.

Took a long time , about 2 months and I took 2 bikes to have services that included tires and basic service. One bike had a plastic fairing improperly installed which I fixed. The other bike front tire was not mounted properly and leaked. The big issue is that I was told the bike was ready weeks before I picked it up but chose to leave it as I had another bike being serviced and I lived 2 hours away. In that time the tire would have been fully flat and would have needed inflation when we picked it up. So either they lied about when it was done or aired it up when I came to pick it up and chose to not tell me. My son and I rode the bikes home on paved hwy and I couldn't see driving on the highway could pop a tire off the bead. It looks like it just wasn't mounted right or it was cut in installation. The other part that suck is that we were in the process of relocating and I didn't ride the bike in the week and a half in the meantime so I had no idea that the tire was flat. I noticed when I was loading it in the truck to leave. It wasn't cheap and both bikes had issues after service. I now live 1500 miles away and I guess I don't have to worry about going back. The service guys seem to be nice but the service was not

Been to this store for the purchase of 49 cc mopedBut the store manager MR Chris is very arrogant and has no customer centric skills to make business.I had made the mind to purchase the vehicle from this store but cause of the managers ( Mr Chris) bad behavior decided to move on and rather buy the same bike although on higher price from different store due to managers bad behaviorThe management of Del Amo should seriously think of such people in order to make good business.

Really great selection of motorcycles. Perfect place to go and check out your dream bike. Great staff, never felt pressured to buy and didn't immediately try to run my credit. The markup is a little high but, it's either pay this or drive another 20-30 miles to pay half the markup. For reference, the cbr1000 was just shy of $20k after markup. Not including tax and license.

Wrong location. My purchase was from Chula Vista I love my bike, but the experience was/is terrible. My sales person neglected to provide me with the paper work that I needed to sign before the bike could be relased for shipment to Texas. Long story short, two pick-up attempts were called off by Del Amo when the carrier arrived. This cost me and additional $200. I didn't receive the bike until 4 weeks after making payment. I have yet to receive the title and can't get an update as the entire staff ignores my voicemails, emails, and texts. I've asked for the general manager but they won't even tell me his/her name. This is no way to do business.

Bought a 2023 KLX300SM from Chula Vista Del Amo. The bike was up in Orange County and they had it transported very quickly. Price was fair and service was professional. Del Amo has a pretty good selection of bikes and the facility was clean and well organized. They also gave me 10% on parts for buying a new bike. Parts counter staff was very helpful in helping me find some aftermarket parts. Overall great experience at Del Amo. Thanks!

Hands down the best motorcycle dealership ever. They were very welcoming and every interaction with staff members was super professional. They helped satisfied my needs, getting me the motorcycle I was desperately looking for but couldn t find anywhere else! So a big shout out to Rafa, the salesman that helped me locate my R7. Would recommend 10/10 to anyone that s looking for a new ride.

From the beginning, I scheduled an appointment to view a scooter on their showroom tab on their website. I received a message on their off hours checking if I had any questions before our appointment. When I got there, I was greeted by Michelle at front desk, and the rest of my matter were handled by Rafael in sales, Jose the floor manager, and Gerardo in finance. I also picked up some gear from Antonio, and received some guidance on caring for the scooter from Gus and another gentleman I didn t catch the name of. We were able to go through all the processes and I picked up the scooter same day. The next steps will be servicing the scooter, so we will see how that part is handled. I m sure it will be friendly based on situation explained above.
