Jose Perez was the person who helped me. He was very kind and understanding of my frustration and lack of knowledge in the process of getting my car back in shape. He had my car ready in a very short time and it looked like nothing ever happened. I was so happy

ABSOLUTELY IMPRESSED AND HAPPY!! They were so nice, helpful, and transparent throughout the process. They sent me text message update and finished days before scheduled. Also they put everything back in my trunk and on top of that it was all nice and neat. They truly did not have to do that! It was so nice to see. It was one less thing to do in a life full of stress. Also the interior of my car was cleaned. Again, they did not have to do that. I use my car to transport my fur babies, so you can imagine all the dog hair in my car. Thank you so much Crash Champions! <3

Had to do small scratch on front bumper. Work was completed on time and on schedule. Place is busy so had to wait 2 weeks before bringing car in. The wait was worth it. My service adviser Gabriel was sharp and professional. All my comments and requests for additional work were listened and completed. Very satisfied with overall service. Painting was done well. Car looked like new. Nice touch as car was all washed up before return. Recommend this place.

Everything about my visit was outstanding from the start to end. I was greeted and checked in by the young gentleman up front very outgoing and professional then another gentleman very polite answered all my questions and concerns named Frankie took care of my vehicle he kept me informed throughout the whole process and returned my vehicle looking beautiful highly recommend this body shop

I brought my Honda Odyssey 2015 for repair due to collision last August 9,2022. All damages were checked by auto shop and submitted through Geico insurance for approval. I paid $500 for deductible. I was called a week after by Crash Champion to pick up the car. I was also informed that they were not able to fixed the passenger outside door handle because it was at the back order. I was promised that they will call me once they have the part and they will fix it within 3-4 weeks. The person who was in charge to fixed all damages was not present on the day I picked up the car. Upon checking it,I saw that the passenger side mirror was not changed and fixed since it was also documented as part of the collision damage. I requested the receptionist if I can speak to Shelton who was the person in charge with my car. He said that he missed to fixed the side mirror and promised that they will fix it together with the door handle. I followed up many times since September,October,Nov and Dec, Jan ,Feb 2023. The person in charge won t even accept my call and was avoiding me. It was always another person who answers my phone calls and will give me the same reason that part is still at the back order. He was ignoring and dusting off my complaint. Their manager and even the person in charge of the repair would never come up a solution on how they can resolve my repair issue. It was like I am at their mercy to fix my car which was already fully paid by my insurance.I called them last March 2023 to fix my side mirror since they already have the part and they did replace it. Up to this time, they never called me back to fix the door handle. I am very disappointed and regretting going to this auto body shop every time I see my damage door handle.It was a big mistake trusting this company. They do not care about their customer once they already got their payment. I wish I can give them 0 star.

So far so good, they were easy to set up an appointment, I'm having work done on my car , I'll give a review later, I got my car back and everything was fantastic, they have a great working team, even getting my rental was exceptional

Not very good at communicating. My car was dropped off 1/8/2024. Waited for a tail light for two days. That pushed back repairs being completed. I was rear ended and they didn't repair both tail lights. I picked up my vehicle it was missing the emblems and had to bring it back bc my blinker and reverse lights weren t working. And now the tail light isnt the correct color to the manufacturers condition. And im missing an OEM FLOOR MAT. They with held my car for four days bc i refused to pay the deductible that was stated to be covered by my insurance. When i dropped it off they said they would call to confirm and they didn t. 4 days of missed work bc they didn t communicate to the insurance and dont understand the terms and conditions of their contract with statefarm. 2 stars bc the paint job was the best part of the repair

1. Not all the hardware are installed back, costumer need to double or triple check their job. To make sure everything is back and installed properly.2. Not all the required repairs are repaired properly, even though we pointed out what's needed to be repaired.3. It took an additional 1 week for a simple rework. If the company can't repair it on time, please stop accepting more customers4. Whoever removed my tailgate added more scratches on my tailgate hinges.5. Till now, I'm still waiting for the parts they missed placed during repair.

Micheal was so knowledgeable and nice!! Kept me updated as well. My car was done as he said and what I was impressed about was my car was giving back to me cleaner then I left it for them!!!! I had a great experience at Crash Champions. The parts manager, Tony, was excellent. He was able to find all the parts my car needed, including a part that had to come from Canada! The estimator and the general manager were also great. I was kept up to date on the progress of my car, received it when promised, and it looked great when I got it back. Paint job was good, however I received the vehicle with my expensive aftermarket wheels permanently stained. They refuse to accept responsibility and try to bargain with me if I gave them a good survey they will repaint. DO NOT COME HERE.Service: PaintingService: Painting

Let me start by saying that the customer service is awesome! Cindy, the receptionist was so polite and helpful! Henry, the person assigned to do the repairs was polite, knowledgeable, and kept me informed of the work progress on my car. I had to return for a simple touch up paint and Robert, who helped me with the touch up paint was also polite, friendly, and quick!! I had a wonderful experience in and out!
