They always do great work here, the wait is worth it. Plus when you buy tires from Costco it comes with a lot of benefits. As you can also tell from the picture, they are setup to keep customers and employees safe.

I was here on a Sunday morning, the first person in line, for a warranty repair on a tire. The tire center is not busy and it took them 3 hours just to get the car into the shop. I tried calling four times but nobody answered the phone. When I came in to ask about the car they moved it into the shop and then told me I needed a new tire ... would have been nice to know that 2 hours ago.

If you have a memembership there is no reason not to be getting your tires at costco. You can schedule an appointment so it gets done in an hour and a half while you shop. Service is great, warrenty is great, price/quality is great [...]

I came into Costco the other day after my dealership told me I needed four new tires (I have an all wheel drive but my car only has 13K miles on it)!I came into Costco and was helped by Bob. He went out, took a look at my car and said that I only needed one. I told him another tire had a nail in it so he went and checked again...this time he came back and said he actually thought they could repair both tires.A few hour later, I only had to pay $28 out of pocket to have my tires repaired. I appreciated his honesty and his cheesy jokes along the way. They have definitely earned my business!

The gentlemen in the service department have always been kind and helpful. This review however is a reflection of the tech that provided the service to my car. I just had the wheels balanced. As a wheel tire service technician, I was disappointed to see the procedure performed to my vehicle. I should have just taken the wheels in to be balanced and not my vehicle. Lesson learned. I will not be taking any of our families vehicles to this location.

Dealer said need 4 new tires. Went to Costco, told us another 15,000 miles, not to waste our money. Honest, great prices. We trust them.

Our favorite place to get new tires! Costco has great prices on tires and the people in the service center are very knowledgeable in their field. It's so convenient to drop your vehicle off and spend and hour wandering Costco discovering new items. And of course lunch in the Costco cafe is a must while you are there.

2.5 hours and counting for a minor tire repair WITH an appointment. I have said before, VALUE is great but Costco Tire Centers need more employees. This is an absurd amount of time to wait.

I had an appointment at 730. They called me at 6 to see if I wanted to come in early because no one else was here and they could get me seen sooner and faster. I get here and all the bays were full and it s at least an hour wait. I guess they didn t want to work late so they just want to make me sit here and wait instead. Extremely disappointed. Luckily I m moving. Any tire services- I d suggest going somewhere else if your time is important to you.

This was my first time buying from costco for tires. I was really impressed with the crew asking me to swing by 25 to 100 miles after getting the tires installed to make sure all the lugs were tight. That was the first time I ever had a tire shop do that.

Honestly. Why do the smallest things take so long here? I have a single tire being replaced on warranty. They told me to come in and that it was not busy. Been sitting here for hours. Just like last time.

The price is good but no one answers the phone and the service can take a long time. I don't know why they don't have a dedicated receptionist who can at least answer the phone.

Price of tires are great, people are friendly and helpful. They were short staffed. They needed 2or 3 more employees to get cars serviced quicker.

Staff slow and now requires to make appointment on line to rotate tires. Only has to bays open. Didn't want to wait 6 hrs for that when I was the 3rd person in line. Give me a break they are always understaffed.

Costco tire center has great prices and service. They are always prompt and professional. Free rotation and pressure checks for the life of your tires !

I love the tire center . Best tire center around.Matt saved out child's life with fixing a bad flat and it was late too he could of went homeBut Matt never leaves anyone strandedNew caps for the minivan Donna man

Quick installation, awesome service, make an appointment beforehand, shop at Costco while you wait, im sure you can burn off an hour or so doing that.

I made an appt. Still takes over 1 hour for tire rotation. Will return since I bought the tires here. Feels like they need more staff at front desk.

Very small sales section with little to no view of the work bays. Pricing was quoted a little bit vague, I want a transparent bottom line out the door price.
