They are the best in town. Moises and Claudia run an amazing business. They get you in quickly and explain everything they are going to do and they make sure you understand. Fair pricing and fantastic service. I will always take my vehicles here and highly recommend them.

Had to get my brakes checked and fixed same day. It was easy to call and set a appointment, they started working on getting the parts immediately so they were ready for the appointment day. I appreciate how they showed me my bad and worn out rotors and brake pads and the price was easy on my wallet. I called around for quotes and this place was the best plus they were more attentive and communicative. It took only a couple hours to have my car ready and they even offered me a pick up from to bring me back to my car which was so nice but I didn t need it. Just the thought was great customer service. I highly recommend them for your car repairs.

I just got home from getting my lexus worked on and felt compelled to write them a review based on my outstanding experience. I was quoted a Great price, very fair for 3 hours of labor. Claudia at the front desk accomodated my schedule and Dario worked on my car and did a great job. Really appreciate honest people these days in a world of grifters. Thse are good people trying to offer good services at competitive prices. Don t pay attention to the reviews below, I met these people in person based on a referral and came to my own conclusion.it s clear that a competitor is attempting to damage their reputation and bring them down. A tragic reality in todays unscrupulous business world.It was very busy when I went and they took care of me as if I was the only person there. 10/10 great job team! I took my car to Brake Works, but unfortunately they were closed. The people from Chula Vista Auto tech offered to check my brakes and I got a quote from them for $920. I left and got my brakes done the next day at Brake Works for $780.

Very good company and my company highly recommends you bring your car here. I have been work with plenty of companies over the years to fix our high roof cargo van and they have been the best company we worked with so far. They are fast and amazing with customer service. To the the workers there from me and my company we would like to say thank you for helping us and fixing our brakes for a good price. Best fair priced mechanic in Chula Vista. Moises is the lead mechanic and he really cares about your car and will take care of you right. He's never lied, cheated, or stolen anything from me. He's very honest about everything, and if he thinks you need to go to the dealership for further diagnoses he'll tell you. He's the best mechanic I've ever had for my three cars. I have a 2005, 2007, and 2008 vehicles that I send to him when they need work done. Always quick, and always a pleasure to talk with. I 100% stand by this business!

Scam auto shop. Paid over $3000 to fix ignition issue. Came up with a bunch of stuff that wasn't problem. Took 3 weeks longer than originally said. Went back 3 times because issue continued. Said spark plugs and engine oil will be replaced. Didn't do none of them. Had to take the car to another shop. I was recommended this place by a close friend, and she was right.This place is amazing. From the phone call to the checking out process, Moises and Claudia are so thoughtful and honest. They gave me honest assessments on what my car needed and what could wait. The prices were the lowest I have ever heard of in Cali. They went above and beyond, they even fixed something on my car that I didn't mention, and they did it for free! My car now drives so much better!They are the most honest and hardworking mechanics that I have seen in years.I will definitely be coming back for any car troubles or maintenance in the future! I got my brand new Nissan Frontier on a wheel and tire combo and leveled on a 2.5inch leveling kit with Chula Vista Auto Tech and I couldn t be any happier of how it turned out . had to get my car worked on. only needed one simple thing done. to change my breaks. no need to go under my hood I didnt ask for them to , they kept insisting I needed more work done. and then quoted me at 700$ extra worth of work. which I took to another mechanic for a 2nd opinion. and was told that it was completely nonsense . sounds like I almost got scammed had I gone thru with it

Mike sold the business to a woman named Claudia, she doesn't know anything about cars . She charges very high prices for everything they do . Took my neighbors car for alignment cars makes funny noises everytime I turn, and she tells me that's normal. Mike was a great mechanic unfortunately sold his business to this woman who wants to get rich quick at the expense inexperience customers AVOID THIS PLACE .

I came here for a rare break change on my 2021 BMW X1. They were very friendly and professional but the best part is that they did a terrific job. They gave me the same recommendation as the dealership and I've been driving my car for 3 weeks now with no problems. I am always happy to do business with professionals who know what they are doing and give you great service and communication. Will be coming back!Service: Brakes

there a very bad place to do an alignment and was overcharged almost $100. what ever you do do not go to this place , they are inconsiderate and only care about ripping people off for as much money as they can rather then fixing cars

Had the best service, the technician was well knowledgeable with outstanding customer service. I will be making this shop my top preferred shop. I would recommend this shop it s a very friendly place with a welcoming environment. I needed a tune-up on my car and I called around to about 4 different places Chula Vista Auto Tech's quote was the lowest. I turned my car in that morning and the price they quoted me on the phone was the price he charged, so I was very pleased with that. I knew I had pretty bad tires and needed to change that next. After they were done with the car he mentioned my tires were not in good shape and quoted us a price for tires if we wanted to go through them for tires, he did not try and sell us the most expensive ones so I was pleased, I called Chula Vista Auto Tech and told them I would like to buy tires from them. They said they had to order them which was fine I didn't mind at all, it was just a couple of days that worked out perfectly. I turned the car over to them again to do the tires and they finish just in time for me to leave for work, everything worked out perfectly. I had to get my automatic transmission rebuilt, to the tune of almost $3,000. At the time, I had no idea what things cost, and didn't realize that it was more than $1,000 over what any other shop would have charged me. This took me months to pay off with my barely above minimum wage salary. Nice people, but I'll be taking my car elsewhere next time.

I ll always bring my car to Chula Vista Auto tech whenever I need to get a diagnostic, or something fixed in my car. Moises is a great and honest mechanic. He always goes into detail on what needs to be done to the car, and what could wait a little, never trying to charge for work that doesn t really need to be done, and prices are always fair. You can bu sure your car is in great hands when you come here!

Took my car for an alignment. The initial estimate was $85. After a few minutes, the woman told me my car needed parts to do the alignment right. She tried to charge me $750. Overcharged me and I went to a mechanic down the street who told me that my car hadn't even gotten the service I had paid for so I still had to pay for the same thing again , at least the shop down the street was 100$ cheaper. Save yourself stress time money and headache do not go here!!!

My car broke down in chula vista so i walked down the street to a few car shop places went to one who recomended me to another ,i wakked in and was told to have a seat where i sat and waited for about a half hour . I was starting to get impatient when some one came and asked me if i have been helped ,i said no he asked me why i was there i told him my car died i needed help to get ot going .he said wheres your car ,i said down the srreet and said he needs the car to fix it . Well that is obvious so i asked him if he had a tow person he would recomend . He said sit down he would call his friend . Two hours later i asked him if his friend was coming , he said no that if i wanted a tow truck i would have to call . I should of left right then but i needed my car fixed ,so i wakked around to another shop and found someone with good english who got me a tow within 15 minutes . I reluctantly brought it to chula vista auto tech around 2 pm where i was told they wouldnt be able to look at it that day . I was fed up so i called a mobile mechanic and was back on the road by 330 pm i guess the rainy weather got something wet but 60 bucks was all it cost . Last time i try chula vista auto tech two thumbs down

If you got towed by Isabel Towing to Chula Vista Auto Tech like I did, report them to authorities they run a bribery scam. Isabel towing brings disabled cars from freeway to get kick back from Chula Vista Auto tech by coercion. If you were a victim, report them .

Moises is a great mechanic and honest. The prices are very reasonable compared to local dealerships. I come here for all regular maintenance and for any concerns as well. My experience was not good at all. They left a part attached to my car and asked for my address to pick up the part from me. They kept calling even though I told them I was at work. Not to mention the loud buzzing noise and chemical/electrical smell that my car had after they worked on it. Wasn't worth the headache.
