Wow!! I had such a great experience during my claims process, but mainly because of Pedro Navarro. He took in my car for the repairs, answered all of my questions and concerns throughout the process and always maintained good communication with me in regards to updates with the repairs. Friendly, Easy and Efficient!!! They even returned my car washed inside/out. Excellent service, very happy! Thank you

Excellent service, fixed up my 2023 Maverick after getting rear-ended. Looks like new, wait time was acceptable, and customer service (Angie) was great. They informed me of a pending recall that I had taken care of at the dealer. Next time I need any body work I am returning here. All of their staff was helpful and they have a really cool lobby area.Two other times at another repair shop I got my vehicles back with check engine lights on, that they did not have prior. There were very long wait times and no resolution to the check engine lights by the shop (they just cleared it with the ODB scanner).

My wife and I took took our vehicle for repair, we were impressed to see that Chula Vista Auto Body removed the bumper, mirror, flares, and even a glass window to paint. The color match was spot on and it came out beautiful. Truly the best job I've ever seen. We had to take our car in for repairs after getting hit in a small accident. The staff at Chula Vista auto body were patient, helpful and kind throughout the whole process. They truly went above and beyond. And of course the car looks great. Highly recommend coming here!

Hassle free customer service, good communication, excellent work, on-time completion of repair...what more could you want. Front left fender and trim dented on my 2021 Tacoma from collision. CVAB worked directly with my insurance, State Farm, to get the repair done. Looked like a new truck when I drove it away. Vehicle was washed, tires shined. That was a nice bonus! Would definitely recommend.Service: Body & Trim

The best of the best! I've had major damage to my car twice in the last year due to negligenct drivers. I'm so happy to be in good hands. They also done some extra detail to my car door on the first round that had nothing to do with the accident. They buffed it out and matched the paint. Thank you for everything!Ellen-Dianne

Unfortunately, I didn't take a before & after pic of my car repair but wow my car looks good!! Thank you to Jose and his entire staff for their professionalism, hard work, patience, and customer service! Everyone was truly amazing to work with!!!Along with the repair, they did a complementary car wash. My car is the default car for road trips, beach trips, going out, etc and on top of that my dog makes a mess in the car so it was in embarrassing condition when I brought it in but they cleaned my car so good- inside & out, it looked brand new LOL!! I just had to tip them haha.Once again, thank you so much everyone! I appreciate everyone (:

Absolutely great job, they took care of my car as it was theirs. At first was really worried about the paint job on my Ruby Red mustang but the boys did a top knotch job. After going to another body shop that didn t give me the attention or time of day I ended up coming here. Best thing that could have happened for me. Jose is beyond professional and went out of his to ensure I had a good experience.

Called trying to set up an appt for an estimate. Was told, "We are only doing insurance work right now, " when I explained the job would have to be cash. Leads me to believe they are over priced, and highly recommended by owner. That's what happens when the driver at fault doesn't have enough insurance to cover their collision costs.

Took my husband car to get fixed and they did an amazing job looked brand new. We were very pleased with the outcome. Went back to get my car looked at because it had some scratches on the side that someone hit while my car was parked. Marcos helped us out and took good care of us. Great customer service both times and friendly staff I definitely recommend them if you need any work done. Thank you Marcos!

My family and i have been coming to fix our cars in this body shop for years. Their work it is always outstanding and the service it is unquestionably one of the best I have ever receive anywhere else in San Diego. We always work with Jose. He is knowledgeable and the ultimate professional. My wife just got a very heartbreaking experience with her new car being damaged at the dealership during service and Chula Vista auto body fixed her car and restore the cars and my wife s sparkle! Thank you Jose!

My wife was in a rear end collision about 2 weeks ago and I decided to take our car to Chula Vista Auto Body. Carlos is one of their painters and did an amazing job. We picked up the car today and was very impressed with the attention to detail. The color matching was spot on. This place has been in business for a long time and this is the reason why is because they want their customers to be satisfied and I am. I highly recommend them.

My parents were on their way home to Oregon and their car was hit crossing the border. This shop fixed their car and got it safe to drive. They charged us a better than fair price. The bathrooms and waiting area are spotless!! About 4 different people offered us coffee, bottled water, soda. If you are looking for friendly, clean and great prices this is the shop to go to. They make you feel like you are family. A++++ customer service!!

Jose and Marco went above and beyond to take care of me and my Jeep. And although the parts we were waiting on were back ordered, they always kept constant communication with me and were able to make things work with my schedule. I took my daughter s Car in to repair her driver s side door. She had slid into a pole. Juan was very thorough and noticed additional damage to the mirror that I had missed. I got her car back a day sooner than promised. The car looked better than new. I am very happy with their service and will recommend them to all my friends. A+ for service. A+ for quality.

Great place to take your car, they will make you feel comfortable if you have to wait and then get you in and out promptly. I was happy to see the wonderful work they did after my car was rear ended, they washed and vacuumed my car and fix my blinker that needed a bulb for free. They were amazing this shop I will continuously go to if I have any body damage issues.

I have taken my car here twice now for body work. The staff are really nice and straightforward.They did a very good job both times and were very thorough. They are an express shop for my insurance company which made the whole process very quick and painless. I did not have to schedule a convenient time for adjusters to come and assess the damage, I just dropped the car off and picked it up a week later when it was done. The first time I came was due to vandalism which caused my door to clip the body frame every time I opened it. They were very thorough, fixing everything which could be affected by this damage (window seal, wheel well, door frame, front bumper, etc.) They really made sure to do the job right. The second time I came in was for a scratch on the door. They did an excellent paint job, the car looks brand new!

I've had 2 vehicles repaired here and the customer service I've received has been nothing less then excellent! They are quick, yet efficient and the quality of their works speaks volumes. I appreciate a business that keeps communication with thier customers throughout thier time in repairing your vehicle. I highly recommend this auto body shop!

Very efficient in all they do. Get you in and out very quickly. Great personal service. Very attentive to your needs and very honest in what to expect from them in all services provided. I am highly satisfied and would recommend them to anyone needing a vehicle repair.

Can't say enough good things about this establishment. Our 2018 vehicle with just 3700 mi. On it received left front side damage due to an aggressive taxi driver.Worked with Victor and you would never know it was in an accident.We've been using C.V Auto Bogy for over 12 years and have never been disappointed. They're ability to match and blend the paint no matter the age of the vehicle is amazing. They're guarantee is second to none, although I've never had to take a vehicle back yet due to they're outstanding workmanship.Many thanks to Victor and the staff at Chula Vista Auto Body for restoring our vehicle back to New again!!!!!

Even though my car wasn't in a car crash, and all I had was a messed up window that did not go up, he still fixed it pretty quick and efficiently and everything works great as it was when I got it. Thanks! I really appreciate it! I would recommend this place especially if you are looking to get your car fixed.

Avoid this place at all cost. The owner is absolutely full of himself. Acts like you should be honored to be at his shop. As if he doesn't know there are a thousand other repair shops in town. And the work was only so-so. I've had better results from other shops. It wasn't even my car and I was disappointed in the finished product. Save yourself GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Came to fix my car after being rear ended and they took me in right away with out an appointment. Jose was ready to help me and answer all my question. Excellent service.
