I took my car to Cesar because it failed the smog check somewhere else and I needed to get it fixed so I could renew my registration. Cesar is very personable and he is very honest! The cost to get my car fixed was very good! It was much less than I expected. This was my first time going to Cesar's Auto Mechanics and Smog Check and I had a great experience! and I will definitely be back again! I highly recommend them!Services: Smog certification, Emissions testing, Registration renewal

I went to a different shop at first and got an estimate that was way overpriced (Encinitas Autohaus) don t go there. They will completely lie to your face about to it price range and problems. Thankfully my fathers friend referred me to Cesar s who is an absolute life savor. Greatest price range and service in north county. God bless you guys for your aid. I one hundred percent recommend you go there for your car care.

Cesar's auto shop has done several mechanical repairs for me and has done amazing work very honest and reliable getting exactly what I needed done. I highly recommend this company! You won't be sorry! He's very reasonable too and won't rip you off!

We absolutely love working with Cesar. We have gone to him for years for anything from a simple smog to major car repairs. We have never been disappointed or dissatisfied with his work. He is quick and his prices are very reasonable! We will continue to use Cesar for as long as he is around. Cesar was honest about sending me to the correct place (of the coupon I had), but I decided to stay with his shop instead. I value that he was upfront about everything and didn't try to mislead me on anything. I recommend his shop as he'll even laugh at your dumb jokes! You got double points for that Cesar! I have used Cesar's Auto Mechanics for over 6+ years. They have always been reliable and affordable. Cesar always made an effort to get me in when my car had REAL "emergencies." His rates are very fair and the quality of work is excellent.I highly recommend anyone to take their cars there if you want a good, reliable mechanic. I have no plans to go else where!

Cesar has been my mechanic for the past 4 years. He does a great job and gives a sense of comfort and honesty that's hard to find in his trade. If you are able to get on his schedule, I highly recommend him for all your auto needs.

Caesar is the man! We texted him over the weekend and he responded to us immediately and gave us a fair price. He got us in right away and did a great job on our 2002 4 runner. I would highly recommend him. He pays attention to detail and his price is firm and doesn t try and up sell you on unnecessary repairs. I will be definately be going back.

Our family has been LOYAL clients of Cesar Auto Mechanics. I can honestly say Gods Blessing to our family. He is an amazing person with a true mechanics hat, ethics and love of his business. We have recommended his Auto Shop to many and they all say the same. HE IS GREAT!!! Thank you Cesar!

Very honest guy and good mechanic. He won't try to scam you by trying to sell you things you don't actually need. Also very good prices, might be the best in the oceanside area.Before I met him I did call many mechanics around the area for a fairly expensive job and he had the best price and finished the job fast.He even didn't charge me anything for the few times I brought my car in and just found out nothing was really wrong.

We are so grateful for Cesar! He's very fast, his work is awesome! He's super nice and his price is really fair. We've had several bad experiences as our 19 yo daughter is in CA on her own. We are so grateful to find "our" mechanic!

I walked into Cesar s auto to get a smog check and an oil change on my Acura TL and he finished in a flash it took about 45 minutes to finish everything. He had fair pricing, quick work, excellent job, and has great manners. Trust me he won t let you down he is a great person to rely on. This is the #1 place to go to fix cars and smog check. Oh he is ASE certified. This made me more confident.

I've been having my car and my wife's car serviced at Cesar's Auto Mechanics for years. A great trustworthy mechanic is always a good find! Cesar and his staff always perform maintenance as well as diagnose and repair any problems quickly and economically. They have earned my trust and I won't take my or my wife's car anywhere else. Live in Murrieta, but well worth the drive to Vista for excellent service every time. Highly recommend Cesar's Auto Mechanics!

10/10 recommend! Cesar was so kind and helpful. I had just bought a vehicle from a private seller, and the morning after I got it it wouldn t start. He figured out the issue in no time. Walked away happy as can be. You won t find a better mechanic anywhere else!

Cesar is a very knowledgeable mechanic. Even the most puzzling problems he can analyze and knows what needs to be done to repair it. Also, he is honest and fair when it comes to billing for the repair. He is the kind of business man you'll wish there were more of.

I have done quite a bit of service with Cesar for my work truck in the last 6 months or so (lower ball joints, trouble shooting ac, catalytic converters, O2 sensors, smog, check engine). If there is one thing i can say I've learned as an electrician, your business is about the relationships you make. I meet A LOT of people but i can honestly say that I have made a relationship with Cesar. He is a great person and is very honest and PROUD about his work. You can't go wrong coming to this shop.

I took my vehicle for a smog test . It had the check engine light on. They fixed engine light issue. So the following day I took it and got the smog done. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to Cesar's Auto Mechanics. They're reliable and honest!

Honest people that do good work. I needed to drive out of state that day and they were able to make sure my truck was good for the trip. Didn t try to force unnecessary work and even let me know what items may need to be addressed in the future.

Repairs were not worth value of my car even though I got a competitive quote. Ceasar charged me next to nothing for the diagnostics. Very satisfied.

I just got a smog check and it was the shortest tume i ever spent in any auto shop. It was very professional, quick, and clean i highly recommend if you need a smog check then casar's auto mechanics is the right place to go for any type vehicle inspections and work...
