Great experience. I came in to get used tires and was surprised to see they had great financing so I decided to get new tires and was immediately approved for financing at a great price. The staff was very friendly and did a fast job. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend this place for my family and friends. Oh and yes the taco shop next door.

This is a very professional shop.Auto service shops have the reputation of being untimely, not keeping their word, not opening at their posted hours.You will not have any of that here.Got there 5 mins before their opening time on a Sunday morning, and they were ready to rock.The manager quickly gave me an estimate for 4 tires and estimated time the job would take.Guess what?The price I was charged was exactly as quoted, and they finished at the time they had told me.After looking around at Walmart, Costco and other independent shops on Main street and arouns Chula, these guys were the best deal all around, without having to wait in long lines to be serviced such as ivee had in the big retailers.These guys are diligent, responsive, and precise. Go with them.

Right off the Main Street next to El Ranchero. They answered my call an hour before closing, were nice, and very reasonable in price.

WOW WOW WOW! INCREDIBLE FAST AND FRIENDLY SERVICE! PETER WAS SUPER GREAT AND HIS ASSISTANT (LUIS?), WAS FANTASTIC. IT WAS PACKED WITH CUSTOMERS, BUT PETER TOOK CARE OF THEM FAST . PRICES ARE SUPER FAIR. BUDGET TIRE IS A SERIOUS NO NONSENSE TIRE STORE.

I had a good experience. The young man who help me was fast and respectful. Not just that, when he was about to put the tire in my trunk he started to look for a towel to clean and dry off the tire. That showed me his respect and concern. I appreciated that. He was clean fast and respectful. That made him perfect. Thank you!

I had read the good reviews before coming. When i approached the shop, I saw 2 other cars jacked up for service. So I drove past. I decided to turn around and get in line. BY the time I drove up one of the 2 cars was gone. I was promptly greeted. I noticed 2 workers, and later learned a 3rd or more were working in the shop out of sight. They started my job right away. It is not likely you will have to wait when you come. Courteous and friendly service. I hope, for your sake, you also consider this tire shop before the others in Chula Vista.

Brought my truck to get air in my tire because it was low they took it off and found this big dent inside the tire dropped it off Sunday morning got it back Monday afternoon fixed I would highly recommend this place to my family and friends

Always have good experiences. I'm a returning customer, they can also order tires for you same day delivery usually. The prices are very Fair considering the good service and Value.

Very poor Service, bought 4 new tires and 4 new rims, went to rotate and balance them in another shop and the employee told me 2 rims where really crooked because they had 4 to 9 ounces of lead to balance them, went back to this shop and they said it's because i hit a really bad rock or sidewalk curb, still want it to charge for the balancing service and rotation.

Fast service, had nail in tire repaired in under 20 min. The guys were friendly and nice. Highly recommend them.

Bought used tires here, and the customer service was horrible. When the tires were installed the guy did not even notice that the tires were punctured. Even though it was making a hissing sound of the air coming out of the tire, he said they were good.Second had to bring them back so they replaced the tire that was bad. Had to come back a third time because the tire pressure was marking low. The manager checked the air and said it was just low.3 day's passed and still the tire was marking low. Took it to a different tire shop and turns out the tire was patched 3 times already.The manager instead of taking a look at the tire to see if that could had been the problem just checked the air pressure. Would not recommend this place at all, be careful.

Most economical variety. Sold me great used tires for an old suburban I had sitting around for years. Went back and grabbed some bigger wheels and bf s because of the great service!

soo in september i saw a post for Rims and Went to check them and i bought them . The rims looks good but the handeling was Unsafe the rims were 19inch . turns out one was repaired from a Crack That he never showd me (helped by manger ) until another tire shop had showd me. i was helped by the Manager who said i couldn't get a refund I recommend nobody come here Complete waste of time and money i paid $420 for the wheels and tires and ended up selling them for $300 the manager sucks ! He knew he sold me Messed up rims and tires and he couldn't Be straight up about how one was repaired , the dude i sold them too calld me and told me that he got a flat on the freeway ! so the rims Suckd goodthing i got rid of them asap anyways THIS PLACE IS A SCAM ! don't come go to Hernadez Tires next Door !! u can not compare the service and quality i would give this place no stars !! ! please Save urself from These unprofessional scammers !!

Very bad service. The owner is a liar and does not stick up to his word. The employees are unprofessional. This company does not even deserve a one star, it deserves less than one. If you are looking for tires look somewhere else so you don't deal with these liars.

Patched my tire, took less then 20 mins from the moment I worked in. Price was reasonable, asked about future tires. It s called Budget tire for a reason. I definitely recommend.

Being in the car business, I look for quality mechanical and tires. Budget Tires on 3358 Main st Chula Vista has always been quality service, and great prices. We at Ernie's Auto Sales recommend Budget tires

I come here alot cause of my low profile tires I get regular service usually but today Julio helped me he was great he made sure the tires were all good and even checked my rim which will soon need to be repaired Julio did a great job thank you

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! The guys at the counter aren t properly trained with their financing department. They re typical car salesman(crooks). If you finance with them it ll be a 50% finance fee if you don t pay off within the 90 days. DO NOT finance with ACIMA.

This was the worst tire shop I ve ever been to in life over I m not over exaggerating the customer service is horrible they give you one price before work is done and then try to change the price when it s time to pay they don t care about their customers they don t care if I bought a tire from them a month ago And it went bad the tire blew it was old and worn out from the inside when I told them about it they try to blame my car and I have a newer car I ask when will the owner will be here the guy who is the manager who s name is Freddy was horrible he told me the peers will come on one day and he does not have to tell me when I said are your serious I spend my money now it s wasted and your don t care Freddy told me oh well I told him I m not gonna sit here and waste my money and have something go bad in a month and he told me well I don t buy used tires I only buy new tires so not my problem The crazy part about it is that this is my second time going there the first time I went there I asked for two matching tires they gave me two different tires and once I got home I noticed the tires were different when I brought them back they try to have an attitude I don t want to spend my money on something I don t want and you have an attitude for giving me something that I did not ask for like this place is horrible save your time and money and don t go to budget tire in Chula VistaBecause I took my car to another shop to check the alignment since they wanted to say my tire went bad because I needed a back alignment two different shops they both told me I don t need an alignment that budget sold me a bad time and I am mom and I take my kids everywhere and god forbid my tire could and blew out in the freeway over them being shandy

Absolutely the best customer service out of all the tire shops on Main Street, never have had a problem with any of my tires those people there are honest and reliable I recommend all my family and all my friends.

US Marine works there and is very helpful. Prices are competitive and they offer same day powder coating.
