Awesome mechanic shop brought my car here for a check engine light and a super loud whine. They got both figured out and fixed within 2 days. They kept us updated on the work and took great care of my car. The prices for the work and parts were very reasonable. Will continue to bring all our cars here.

Best place in town to get your car worked on. New, old, foreign or domestic. Great service at super reasonable prices. I've taken different makes and models over the years from complete rebuild to a simple oil change you will be very satisfied with the service.

Very surprised that place has so many 4/5 stars considering that their customer service and prices are completely horrible. If I could give this place a 0 start trust me I would. They are so over priced. My car was over heating and they wanted to charge me $80 to just look at the car to tell me what needed to be fixed I never had that happen to me. I had gotten in a car accident and I took my car to them to get fixed for them to fix it ($1500) then after I pay say im better off getting a new car? Horrible people that just want money. DO NOT COME HERE. Pretty sure there s some money laundering going on as well

I brought my company vehicle to this shop because my transfer case selector was stuck on 4high. Their mechanics did an inspection that took 1.5 hrs, which they charged me 160 dlls. Their mechanic concluded that the transfer case needed a rebuild that was supposed to cost me 2800 dlls. I drove my truck to get a second opinion and they fixed it in 30 min, it was a linkage issue that cost me nothing. Hopefully, the shop personnel read this and understand that charging people for nothing is utterly wrong. Beware people do not get trapped and always ask for a second opinion.

Driving down the I-5 my car started to act up. I pulled off the first exit and noticed transmission fluid leaking bad day. I brought my car to Broadway Premier Auto Service, and had the most amazing service. They also have quick turnaround time. Dropped it off Wednesday around 5pm and had my car back Thursday afternoon. Good communication and very fair prices. Next time your car needs to get diagnosed . Come here. A Class service.

The head mechanic, Moses is by far the most professional and knowledgeable mechanic, I ve ever had the honor of taking my vehicles to. If you go here, I highly recommend his service, his attention to detail is impeccable. Though any one of the professionals that work here, are far above any shop I ve ever encountered. This place is clean, professional, fast and very well put together. They especially take care of service members! I can say that with full confidence as I m a Marine myself. These guys understand the busy and stressful lives, we have and go above and beyond reproach to ensure customer satisfaction and building relationships of trust, which is hard to come by with any auto shop. I can say with full confidence, I will only take my vehicles here, because they give the best prices and best service anywhere in Southern California.

Had a small issue with my car and I called multiple places near by, but everyone said they didn t have time or they were fully booked.Called Broadway Premier Auto Service and they told me to bring our car in so they can look at it.20 minutes later and it s all fixed!Amazing customer service and amazing owners! Thank you! Will definitely be coming back!

This Place was amazing!!!. My Husband Patrick Willis brought both our cars here to have maintenance. They fixed his BMW.. After another Mechanic screwed it up. Now it's running perfect, as for my car its purring like a kitten. They where professional and detailed in all ways more than one. Thank you all for a Job awesomely done ...

This place is unbelievable!! I have not met real honest to goodness mechanics in many years. Not only do these men work hard on the task at hand, they don't make you feel inferior or dumb when explaining what's wrong with the vehicle. They did not overcharge at all,they were willing to work with me because of my situation at the time. And you really couldn't meet a more friendly and courteous staff. My hats off to Broadway Premier!!!!

I originally stopped in with a bad starter. They said it was going to be $600. First of all, its way over priced. $600 to install a starter in a Toyota Sequoia? Additionally, I am pretty sure they messed up my lug nuts. And the car has started to make additional noises, which seems really weird. Buyer beware.Be thankful for the money you robbed, you'll never get another dollar from me, that's for sure.

This place is amazing! I dread going to mechanics because cars just really aren't my thing, but this place was actually awesome. John went out of his way to make me feel welcome. He was honest and easy to talk to and didn't charge me through the roof. Seriously loved my experience here.

For starters, its a spot where they get things done. Great costumer service from workers. I came in for brake pads and rotors & got taken care of , most definitely recommend this business . if it aint enough they sell food inside the lot.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

This Shop clearly Riipped off my son that is currently in the Service. as you know young people may not be familiar with pricing but this placed charged Him 68 Dollars for a OIL CHANGE . When i got there i told the Owner that is was to high of a price and he responded well Your son excepted and was ok with price and should had said something. but since didnt thats what he was willing to pay. i called Ford dealership both of them are 39.99 with tax. Dont come here
