This is long over due . I was told about Baja Auto Repair by owe of the owners. My Lexus Rx400 was totaled but I wanted it repaired rather than get a new car. No one would work on my car, but Baja. I always dealt with the manager and he was the best experience of any shop I have EVER used. Raul checked in every few days to tell me the status of my car. He worked with my insurance company so I didn t have to. My car was finished in one week. They were all so polite and professional. When I picked up my car, not only did they repair the whole front of the car, but they got every scratch and ding out of the entire car. They were only paid by insurance to repair the front end. They even completely replaced the hole in the front leather seat with a new piece of leather. The car was immaculate. Then when I went to pay my $500 Deductable, Raul said he was only going to charge me $400 and to keep the extra $100 for myself! Raul is amazing. I will never take my car any where else again for anything. They re centrally located in North County, San Diego. I ll refer everyone to Raul and Baja Auto Body. They made a bad experience a great one with pleasant surprises along the way. Highly recommend. 12 out of 1-10. 5 stars. Wendy Simon Thank you Raul.

I definitely recommend this business if you need bodywork done on your vehicle. Such care was taken with my Mazda3 when the front bumper was being replaced. Raul was in constant communication and Jose was very trustworthy and fair with his pricing. Their meticulous attention to detail was VERY appreciated. Good work for a good price, i always bring my cars here for when i need something done and they are always able to do it within the same week at the least compared to other body shops that claim there backed up for a few weeks

First of all, rarely in a blue moon do I ever leave any kind of review. However, what's right is right and the guys at Baha did a great job with my Silverado. They worked with the insurance and communicated very well with me as we went through the process. Jose (owner) and Raul (front office) were great to work with. Don't let their location in a rough and tumble industrial park scare you off- they are a quality shop. Generally, I'm a bit suspicious by nature and half-way expect to get ripped off when I deal with this kind of thing. So, coming from me, this is a review to be trusted.

The guys at Baha exceeded our expectations in every way. My son smashed the front of his Toyota Tacoma, and the guys at Baha did an excellent job with the body repair, new paint, and bumper replacement. Came here two years ago to replace a part and decided to come back and sure glad I did!The service was very quick and friendly with a very reasonable price! The service quality is just the same (if not better) so I'm glad that they've continued to be an awesome repair shop. Jose and his team will get it done and in a quick, professional manner and best of all at a great price (:

Zero stars! My Volvo S60 was STOLEN from their open lot. The owners Son admitted leaving the key fab in the ignition and the door unlocked. It was also parked in the 1st spot near the street, backed in so it was easily driven away only seeing the back of the person on the camera footage across the street. There's no gate to protect cars from being stolen and no cameras on this business. I left my car for 1 night for a repair and it was stolen. The response from the owner was "sorry for the inconvenience. "

I read reviews, but I also like having personal referrals... Someone who'd done excellent work on my car, and who'd proven himself to have integrity, recommended Baha Auto Body with confidence; that weighed heavily in my decision to give them a try.Jose, the owner, gave me a quote I couldn't refuse; he was friendly from start to finish, and I never felt pressured or rushed - he actually took his time, even after the work had been done and I was picking the car up, despite being after hours on a Friday!The work was completed earlier than expected, and the result is outstanding: My baby looks so shiny and beautiful.They did a great job matching the red paint, restored the glossy topcoat (which had been destroyed by unqualified painters), and the front bumper, one of the best features of the car, looks brand new... They somehow repaired it to perfection, rather than replacing it.You'd never know my car's paint and front bumper had been in such bad shape.My mechanic came over to see it the day I picked it up; he went over it with a fine tooth comb, is impressed with the work, says they did a great job, and could tell which panels had been replaced (by looking from underneath)... I found it interesting to get a professional's opinion. He had nothing but praise.I am so proud of my car now.Baha also vacuumed the inside, so they left her looking great in every way.My dream car now looks like the car of my dreams...
