For last 30 years I am using B&C service. Every time I am getting excellent service. They prefer reputable parts supplier and they guaranty there work. They also can give an excellent advice. They prefer to perform jobs that really improve my vehicle performance and avoid optional jobs. (Couple of times I was recommended not to fix engine in old cars car can run as-is, but if you start working on it some other parts my require replacement and it may be unreasonable investment in old car. )As I can see, they have a lot of work, and the priority for this shop not to make money, but to make as many vehicles run well without any problems.I highly recommend this shop.

Top-drawer, sharpest tool in the shop. Ray and Cory operate the finest automotive tech in the county. Men with substantial character, ability, competency, motive, and care. Consistent in demonstrating they understand my needs and act in my best interest. My vehicles are in the best of hands.

Ray and his family provide an incredible service with their Auto B&C business. They are experts at detecting and repairing cars and trucks. They are honest and respectful to customers. Rest assured, no surprises at B&C auto repair. This is the second time I have taken my truck for repair at B&C and have been happy with the repairs. You get a thorough inspection, and a true quote on the repair costs before the work is started. They use quality manufactured parts insuring the best quality repair.

This family run business has take care of all my various vehicles, including big Dodge and Ford Super Duty trucks since 2015. They are hardworking good human beings who take pride in and stand behind their work. I am proud to be one of their customers.

Complete suspension installed and some previous issues fixed. They even caught something i had no idea was an issue. Explained everything in depth. What else can i say cory,ray and everyone i spoke to was terrific.Definitely recommend. Truck rides and drives so much nicer on cory's recommendation of parts. The mechanic originally said my car would be finished in one day and that the possibility of the part coming in was good. I didn't hear back from him after that, no updates for the rest of the day . Next day, I wait and wait for a call finally at around 3:00 p.m. I make a call to get an update and I'm told that they will have to call me back. They call me back and say, it turns out the part was reserved for someone else and it will be more than a week before they can get the part, so I can come pick up my car the next day (2 days w/o my car) and put a down payment on the part. Only problem is I'm a teacher and this is spring break , which is the only time I have to do this kind of stuff, otherwise I have to take a day off from work to get my car fixed (they are not open on weekends) . I walked all over town and spent over a hundred bucks on Uber all for my car to sit there and absolutely nothing happened to it because they have poor communication skills. And then the cherry on top was I felt it was weird that I couldn't just pick up my car on the current day instead of waiting until the next day, so I call back and ask if I can just pick up my car this day and the gentleman yells across the shop and gets feedback from another guy. He says, "Oh yeah, sure , come on in and pick up your car today." I was just about to spend another 40 bucks on Uber to get to a vet appointment I had when in reality I could have just picked up my car that present day. It's that kind of unorganization and poor communicationthat caused me to waist my time and money on Uber. I should have known by how the place looked when I first walked in, it was a mess !! Parts and boxes all over the waiting room and the customer service counter. I'm never going back.

I absolutely recommend this family owned business they are thorough skilled and very reasonable ! I moved here 7 years ago and I never thought that finding a reliable and reasonable auto repair place here would be such a pain. I am finally very satisfied. B&C Auto Repair it's the best!

Service was great! They were able to fit me into their busy schedule on a short notice. Great small business vibe with a cool little waiting room. Very knowledgeable on diesel rigs so comforting to know they know what they are doing on my Ram 3500 Cummins based camper. Will be back for sure!

This is a family owned business, and hands down the best mechanics around. I own a Chevy turbo diesel utility work truck, and B&C Auto is the only place I will let touch my truck. Ray, Corey, and Cecelia are the best you are ever going to find!!!Ray taught Corey quite a bit, But I m sure Curry taught him a lot along the way as well during and the family business, and Cecilia runs the desk.Ever since we found them, my wife and I always bring our cars there. EVERY time!There s even been a few times where they fixed things for free that said that only took 10 minutes so they weren t going to charge us. I mean what kind of Mechanic does that ? B&C Does!The best part is, these are great people and a pleasure to deal with especially when you re going through a difficult time with your vehicle.

B & C is a family run business that has been in Vista for over 30 years. They treat you like one of the family when you bring your vehicle to them. I've been looking for a great diesel mechanic and they were highly recommended by a long time friend. Ever since I walked through the door for the fist time, Ray has always made me feel like one of the family. He takes the time to go through the repairs and always recommends the best parts to replace those OEM ones when possible. I've been very happy with their service of my 2007 Dodge Ram 2500 and won't be going anywhere else. I had a really unfortunate car experience (likely need a new engine) but a great experience with B&C Auto Repair. They were able to get the car inspected quickly and were very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions I had in pretty extensive detail.When they found the engine issue their first recommendation was to see if the dealership would take care of it under warranty instead of paying them to do it, which speaks to their character and integrity.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection

I ve been getting my vehicles serviced at B&C Auto since 1986 which included our motorhome, a Lincoln Town Car and a Lincoln Continental Mark 6. Now I have an Acura and Ray takes care of everything. He and his son and his other machanics are all knowledgeable and do everything in a timely and professional manner, at a fair price and all while making you feel Iike family.I highly recommend B&C Auto and I give them five stars! *****Service: Auto engine diagnostic

B & C is awesome! I ve only met Ray and Cory but I know the business is family owned and you can tell. You get honest, no bs answers to your problems and it s genuine! They tested my truck (2017 6.4L Hemi Ram 2500) for any exhaust leaks or lifter issues and everything checked out. There was no hassle or run around! Oh ya, they installed new injectors on my dads 2006 Ford F-350 6.0L diesel a year ago and it still runs like new!Service: Vehicle Inspection

I have been looking for a real honest auto repair company for years and have been disappointed from mom and pop shops to big name Carlsbad dealerships. One would think that if they sell the brand auto, they should be able to do maintenance and repairs . I have been in Oceanside this time for the last 26 years.Today, after a neighbors recommendation;I had the best service and workmanship that I have experienced after all the years so far.Thank you all very much, the wonderful folks at B and C Auto.They say what they mean, and mean what they say. Promised what they say and kept their word.I was aboard for about 5 hours, my choice to stick around. Real customer service and workmanship. They listen and explain your opinions. All hands professional and focused on serving your automotive needs.My wife and I are very pleased and Thank God for a garage that operates as B&C does.We are not teenagers; we have had a few cars and service dealers over the past 45 years in So Cal.We are going to only B and C Auto for our automotive business.
