most unhelpful AutoZone across the country. I have spent thousands of dollars over year of dealing with AutoZone from Vista Ca, to West Babylon NY, to Patchogue NY. Vista Way is the lease experienced with customer service. Calling this location for any type of over the phone purchases is like pulling teeth from a shark! Guerrmo the manager is the worst of all!

They are wonderful! Always willing to help and answer questions!! I went to another location and this location was willing to install a new battery after purchase! I came back the two days later and purchased new windshield wipers, again they were kind enough to help me install them too. Thank you so much!!

Had two bad experiences at this AutoZone, both regarding price matching. The first time they didn't want to price match their own website, the second time they wouldn't match a competitor. There are plenty of auto parts stores in the area, I'd recommend avoiding this one like the plague!

If you read nothing else of this review, just know that I was given excellent customer service by the staff at this store, especially by Maria O, and I'm left feeling valued and appreciated. It's interactions like this that make me a customer for life!I arrived having researched the part number I needed, so I figured I'd be in and out of the store in record time. I was greeted upon entry, and asked if I'd like any assistance. I was ready to peruse the aisles myself, but just mentioned that I was here for a bulb replacement for my front headlight. Maria led me to the bulbs and during our brief walk, I read the part number aloud. She instinctively knew exactly where it was, and within seconds, I was at the counter paying for the item. She noted an option for a discount with my transaction, and applied it without me even having to ask.I was in and out of the store, even faster than I had anticipated, having saved a little money, but the best part was still to come!I was also given guidance and assistance in replacing my headlight bulbs, which were both installed in record time. Maria was helpful in teaching me how to remove the old bulbs, and was wise when mentioning the kinds of things to consider when replacing the bulbs. Maria was awesome! And once again, the staff at this Vista AutoZone location continues to impress and has earned my accolades of being THE ABSOLUTE BEST IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I wanted to give Andrew a big shout out! I went in during a very busy time. There was only one person at the time helping. Andrew came in and started getting to all the customers while answering phone calls and calling other stores to check for parts. He truly knows how to handle a stressful situation. I needed to replace my battery. He installed it for me. Great attitude. Great customer service! 5 stars for Andrew!

I went to the AutoZone closest to the Perlman Clinic when I noticed that my Toyota Prius C s tire sensor light was on.I was immediately helped by a lady staffer who walked w/ me to my car so we find the right tire sensor caps (one of mine likely blew away from all the rainstorms) that I bought for around $4+, while a staffer named Andres kindly also put air back into all 4 of my tires to fully get rid of the tire sensor light warning, at no extra charge.Andres also advised me to go to Discount Tires for any extra heavy duty tire air pressure help if needed since Andres was using a portable $180 jumpstart w/ tire pressure refill machine for my emergency.Thankfully my tire sensor light warning went away - thank you Andres and the lady cashier at that AutoZone Vista nears to the Perlman Clinic for your timely help!

I came in for a last minute brake light replacement and Jesus was such a great help with the entire process of figuring out which bulbs to get as well as pulling off my tail light. He figured out that my bulb wasn t burnt out it was just pulled loose from the wiring, he helped me get a quick return done and sent me on my way. I appreciate his kind attitude and all his assistance with this situation.

Been seeing couple new faces at this store lately and it seems like they know what they're doing. Sometimes they don't have the parts I need but they call around and find them for later on in the day. Overall great service.

Apparently autozone has a new "get your own parts from the main floor" policy? (I'm referring to car parts like air filters and oil filters, parts with actual part numbers to them) As an experienced mechanic, this is the most ridiculous idea I've run into in this type of setting. What about customers that need reading glasses? Customers who get the wrong part and the lazy kid at the front misses that? Also, when I asked to see if they could get another part for me, all I got was a "we don't carry that part", instead of the usual: show the parts diagram to the customer to confirm the part they're looking for and give them a part number to find it somewhere else. What's crazy(er) is that when I told the kid that was helping find the parts on the floor, because I couldn't find them, that I'm used to THEM finding the parts, he looked at me like I'M crazy and I like I just insulted him.

Needed some oil and coolant and Paula K helped me find everything I need she even went above and beyond and helped me with a funnel and a flashlight. She was very patient and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back for my auto care needs. Thanks again Paula.

We drove down the vista from Mission Viejo California about 50 miles trying to locate a park close to 50 to 45 minutes before they closed we drove the freeway to get there to the store in time and we were one minute short barely 1 minute short and they wouldn't allow us to come in to get our part even while I was on the phone or trying to get crub side picked up.the guy couldn't even understand the part number I +was given to him trying to understand what it was I'm trying to do which is simple and this is a couple of 2 mufflers yeah I'm goin To contact the corporate office regarding these customer service representatives that don't understand what customer service is

Ordered a brake kit on Tuesday and was told they would be in by Thursday. Told them I have someone to install them on Saturday and was told no problem they would be in by Thursday. Called them on Friday and was told they never even order my kit, but they would be willing to sell me some off the shelf kit to me. Well if I wanted the off the shelf one I could have had it on Tuesday.Don't trust them when they say it is ordered and want you to pay for it at that time. At best have them order them and pay when the product arrives, that way you wont need to return to get your money back.I will never go back to this location again!!

I went to get my battery check and Albert was awesome he tested my battery and gave me the info and sold me a new battery and installed the new one . Awesome service fast and efficient

Dead battery while on vacation was quickly remedied. Let us borrow the socket needed to make the change and made it quick and easy for us. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Helpful service personnel. Unlike Costco, these folks carried the battery I need. If the price went so high is give them give stars. This has been my go-to Auto parts store for years.

Paula was very helpful, I needed some new oil for my 2015 Fiat 500 Abarth & she helped me find out what kind of oil my vehicle needed as well as the oil filter!! Helpful, funny, & overall a very nice woman

I just got a car recently and have had to do a lot of shopping here. I was in there about 5-6 times in the space of three days. The employees were very helpful and very knowledgeable. They helped me find all the items I needed and installed my battery and headlight bulbs for me. I highly recommend coming here!
