Unlike safelite who has the monopoly on insurance claims for auto glass replacement and was rude and very inconsiderate, the all star glass team was very polite and did a great job replacing my defective carlex 2022 Subaru Outback windshield with a new pilkington windshield. . They did the work they promised on time and $225 cheaper than my safelite quote. Safelite will NEVER get any business from me. All star glass is now called auto glass now. Again they are a first rate company and have my strongest recommendation to anyone that needs auto glass work done.

My insurance referred me to have the windshield of my car looked at to see if it can be repaired but the cracked on the glass can no longer be repaired because of the size of cracked. I set up an appointment to have it done through their mobile. I am very satisfied of their services, Armando did an excellent job replacing the windshield of my jeep while parked on my driveway. It took less than an hour to complete the job.

Brought my 2023 Lexus RX 350 there last week for a windshield replacement. Kim was very friendly and helpful to get the appointment booked and get the windshield in the shop soon. However, the windshield was not OEM as I expected for an almost brand new vehicle. Luckily, Armando (the technician) brought this up before replacing the original cracked one.Since this is done through insurance, Kim made another effort to get the OEM approval (I wish this is done at the first place so I don't have to spend 3 trips there including the last one just for calibration where the shop does not have the special machine and someone from another office had to come over in a van).Other than that, Armando was very friendly and performed an excellent job to replace the windshield with another OEM one. He spent a good amount of time to get it done properly (since the vehicle has several cameras and sensors attached to the windshield). The other technician (sorry I forgot his name) also did a nice job calibrating on my third trip there (I wish it was only one trip).In summary, I highly recommend Auto Glass Now - Chula Vista office. My recommendation is to let customers know if you plan to install a non-OEM windshield, especially on a newer vehicle.

The price was great the service was fast and the reception was warm. Thru couldn't finish though, the side bushings were not installed for some reason.

It was inexpensive and fast compared to the dealer. I paid my $250 deductible and was done in 2.5hours . The dealer wanted $1200 and who knows how long they would've taken.

They are good for making appointments and good service totally easy. Only issue is that we had a bad accident and the windshield wipers got stuck and cannot move since the windshield got replaced

After my car had gotten broken into the lady on the phone was so patient with me. They were able to come out same day to fix my door window. They are kind and very professional. I was able to get my window replaced and they cleaned up all the shattered glass for only $260. This was much cheaper than what my insurance was offering. Thank you Auto Glass Perfection, you have my business for life!

Well I recently (yesterday) used their services and they were professional and on time. I was quoted almost $200 more from what I expected but Jaqueline L. double checked for a cheaper/better price for my car. The installer (I forgot his name) took about 20-25 minutes to install the windshield right outside of my job. After seeing that horrible crack in my window for months, it's a breath of fresh air to see a perfectly fine windshield......Thanks to All Star Glass.Plus there's a 12 month warranty, so I'm good.Services: Installation, Auto glass repair, Auto windshield replacement

Super rude customer service gal on the phone when trying to make an appt. She was short and it seemed like she was very frustrated with her job based on the 39 seconds it took for her to be a rude person on the phone.Zero phone skills. It seems someone thinks she's a good customer service rep there but obviously they are blind.Don't bother with this place. Go for the National Brand Safelite. They are right down the street. They're customer service there is 10 times better. And Roberto the Manager makes sure the phone skills are on point.If I could give a zero score for All Star Glass I would.

They charge $80 to fix cracks on windshields... typically pricing is usually $20-30.
