Excellent service, excellent work, excellent care. Brought my Tahoe in without an appt with multiple issues and they were able to get everything done same day and quickly too. Gabe and the team were professional and it felt as thought they cared about me as a customer. It s rare to find good service like that with quality work these days. Highly recommend.

Gabe was awesome! He was able to suggest the perfect replacement tires for my cross over suv, he got me in the same days with out any issues and provided a top notch all in compassing warranty, and a great price. It s my wife s vehicle and tire coverage is very important for her. We will be going back for all scheduled maintenance!!

Absolutely the best experience dealing with tires I've ever had. Gabriel was courteous, accurate and super helpful.Had a nail in a tire I'd bought from there. They had it fixed in 30 minutes at no charge.I'll be going there for my tire needs and some possible suspension work in the future.

Excellent Customer Service By Gabriel and team.Clean shopI went in to get two tires and left with 4 tires. The reason for that is Gabriel paid close to attention to a nail that was in my tire that I did not know I had ..He inform it was not serviceable due the location of it .Would definitely use themIn the future

Nui, AJ and the team made tire buying a breeze. Better priced than online, very communicative and made the whole process smooth. I asked one of my old tires be left in the cab to be used as a spare and they put up plastic to make sure the spare didn't dirty the interior, that's top notch service. Will be back for any tire needs.

Went in around 1:45 pm on a Sunday hoping to get 4 new tires installed but expecting they wouldn't be able to accommodate.They were able to get me in and I was out the door in an hour.Both AJ an Gabriel (I think) were very friendly and AJ made sure to get me the most bang for my buck!I highly recommend ATD.

AJ was great I told him about my uneven tire wear on previous tires. I had new tires from costco. here for an alignment he told me my suspension needed work before he could do an alignment and he reffered me to a shop that honors my warranty. I will definitely come back because of his great service.

I have been a customer of a large chain tire competitor for years but read xlnt yelp reviews on American Tire near my house so decided to check them out for new tires on my Ford F150. Nui is the manager and he went above and beyond in not only helping me select the appropriate tires for my specific driving needs, but also gave me feedback info so I could order the proper rims I wanted off the internet. I consulted him several times about different rims and even though I wasn t purchasing them from his business, he spent considerable time double checking my proposed purchase to make sure they would fit my tires and vehicle properly. Did a fast and efficient job to get everything installed for a trip to Oregon. Also Eric , a newer employee, was helpful and made sure everything was good before I drove off. Highly recommend Nui and American Tire. They care about their customers and prices are competitive. I will be back for my Mercedes when it needs tires.

BEWARE! I took my car there for an oil change and tire rotation, and they called me saying my rear shocks were bad and dripping and needed to be replaced, and my spark plugs were bad. Which was going to be over 900 dollars. I said no. I had my Father in Law check both rear shocks, and he said nothing was wrong and they were not leaking at all.I also recently got quoted on back brakes and rotors for 634 dollars, and he said I was getting a deal for 550. I called Firestone, and they quoted me 340. And Firestone checked and said I don't need new rotors, only brakes. Always get a second opinion on whatever they quote you for because they might be SCAMMING YOU. I could have paid 1000 for something that didn't need to get done.A while back, I did get a good deal on tires. However, it is not worth the trouble of having someone trying to scam you or not. They did new owners too, so there are new people there who are doing this. I have Costco now, so I will be going there for tires from now on.

Professional. Accommodating. Efficient.If you need service in North County, this is your first stop.The team went above and beyond to install tires I purchased online on my oversized vehicle even though it did not fit within their workspace. Can t say enough about the gentlemen running this shop.

These guys charge me for alignment and balance on my tires and not knowing this was the problem from the start the short tie rod was loose and giving the bumpy ride..then I went to the other location closer to me and they quoted me for struts and lower control arms to be changed. Really unprofessional. And incompetent about their job.

I highly recommend this place. Friendly and very informative. I needed to get some new tires- this is the place for me. . They even cleaned my spare tire My car feels brand new. I can feel the difference. This is the place I will go to from now on. American Tire Depot you got my thumbs up

BEWARE !!What can I say !!!This was the best automotive experience I have ever had in my 20 years of owning a vehicle these gentleman here at American tire Depot were just fantastic NIU and his team are just great I mean they made my experience memorable, there customer service is top notch !! I will forever be a customer for life now with American tire depo they really take the time to find your needs and there pricing is great NIU also helped me with in house financing so I didn t have to pay for tires on the spot thanks to synchrony credit card and I was able to get 0% for 6 months !! Amazing I highly recommend this place for all your tire and mechanical needs. Way cheaper than the dealer !! Thank you NIU for everything in regards to my vehicle i will be sure to definitely recommend you on every platform social media platform availablePs sending cookies your way

the tires seem to be a good deal, we'll see how they last. it was nice that i could order the tires ahead of time, without paying. Ididn't pay until the tires were on the car.

I am absolutely blown away by the incredible service these gentleman here provide. I got 4 new tires and they showed me a major issue (and dangerous one too) that the last mechanic I let work on my car left me. I had a stud on each wheel that broke off because the lug nuts were extremely over tightened (the careless last mechanic) to the point the next time someone goes to take off my tire, they would snap right off. Luckily it didn't happen while driving as well! They identified, worked on, problem fixed! I couldn't be happier. I'm cruising around comfortably mechanically and mentally now. From the wonderful customer service at the front desk, Niu & Gabriel, to the incredible mechanics behind the scenes Tobias & Eric, I am so grateful I came to you guys and just want to say thank you. It means everything you guys put the safety of me and for my car as your main priority. You guys rock! Easily 5 stars! Thank you. -Bryce

They lost my special order tires for my truck, and I didn't know until I was there to have them instaled. I had to cancel some horses trailering, which cost me $$. I came back in several days later when they finally found them, and they only gave me a tiny discount for my troubles. Not very happy with them.

Brought my vehicle on a tow truck. My vehicle had brake fluid spilling everywhere front desk manager assured me that everything will be completed. And assured me the next day it'll be ready to go come next day. Receive the phone call saying my vehicle is ready to go. I was ready to pay what they're going to charge me to fix my bleeding brakes, but since I was there previously for a break job and probably out of warranty they took care of me. Once I got home I inspected the work they did and they hit the mark new brake line. New brake calipers

Gabriel and all the staff were knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and their customer service was 10/10. The tires I had inquired about online were not available, but Gabriel went out of his way to ensure I had the best tires for my vehicle. The service time was quick too. Overall, a great experience and will be back again.
