As a busy woman suspicious of automotive businesses, I would say that I have experienced fair business practices. Even though I've owned cars for decadessometimes mechanics try to do the whoop de doop (like KIA).I have been a patron of this business for 5 months. My services have included tires, battery, wheel alignment & synthetic oil changes.So far my new tires have 12,000 ish miles and are doing great. I live in an area with a lot of construction, got a nail and it was repaired here with no questions asked.I can leave my car and return later and nothing is missing! When given the time to pick up my vehicle they are done much sooner.I trust and recommend for the services named above.

I was referred to American Tire Depot by a friend who said all her family are regular customers. I can see why they have been going there for so long. As soon as I came in, Arturo greeted me and asked me what I had came in for. I needed four new tires, an alignment and an oil change. Not only was I charged an extremely reasonable price but they had me in and out in less than an hour! I definitely will be letting all my friends and family know about American Tire Depot!

I bought my tires there and they told me that includes the rotation but their machine wasn t working at the moment, and that they will call me as soon as they fix it, and today I went cause I got a flat tire and he told me that he can t help me today cause he was busy and I said Okay no problem, and I was just asking if they still do rotations and the employee was VERY rude, he didn t even let me explain what happened that day, he interrupted me, right when I said they told me they will call me he was like we don t call. and I told him thats fine I thought they were going to call me cause and hes like we dont call. He interrupted me 2 times I didn t ask for his name but I took a picture. UNPROFESSIONAL and VERY RUDE

Came here this morning 10/14/2023 to get a slow leak in one of my tires looked at, turned out I had a nail in it. They fixed no questions asked! While I was there I inquired about some tires for my QX56 with a gentleman named Arturo. This guy not only took care of my slow leak but he also gave me the best deal on the market for a brand new set of tires. After replacing my tires Arturo informed me that my car sounded weird when they started it and asked if he could take a look at my Battery, he showed me that my Battery wasn t holding a standard 12V on the charger and gave me an incredible deal on a brand new FVP Platinum.So with all that being said, I have one more thing to say and that s Thank you to Arturo and the American Tire Depot for truly taking care of me and my Vehicle s!Highly recommend asking for Arturo if you have any Vehicle issues, this guy is a no nonsense type of guy that gets straight to the point and gives you his best price possible!

I had a magnificent experience with American Tire Depot, Art was amazing and helped me with the prices and tires. He went above and beyond to apply a great overall price. I would not have gotten a price like that elsewhere. The service was superb and the speedy work was amazing. I recommend you go to America Tire Depot in Chula Vista. No wait and was done faster then I expected.

The car I left here and being used by my stepdaughter needed the services of this place. This establishment is professional and budget friendly in all aspects for what it does....Thank You Again

Honestly I have never been to a repair shop that is so friendly and honest. Arturo is the man! Dude is an absolute legend. He helps me out with everything and makes sure my car is safe to drive and charges me the best prices. I don t think I will be taking my vehicle anywhere else because I really do feel like they take care of their customers here. They are honest and very fair with their prices. Thank you Arturo!! You are the best!

I called to ask for the prices and the front desk was straightforward and offered the $25 off discount online. I was able to make an appointment online today. Arturo at the front desk was welcoming and kind. He took information and said the alignment would take about 25 mins and it did! Very happy with how fast and affordable the service was.

I have a Tesla Model 3. Stopped by for a flat tire, tire rotation and wheel alignment. Great experience and price. In and out in less than 45 minutes. Great discovery. I will certainly be back when in need .

If they could get zero stars they would!Arturo charged me for a wheel alignment after telling me that it would be free with the tires. I noticed after on my receipt that he charged me for it.I went in on Friday late afternoon and had to work Saturday and Sunday till 5 so I couldn t go back to address the problem immediately. My car was shaking on the highway bad all weekend and I had to drive like that nervous with my 3 year old in the car. I refused to take it back to a place that scammed me. I took it to another American tire depot location I ve been with for 7 years and they fixed whatever they did wrong and it s not shaking anymore. He tried lying to me to make it seem like he was doing me a favor initially. He tried to scam me and then I had to spend my morning off and gas driving to another location to get my car fixed and then had to drive to get my refund from them. He did refund me the $145 for the wheel alignment. However, I still paid taxes and service fees on that bogus alignment which I didn t receive back. I don t trust the place so I don t even know if they really performed an alignment or was I just charged for it. I will never go to that location and will caution others to never go there.

Great service and they saved me from having worse car troubles. Very nice of American Tire Depot to diagnose my issue, show it and explain it to me, and help me out as quickly as they could. Would recommend to anyone I know. Will be back for future help!

Went to get a brake job on 01/20/2024, tried to take my wheels off 02/17/2024. This guys torqued my wheels so hard that I stripped most of my lug nuts, near impossible to take them off on my own. Pretty annoyed after having paid 700 for a brake job on my Mustang. Don t recommend

Don't go there! owner /manager knows nothing about customer service. Leave scustomers standing in the lobby without acknowledging them. If he doesn't like dealing with the public he should hire help to work with custimers.do.the paperworkWalked in and the owner / manager just ignored me while I stood there for at least 15 minutes. He acted busy doing paperwork didn't even bother to look up and acknowledge my existence. Never going back there!!!!!!

Roberto provided me with multiple options as well as recommended what was ideal for my driving needs. I was able to get a quote over the phone and be seen in person. They called me to let me know of other issues with my car I wasn't aware of. This is my 2nd full tire replacement with American Tire Depot and will definitely be returning again.

Art was very polite, took his time to explain to me the cost of the tires and the warranty of my purchase. the other sales associate was also super nice and knowledgeable. However, I was originally quoted 1 hour it took 2, but worth with because of the customer service was a 5. let s be honest customer service is hard to find these days. The waiting area is ok but there are a lot of businesses in the area, maybe next time i ll leave and come back.

This place I was not clear on how they wanted me to order or pay for the tired. This was a Sunday conversation with their warehouse being closed. I asked if they needed a deposit or information to get the tire to their store for us to pick up. He said nothing additional was needed, that we simply needed to come in and pay to pick up. Come Monday afternoon, the tire is at the warehouse, the warehouse is closed, and we would have to wait until tomorrow. They then said that they couldn t transfer it until we were there in person - which he failed to tell me on Sunday. Now it s Monday at 4:30, no tire, no car, and another day lost. Very unprofessional and an inconvenience not remedied.

Had the best experience with American tire Depot crew on Broadway in Chula Vista, they're very professional, amazing customer service and they went beyond my expectations when I purchase 3 all terrain tires for my utility trailer. Thanks you fellas for the great service!!

Went there over the weekend and there was only one customer left around noon. The sales guy was very distracted on his phone with a personal phone call. He gave me an option on quotes that he wanted to sell and added all the add on for a quote. I wanted an extra day and bought all 4 tires at discount tire on palm. Excellent service at discount tire and save time and money by going to American tire depot.

Be careful coming here. I felt a little sketch coming here because I got a quote that seemed very unbelievable. I m assuming they were trying to sell me some old stock tires. The guy at the front Art is very pushy and wanted to sell me a set of tires I wasn t considering. I even did further research on the tires he recommended & called other shops & they stated they weren t that great of a tire. So beware & do your research.

Found this tire shop last minute and I am not disappointed. Art took care of me with a quote and was able to give me a great deal on a set of 4 tires, installed. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Excellent service. Fyi: there is indoor seating and drink vending machine for the hot days. Great find!
