Disappointing Service Experience - Avoid This EstablishmentI regret to say that my recent experiences at [Adams Towing ] were extremely disappointing. The staff members were consistently rude and disrespectful, demonstrating a lack of professionalism that is unacceptable in any service-oriented business.Despite having worked in the towing industry for nine years and never encountering such behavior elsewhere, I found the staff at[Adams Towing ] to be confrontational and uncooperative. This resulted in unnecessary delays in releasing vehicles and added frustration to an already stressful situation.Furthermore, the interactions with the staff were unacceptable. I was shocked to be informed by one of the representatives that there would be no future assistance provided to me.Overall, I cannot recommend [Adams Towing ] based on my experiences. I urge others to avoid this establishment and seek service elsewhere where professionalism and respect for customers are valued.

Predatory company charging ridiculous, in some cases even illegal fees (5% surcharge on debit transactions), after hours gate fee for opening the gate when they re obviously already in the office and available

Absolutely garbage company and TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. Rick is ridiculous and has terrible listening skills. Loves to put words and twist the story to his benefit when he knows he is at fault. Fraudulent would be too nice of a word. Absolute horrible customer service.

I don't know where this company hires their drivers but they might want to make sure they actually have licenses.On my home, while getting on the freeway I was cut off by one of their towing trucks who came speeding down the on-ramp to my right side and then cut in front of me all while having to drive halfway in the shoulder to do so. When I blared my horn at him, he proceeded to flash his rear lights blinding drivers behind including myself as we're merging onto the freeway.As I passed him, the gentleman proceeds to flip me off as I merge over two lanes. He then merged behind me and flashed his high beams on me repeatedly until I had gotten off the freeway a few exits later.Maybe they're looking to make a quick buck by causing accidents so they could then tow your car?I definitely would not want this driver on the road let alone towing my vehicle.

I had my vehicle towed & repaired by Adams and they were very quick & updated me with an ETA right away. Their tow driver was very kind and knowledgeable & so was the mechanic who fixed my vehicle. They even explained the issue in detail and gave me a pretty good price for the repairs.They also have two locations which makes things very convenient!Service: Car towing

Adams helped us out when our Kia had engine trouble. Especially on a day they didn t have to. We will highly recommend Adams to anyone we know that will be coming to Arizona. Thank you Erik for all you did for us!!

Quick call had 8 illegally abandoned vehicles removed from my property in about 30 minutes. Drivers were extremely professional and took great care with the vehicles. They also made a good effort to try and help me contact an owner before towing.

On the first friday of every month they have a public auto auction. It is absolutely amazing! They took the time to explain everything to me. I felt comfortable and safe bidding. I won a pt cruiser and i am so excited. Thank you to the amazing crew that helped me!

Great Shop! They do excellent work for a fair price. I've been bringing my vehicles here for over 20 years. The owner Russ is extremely knowledgeable and always does his best to make his customers happy.

I had to get my Pathfinder towed and when I called, they said they could do it in an hour. They showed up within 30 minutes and within a few minutes, my car was on its way. Super impressed with their punctuality and professionalism. Based on my experience, Adams Automotive & Towing is a great company.

Such a shame as it seems so good until it's not. Damaged the car, the very nice owner inspected the damaged and said he will get to the bottom then 2 weeks later they just email saying they wont cover. Now we have to have to get the family lawyer involved all over this stupid puncture in the front bumper where they probably backed into it. Oh well but at least we can try to get them to stop. Read the other online reviews, definitely not the 1st or last time they have had this happen

They were very friendly and accommodating unlike other towing and impound yards. No one likes getting their car impounded, but if ever it does, pray it gets towed by Adam's Towing.

Adam's towing is just the best from the customer service I received to the car I drove away in . Their auto auction is well organized and fair priced and I got the car I wanted for less than I planned which is always good. Once again Adam's towing hits the nail on the head for me with five star service and another happy customer

I can t believe them charging 500 for towing you car and it s only been 3-5 hours of them having the car and asking in cash telling you, you only have 15 minutes or else, their atm doesn t work and they know that cause they personally tell you they don t have service how pathetic..Service: Car towingService: Car towing

They towed our vehicle to their yard after an accident. On the scene they let a family friend retrieve our groceries. Today we went to see the vehicle and retrieve any other items. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Great very professional crew!! They took me in within a few minutes repaired my vehicle and had me out in less than an hour! Nice guys. Highly recommend for sure.

Oman was great! Arrived quickly and Oman had great customer service!! I hope I don't need a tow truck again anytime soon, but if I do, I will definitely call Adam's towing again.

My name is Tim. On Tuesday of this week i witnessed an Adams Tow truck towing a motorcycle on Hacienda. As soon as police left. I saw the tow truck driver remove the license plate of a white Toyota Prerunner that was in front of motorcycle being towed. And put license plate in bed of truck on drivers side inbetween stuff the guy had in the back of his truck. Now i dont know if Adams towtruck driver knew the guy and was playin a trick on the owner of truck. Or if thats the tow companys get down to tow a vehicle off the streets. Either way i think that was very unprofessional!! And as soon as i see owner of the truck i am gonna let him know!!
