Cesar was really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful from the start. He helped me find the right parts for my jeep. When we came back to pick up the parts, Alex helped us to bring us the parts, and even brought them back to our car. I am really satisfied with my purchase. We will defined come back for future purchases.

This is my go to shop in San Diego area for my truck. The staff is great and they know what they are doing and they are well beyond the Dodge/Ram staff. One of the best automotive show rooms out there for off-roading in the US. Also you can find these shops from the west coast to the east coast and they are always opening more! You can also find a lot of deals on OEM and aftermarket parts here and other deals when you buy lift kits. The can tune your suspension and alignment on large vehicles unlike other shops in the area. Great job guys!

Great customer service!!! I drove from Florida to Califirnia and my Rancho shocks went bad on my Duramax. Although my shocks were out of warranty (and discontinued), Mr Marcos at the front desk with the support of Mr Omar (store Manager) hooked me up with a new set of BILSTEINS for my truck.These guys are very Knowledgeable of their products and went above and beyond to help me out. I highly recommend this place!!!

Brought my truck in for an alignment. Needed new ball joints. All four were replaced. What i thought was an improper setup on the SPC upper control arms, was actually the ideal one. One side appeared to be 180 degrees out. Very valuable information gained on that. My truck drives better now, then the first day i drove it off the lot. Professional work done here. A place you can trust your vehicle is in good hands, for those jobs you can't or won!t do yourself.

I am giving this place five stars all around . From Jesus helping me with my order - and helping me select the right product . AND he didn t assume I drove a Jeep.When my order arrived- Alex and Cesar hooked me up with the good service. I ve come here in the past and will continue to return because of their product knowledge and great attitudes.**Another thing- that place is CLEAN. From the garage to the restrooms... that makes me feel comfortable leaving my vehicle there.

4WP, specifically the Chula Vista branch, was recommended to me by a few other Jeep Wrangler owners when it was time for me to change out my baby OEM tires with some new beefier wheels and tires. Jesus assisted me and from the very beginning of our interaction, he has been nothing but patient, kind, and helpful. I didn t feel at any point that he was trying to upsell me, or take advantage of me which unfortunately is how it often feels anytime a female steps into a car shop. I even shopped around just to be sure and I was getting the best deal at 4WP for what I was trying to achieve. I appreciated not just his professionalism but also his guided experience! I love my new tires and wheels!

Really bad Service. I was informed the product would arrive the following day and kept going to find out it was in boxes but they were too lazy to go through their arrivals to give me my products. As I tried to return the product to buy them elsewhere they told me I d be charged a restock fee even though I never received anything. When I revised the written restock fee policy I found out they were completely misinformed of the policy. I finally received the product a whole week after. I was informed by a different branch that my product had been there the whole time. If you purchase product from 4wp do not send them to Chula Vista.

Do not order anything here. I placed an order, called and they had no idea and promised to call back. They did not I called multiple times, emailed the manager, wrote to corporate and nothing at all. I have my order confirmation yet no one knows where my order is or bothered to reach out. I had to request a chargeback from my bank, but honestly stay away from this place.

I work at a mechanic shop in Chula Vista and I ordered shocks from these guys, never going to them again. Was on hold for over thirty minutes in total the day I ordered them, next day they don't call and say its ready I have to call them late in the day. Guy answering the phone was very rude, he answered when I was on hold and I said I had just spoken to somebody else and they were going to check on the shocks so I was good to go and he said I didn't as if I just made up that entire conversation with another employee. Why would I do that? Then he said we didn't order shocks with them or got them somewhere else, and then completely changed his story and said the parts were ready later in the call. Terrible experience through and through. We have a customer from out of town waiting on those shocks installed and its very time sensitive, they disrespected my intelligence and time. Go anywhere else, spare yourself the horror that is 4 wheel parts.

We were traveling through California and heard a noise from the front end of our 2020 Ford Expedition that we had leveled at 4 Wheel AP in our home state. Called and spoke with Edward the assistant manager of the Chula Vista shop who worked together with the shop manager Steve to get me in for a quick inspection! No issues related to the leveling kit whatsoever so they went through everything else making sure everything was good and got me back on my way. Awesome customer service! Thanks
