BruvWent to the mountains I had low pressure on my front tire I had fear in my heart Didn t know if I might freeze to death ButI was rolling down hillHad to pump the brakes to breathe Lady at the Chevron put me at easeShe let me air my tires that was a solid move for sure God bless herHad to speed down to town to make it to Walmart before they closed the manager gave me a time table to come in and I didn t make it on time but we are on Gods time so he took care of man s Got me in n out quit no burgers 30 minutes he changed out my tire Paid a good price and he was very kind the manager I don t remember his name but shouts out to the whole crew thereThey were very professional and very friendly and they didn t make any faces when I came in they just stood and delivered 10 toes you don t see that sort of thing these days

Prices have continued to climb to the point it's not always the least expensive I've been a Walmart shopper for many years, I've never seen the prices so high spending 25 to 50 more dollars per trip then normal. People are nice & helpful

Great prices, but they're not good at doing oil changes. These people are terrible at doing oil changes. Once I tried doing another oil change I was told that metal was coming out of the oil because of how bad they had previously done the oil change. These people don't even know how to put an oil filter in a car since they force the filter to get in, which caused secondary damages to my vehicle. I went to see if they could fix the problem and was told they couldn't do anything about it even with the receipt I had from them. Don't go here if you want to start paying thousands of dollars for a wrong made oil change.

Go to Costco, these guys are clowns. First off, I m a ASE master technician and a CA licensed smog tech. I ordered a set of high dollar Michelin tires for my wife s newer car from Walmart, made the appointment for them to install them for 11am. She arrived on time, was told it s a first come first serve for the install. 3 hours later they start on her car. 4 hours later she leaves, gets home and her tire light is flashing meaning there is a broken TPMS sensor. She had absolutely no light on prior to the work. I went there to dispute it, they tried telling me it was broken before they started the work. They gave me the run around, no manager available ect. A broken sensor on a car that still had the factory tires on it.These clowns are known for breaking sensors while changing tires. Go toCostco, or anywhere else.Service: Auto tire replacement

This morning I was off to buy my daughter two new tires for her car.Made a appointment for 10:00 the Service Manager Gilberto was awesome took care of it right away. As I waiting for my daughter car, I asked Gilberto to look at my tires also and there condition. Well the tire gage said it all my front tires needed replaced so Gilberto was able to help with them also. I thank the hole team I the tire center for there speeded work I was able to get home by 11:30 with two cars with new front tires in so short of time. Yes I have been buying tires at Wal-Mart for 30 years and this is the reason why

Takes longer then necessary. Supervisor in TLC walks around like he wants to fight everybody, an awful display of customer service. Waited for an hour and a half for an oil change with one car in front of me. Not bad service to say, its walmart so cheap but gets the job done. Go in early in the morning, otherwise drop your vehicle off and come back when they call you.

Don't come here on a time limit for something simple like having your battery tested, two hours later I wasn't told it would take this long until I asked. Now 30 minutes more simply waiting on keys to be able to leave.

I had previously purchased the road warranty ($10) when I bought the tire. 7 months ago. So glad I did. Foubd a screw in my tire this morning. Brought it in. Tire replaced - parts, labor, feed, taxes - all covered. Didnt cost me a thing. Best $10 spent ever!!! Thanks Walmart Auto Service Center!

Absolutely incompetent. I bought 2 tires from the Hanford store as thats all they had in stock. Called the Visalia store to try to figure out whether or not they had 2 more in stock that I could buy. They didn't know how to work the phones and hung up on me twice trying to find hold. 4 or 5 calls later I got bounced back and forth between regular associates and tire shop associates, still got no answers whether or not they have the tires in stock. To hell with it, ill just go elsewhere.

I wasn't in auto care center i was there to cash a check and I left because Manger Kate or Katie i don't remember cause she was so rude and embracing yelling so loud all the customer's behide me just looking she wouldn't even listen to me or let me explain what was going I just grabbed my stuff and left and went to Ace check cashing where they were kind great customer service and no problems i will continue to use them I'm done with Walmart and their rude staff. I will shop at Target. Customer lost

Was the worse experience I had. Rey 7312 is a BIG LIAR. He treats women with no respect. I will no be going back and as for his supervisor Brian, you are no help either. By saying " I have to believe my associates!" Please you lost my business by your comment!. What happened to customer service? Guess it doesn't work there. So sad!!

I went to look for an OBD II reader, and I wasn't even sure that walmart sold them. I didn't want to search around so I went to the counter and asked one of the guys working there where they were. He answered with ,"I assume this is for your husband? ". No...dumbass...its for me. I may he a woman, but I can drive and take care of my car. I may not know how to do a lot of things...but I can plug something into my car and figure out whats wrong with it when the check engine light comes on. He did help me find the reader right away, but the sexist comment was really unnecessary.

Fast an effective. Took me in when it was 15 minutes to closing time. Other places have turned me away in the same scenario. Very friendly cashier as well

The tech that changed the oil was cortious and worked fast.But to release the car I had to wait for a rode manager.

Sometimes your in & out or it takes an hour. Make sure to double check your fluids before you leave.

All the workers at Walmart Auto Care were very helpful. I needed a tire replaced and they got me in and out in minutes.

Waited 1 hour for a tire. Once they where done I went to my car to check out the tire and they had replaced the wrong tire. So I took it back and waited 30 more minutes.

Always go here to get tires put on my car and to get oil changes. Always quick and easy and employees and nice and helpful

I showed up here right when they opened, and they were able to help me right away. After only about 30 or 40 minutes of walking around Walmart and browsing, they let me know that my tires were on and soon I was out of there

Walmart oil has a constant problem, do as little as possible and avoid phones at all cost! Dosen't matter which one you go to.

They told me 20 minutes, and it was done in 20 minutes. Fast and furious, like any shop should be. Will come back.

Didn't have my car battery in stock at Walmart so I went to AutoZone purchased it there.
