Chris, the manager, went above and beyond in finding me the exact car that I wanted. Our car sales advisor, Julissa, was friendly and extremely helpful. To finish it off, Damian made the financing process stress-free. I d highly recommend Visalia Toyota if you re looking to purchase.

Cesar Hernandez at Toyota was very helpful, upfront and honest. We never felt pressured, he answered all of our questions and gave us suggestions based on our needs. It didn't feel like he was only trying to make a sale, but rather get us the car that would fit our needs. Happy to say we got the perfect vehicle for our family and it was a great experience. Purchasing a car from Visalia Toyota was one of the best experiences I've had purchasing a vehicle. Angie Rosso was very helpful and pleasant. She helped us find a vehicle that met our needs, including checking the inventory coming in. She also showed us all of the features and answered all of our questions. Everyone that we worked with were very pleasant and professional. Overall it was a great experience!

Overall great purchasing experience. Working Spencer made the stressful part of buying a car to no stress at all. He helped find a car with all the features I wanted and answered all my questions. Thank you Visalia Toyota for making our car buying experience easy. Our salesperson, Luis Diaz-Chavez, was helpful but not pushy in showing us all our options on their lot. The sales manager Chris worked with us to get our vehicle into the budget we needed. This is our first Toyota product and I can definitely see us going back to Visalia Toyota when we need to replace our other vehicle.

James is a very good guy and salesman. Appreciated him and the manager Chris working with us remotely as we live over an hour away. We were then able to walk in, sign the paperwork, and roll out in our new Sienna. The entire team there were kind and knowledgeable. This is the second vehicle we purchased here and will most likely do so again when the time come. James Bonds (no joke that s his real name) is the guy you wanna see. Thanks crew.

Anastasia, the service representative, was great and did what she could to help me out, very patient and kind.I took the truck in for a potential transmission problem and was told that I need a new transmission for $6100. On top of that I apparently needed $4000 worth of other work (actually more because I declined some of it). I said I would do the transmission elsewhere and to do the other work. The truck took longer to repair than what I was originally told and it came back with more lights lit up on the dash. I also have grease marks on the interior and seat.It is Sunday so I ll have to take it back to Toyota on Monday (and miss work) to get the sensors fixed (vsc off and traction control) that they messed up doing an alignment.The transmission light was not on before the service and now it is. I m unhappy with this level of service at Toyota. I ve used a different Toyota service department in the past with great results.This place feels a little bit like a scam and they are not careful as they should be. I do not recommend taking your vehicle here.

Cleanest dealership I have ever been to. Everyone was helpful the moment we got on the lot. I had previously emailed Lawrence Sahr and is a sales manager. He was very helpful and was very up front about everything. Spencer Linhares was our salesman and he was wonderful. Very personable and I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

My husband and I had a very bad experience with this dealer today. We came in to check out the car and decided to buy it. As we were doing the paperwork, we got a little concern about some info of the car. When we mentioned this to the car salesman Spencer, he started laughing mockingly. I was a little in disbelief at first, and then he even said out loud "it's funny", "I'm laughing". His manager, Chris, came over and had the same mocking attitude. Not all customers are car experts or car salesman professionals. If we don't understand something or have any concern about the car, it's the dealer's job to explain and resolve, not to laugh at us and make us feel stupid. We're talking about almost 70k car here and we're supposed to feel happy to buy the car. We decided to cancel the purchase.

Took my 2023 Venza in because the exterior door trim came loose. They told me I hit something and damaged it myself and not covered under warranty. They wanted to charge me 500 dollars for replacement trim. It clearly was not damaged, just loose. Called cooperate office and they told me to take it to another dealer for a second opinion. I did that today, Took it in to Selma Toyota. They said all that was missing is a clip to hold it in place. They fixed it on the spot. Visalia wanted to charge me for something really easy to fix. They are ether liars or plain lazy. Don't trust them any more.

sales guy Alberto needs to work on how he speaks to customers and dress accordingly to the rest of sales personnel. He had attitude and seemed he didn t care about his job. We appreciate the manger that had jenny take over and she got the job done
