Are you kidding that you charge 175 Dollars to diagnose a shaky window...175 to diagnose weather stripping...175 to diagnose Bluetooth. On top of paying for the fix. Honda is a rip off never again.

In May of 2023 I took my 2020 Honda civic for an inspection of the condenser due to my ac not blowing cold air. I made an appointment for the inspection and I didn't get out of there until 5pm. The inspection that they did was a visual inspection therefore they didn't need any machines.i am disappointed with Honda of visalia because they did not communicate with me even though I was there. If any one is having problems with this AC DONOT go to VISALIA HONDA. THE warranty of 10 years is a joke because if your condenser has the slightest chip dent they will use it to not fix this manufacturer defect.

Save yourself time and just go to a different Honda dealer. This is the worst one I ve ever been to. Service dept is HORRIBLE, not worth your troubles.

Help was fast but a little skeptical on why they can't tell me when services are due. I have to drive in and have them tell me this is due and this too? Money grab? Sure feels like it
