Highly Recommend. Went faster than I expected and the staff was very friendly and professional. (And the owner's Mom is pretty cool too !) Prices and 'rules'/restrictions are posted so you know what to expect before they do the test. AND THERE IS SHADE! My new go to place!

My car didn t pass smog, but I m giving Visalia Green Smog a 5 star review anyway. After all, they just test it. Don t shoot the messenger, right? I ve been going to these folks for years. It s important to remember, this is a test only station. If your car doesn t pass, you have to get the work done somewhere else. If you have a newer car, no need to be concerned. I have a 35 year old Volvo and knew it was a real possibility that it would not pass. The biggest reason for my 5 star rating is the speed of service. I ve never waited over an hour. And my normal wait time is less than 30 minutes. If you have been to some other shops in Visalia, you know that 30 minutes is an amazing turn around time.

Nice people an with 5 aquariums of fish and couple he caught to watch as u wait but really I've been going there every 2 years and it usually doesn't take long unless there's a problem with ur vehicle

Very nice people they have a nice clean office and they're practice using Masks and sanitizers cleaners frequently. A nice seating area in the shade they're relatively quick and a fair price and if you have any questions. The owner is happy to give you any information required for your particular need. I recommend them to all my family and friends. Thank you for your service Visalia Green Smog.

I was charged double all because my computer wasnt on. Some tech guy charged me $50 then he told me to come back because my cpu was off, drive 50 mile Then come back 'no additional cost'. He lied and some other guy charged me again $50. I tryed to explain I payed some other guy already, he dont believe me and was very ruthless toward me. Never again' I hope they go out of business soon. I also reported this.

Owner lied to our faces claiming he offered to check to see if the engine was ready for testing, right after he claimed it was not and that he had to charge us. Snatched our cash and shoved it in his 5 inch wide wallet, filled with the cash of his other victims.The guys seemed nice, but as soon as he started lying, his body language changes immediately, he knew I was aware of his fraud. Of course he offers a discount on our next one thinking we are really going to pay $70 for our smog.

At first, they were nice. Then when i took my car in to get tested, they said it failed because my check engine light turned on during the test. My check engine was not on when i took it in and hasn't been on! They said it was a coincidence that it just happened to turn on when they were testing it! Then the guy accused me of resetting my service light by unhooking my battery!! So my car failed the smog even though it shouldn't have, and then they charged me $30 for turning my check engine light on for me!!! I have never left any kind of review online about anywhere i have been, but this was bad enough that i had to write one!

This place is fantastic is not money hungry actually inspects the car first and tells you what's wrong before actually hooking it up and knowing it won't pass. Got everything tooken care of and passed smog.. these people are great, great price too!

Went on a second time having followed the advice to resolve issues and passed. Far expert service with a few quirks in the delivery. Will use them exclusively going forward.

Really great place , small and clean . The employes are really friendly and kind. I went for the smoke check . It was done really quick, in & out in less than 20 minutes. I will recomend it to my friends

Very Happy to have found "Visalia Green Smog", here on Google Maps. After reading the remarks. Even driving all the way down from Squaw Valley, I do quite a bit of helping neighbors with their vehicle issues, I needed a Honest Smog Shop that has a Great Price & it's a Plus that it is a Nice, Friendly, Family business!Will be returning again Soon!

Arrived Monday morning at exactly 8:30am. Waited 10 minutes and no one showed up to open. Business says it opens at 8:30 but they did not. Took my business down the street to Trimark.
