Bummed. Bought a CFMoto motorcycle from here about 6 months ago. Staff was great, but the place seems to have gone out of business. Now I got a motorcycle which looks to have lost the local dealer support, which was one of the main reasons I bought it over a BMW Roadster/GS.

Marty found the correct aftermarket shock for my arctic cat arc when no other shop I called wanted or could help. Great customer service, he went out of his way to make sure the shocks would fit from the supplier he sourced. Thanks Marty and Visalia ATV

I couldn't be more pleased with the motorcycle purchase I made at Visalia ATV & Motorcycle. Steve was fantastic because he did not put any pressure on me to purchase a motorcycle. In fact, he was very understanding of the purchase process I needed to go through to make the right decision.I purchased a 2023 CFMOTO 650 Adventura, and I have spent over a month riding it. It performs amazingly well and is an awesome bike.I also like the fact that I can support a locally owned business like Visalia ATV & Motorcycle!Thank you again to Steve for his knowledge and expertise.

This place is a dishonest rip-off Steve the manager added $500 to my sales contract without my knowledge when purchasing a brand new motorcycle and then told me to Sue them. I had to contact the owner.to eventually retrieve my license plate after several months that they were with holding.

Hands down best place to shop for ATVs and motorcycles. Very knowledgeable people and they treated us like family. I m extremely happy with my purchase, the process was fast and smooth. Highly recommend this place.

ONLY recommend this place! The manager Steve goes above and beyond the criteria for what an efficient and professional supervisor should be and these guys won't bullsh*t their customers around to make a buck! I'm beyond grateful for having built such good rapport with these guys because now I always feel safe and taken care of when it comes to operating a motorcycle that I'm still getting familiar with! I appreciate you Steve and your team for always taking the best care of me! And ps, I'm very Mexican!!

Originally I had a bad experience where I complained on here but Steve took the initiative to come down and speak with me in person. Sometimes it's not about preventing problems but how you handle them and how he handled it was extremely professional and the right thing to do. I will go to them again.

Outstanding service from very kind and friendly staff. We had the drain plug stuck and they fixed it immediately and at a very reasonable price. I had great conversation with the owner Marty who is kind and very knowledgable. They were very patient with our son as he perused the bikes. Their sales folks are not at all pushy.

Had the pleasure of buying a CFMoto Uforce 1000XL Camo from this establishment. Steve went above and beyond all of my expectations, and made the transaction very easy. I highly trust / recommend this business for any of your ATV/UTV needs.

Purchased a dirt bike from this place for 1500+ for my 11 yr old. After the first ride a bolt on the carburetor snapped. My husband took it back to the location for repair and was informed by Nick(who was rude by the way) that the repair would be covered through the bikes warranty. After 3 weeks of waiting on this repair we finally get a call to pick up and get charged $170+ for labor which is absolutely ridiculous and unheard of on a brand new 2021 bike. I spoke to the manager Marty who was no help!!! Or even seemed to care that a product he purchased for sale was faulty and assumed no responsibility the customer service at this location is a joke . I do not recommend this place to anyone who is looking to buy a dirt bike.

Racist.Went here today, received no service. I m not one to get racial, until this happened... besides not getting no service while the staff(white) was over staffed and we were the only customers (mexicans), after spending an hour deciding which out of the 10 options they had we started the paper work on two quads. Then while the entire staff including Marty knew we were going to get the two quads and even one of the staff told him, a white man entered and was greeted how customer service is suppose to then said he was interested in one of the quads we were doing paperwork on. Then he said idc & they bought it on his credit card. We walked out noticing how racist the entire interactions, looks, & process of it. Disgusting. We went down the block & got a killer deal one two dirt bikes and had amazing customer service there. This place has nasty staff and no options available.

Took an item in to get serviced and it took them nearly about 3 weeks for them to get to it. My item was misplaced in the shop suposibly. After going in for the second time in attempt to take elsewhere they realized it had not even been touched....so they promised to have it done in an hour and they did. No discount for their poor communication and service was offered. Last time for me.

I would give them zero stars if it was an option.Took a mini bike with a freaking lawnmower engine on it to have the throttle and linkage done...said a week or two $100 estimate. ..2 months later he calls with a new estimate. .I went to get my bike charged me 75 dollars and the linkage isn't even connected! !!!... maybe if you're white you get better treatment there idk?

Worst experience of my life. I was there for over an hour. I picked out two quads. Both were Kymco Mongoose 270s. I was going to put a 2,400.00 downpayment and fill out an application. As the sales man went to the desk to grap the app. A white man walks in and says he wanted that quad. The salesman told him we were buying both quads. The white farmer busted out cash and a credit card and they sold it to him. The salesman walked to me and told me that he sold my quad. So I told them to forget it and left. I really said something else.However I'm not able to talk like that here. They were very unprofessional. I will never go there or reccomend this place. I knew something was up the minute I walked in. They were disinterested in me and very unhelpful because I was Hispanic.

I took in a bike for repair and it Sat for 3 weeks. When I called for the status of the repair, I was told to pick it up without any work being done. The owner claimed the mechanic with 20 years experience could not diagnose the issue. I diagnosed and repaired the issue within 30 minutes of bringing the bike home(bad ground on coil).The owner and mechanics that work here are completely worthless and I will never set foot inside that place again.

Walked in there and there was 2 staff just sitting doing nothing and seen me and my brother and didnt even greetusluckly we went down the street and they helped us get what we neededreally bad customer service1 star just becuase i cant give you none

Never again I was charge almost 700 $ for repair on two of my quads one of them was a Yamaha all they had to do is get it running when I picked it up it took them a long time to get it starded they said it was cuz of old fuelI just left it like an okOn my second quad was a Chinese brand they didn't wanted to mess with it 2 weeks later I get a call they said i needed a throttle cable I ok the repair I told the supervisor I don't mind spending on repair I just want them done right at first he thought I wasnt going to prove the repair but I did long story short I was charge for parts and labor when my quads were never touch I was going to take them back but I lost my receipt and there's was no way for me to prove them people don't go to this place the female lady at the front desk she seems to care about her job but supervisor an old white dude his a dick I think he wasn't having a good day the day I stopped by ill I got to say is LOOK FOR ANOTHER ATV SHOP THEY AINT HONEST PEOPLE

This guy told me strait our leave before I blow up on you just because he made mistake told me the wrong price on the part what place treats there clients like this I was the better person and just walk out I could of easily snap on him very very very rude man older snotty very rude no stars for me not even one just because I have to ima put this place all over social media as bad place horrible horrible snotty man
