Everybody was so friendly!!! I loved the energy here! The lovely lady with the long braid greeted me and let me know what s going on in front of me and it wouldn t be long and it sure wasn t.. The black gentleman, (I m so sorry I didn t get your name) was very sweet and genuine, he made me feel welcome and informed. I was borrowing the car I was getting serviced and their lights check let me know I needed tag lights. Miguel was very helpful! Thank you so much for this experience!! I always get anxious going to get an oil change and this specific location is always very kind and helpful. They seem to really care about the customer and that makes me love coming here. They always do such a great job. Every rep ive had change my oil has a great attitude. They communicate effectively and explain clearly regarding services maintenance needed. They offer different price points and explain the benefits. Highly recommend this Cypress location!

Got my oil and radiator fluid changed today. Agustin was incredibly kind, helpful, and thorough. It was raining while I was there and he still had a positive, upbeat attitude. I had a great customer experience, my car is running smoothly, and I will definitely return here for my next service!

The service was very fast. It. It was nice being able to sit in your car while the car was serviced. The oil change was more expensive than where we usually go. And they constantly tried selling you their other services.

Didnt keep their word about free oil change tried to say they would send me a 50% coupon didnt do that either plus they are twice as high as walmart

Thankful for great service! They noticed my power steering fluid was low and could use a service. They did and I feel safer. Thank you Lizabeth making my van safe and giving professional advice!!! Keep up the great work!

I had a terrible experience here not going to this location again very disappointed i was asked if I knew how to release my cars hood? Which I felt disrespected since My husband getting his oil change next to me wasn t asked that question. Every time I go to any oil changer especially having gone to valvoline many times I have always had my car inspected for air cabin filter, etc. they did not bother to do it and signed it off as good in their system I love Valvoline but this location was a disappointmentService: Oil change

First time here I was amused at the customer service and the work they do here they are all well trained and got the job done right without an appointment where as the dealer they put quaker oil for our Ford and have to wait days to get an appointment so I am overall satisfied with the service and the other services they offer;although, I do wish they checked my wipers because after here I went to Walmart and bought my wipers because I noticed they were a bit worn. They also offered the transmission oil for a decent price and my air filter was heavily used I'm glad they showed me the filter to decide if I wanted to replace it which I did

The manager Augie (Augustine) was very professional and knowledgeable. We needed differential oil changed and transmission flushed , however , They didn t have a certain tool for our transmission flush on our new Tahoe, so he stated he didn t feel comfortable doing it without the tool and made note in our file for a discount on the next visit. Thank you for quality service

Service was fine, however I paid close to $200 for a synthetic oil change, and was told the price was so high due to the oil being scarce right now. Well, I just checked the internet, and a complete oil change kit for my car (including a new plug) would only be $71. Next time I'm doing it myself! I DID use a $10 off coupon, and it was still too high!

The staff here are efficient and knowledgeable. I liked that they are up front with everything every step of the way. For example when asked if I wanted to change one of the filters, they showed me the old one first (yuck), then showed the new one before installing. They don't take your vehicle somewhere you can't see what's being done (if anything). You stay in your vehicle while they work. Great experience! My new spot. Thanks guys!

Only place to go in Visalia. Fast weekend service and usually can use a coupon for the best price. I m usually in and out in under 30 min.

The topside service person was Joey, he was polite and respectful, he explained each inspection and the recommendations for all filters and fluids as well as the price for each. He was not pushy nor did he insist on selling me more than I agreed with. I knew what it was going to cost me before he started any work on my truck. I would feel comfortable taking my vehicles there for service or recommending them to others.

My experience was very pleasant. Staff was extremely courteous and service was fast. Oil was changed and vehicle inspected, in and out in about 20 minutes. In my opinion well worth the small price difference versus other places. I will be going back.

Very friendly staff. Every time I've gone here they have been positive, courteous, and kind. They even gave my girls otter pops because of the heat.Although I know I can save money going elsewhere, it's also nice to stay in the car. I've never had a long wait like at other places. But really, if I didn't have good experience with the staff every time, I would go somewhere else and deal with the wait.

Awesome service! First time using these guys, since my other usual oil changers were getting expensive. I really thought thry were professional and speedy. They let me know what upcoming maintenance issues were, and how much it would cost, never pressuring me to get it done immediately. Would absolutely recommend.

Always fast and thorough service. I love their record keeping system which allows for transparency in their up-selling. Since the tech is allowed to conveniently show me the screen and explain what upcoming services are due, I trust their suggestions. I appreciate that their system syncs with carfax so my regular services can be verified.

Very nice,courteous and informative employees. Explained everything they were doing. Will definitely go back for my next oil change. You drive in and stay in your car and about 10 to 15 minutes later you are finished!

Didn't want an air filter, opened my air box and didn't close it properly anyways. Underinflated my front tires by 10 psi and rear by 20. Not risking my vehicle's reliability or my safety going here again

I ve been going to vavoline since I bought my car back in 2014. The past few years I have been the one to take my car to get serviced every few months. Since I can remember Augie has been our service guy. I just have to say this guy gives the best customer services and is always very helpful and knowledgeable in reference to my car. He gets me in and out fairly quick and is always in a good mood.

Anthonys customer service is the best I have ever had during an oil change. Very professional great communication I will be back because of this young man.O and his hair is so darn cool wish I could grow mine out like that.

Would be 5 start but more expensive than other places in town. Are usually quick and thorough including checking your lights and putting air in your tires. Look for coupons online. They're always available. Always friendly service.

Fleet vehicles beware! They add on stuff without your consent. I asked for an oil change and that was it. It was taking a little longer than usual so I asked what the hold up was. They explained that they were doing a radiator flush, cabin air filter, and air filter. I told them that I didn't authorize it but they explained to me that my fleet service did. Not Okay! I then had to wait for them to take everything off the bill through enterprise. That is poor business practice to perform repairs without consent. My company pays for that stuff not the fleet service. They are there just to pre negotiate prices and determine what is actually needed on the vehicle. I can change a cabin air filter and regular air filter in 5 min and it will only cost my company about $30.The air filter didn't need to be changed, I could still see through it and it hadn't deteriorated. I did not need the radiator flushed because the lease was up and didn't need to pay for extra stuff. This is stuff that could have been determined if they would have asked me

As always - great service, very communicative. Due to Covid-19 they request you wear a mask if you keep your window down while they service your car (high is completely understandable and appropriate during this pandemic).

Up until my last visit I was completely satisfied with Valvoline oil changers. Im still satisfied with the service. Unfortunately the business has changed owners, and for what ever the reason this owner has decided to double the price of my oil change. No really!! DOUBLE! The whole reason I decided to make them my go to place was because they were more reasonable than anyone else in town. Well I must say that was a bad business idea. Now there is nothing special about your business. Nothing makes me choose yours over theirs. I hope this works out for you. Its not gonna work out for me and my fleet. Sorry Ill be changing my own oil again in my own shop, and saving $100s of dollars now, that would have been yours, had you slightly increased your prices, instead of doubling them. Im Definite and I strongly urge everyone to give jose the shade tree mechanic a second look before giving greedy britches another buck.Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Valvoline opened promptly at 8 AM this morning. Staff wore masks and were very professional. Joey was our staff person whom we interacted with. He was welcoming, instructive and very helpful. So pleased with the service and his assistance!
