Christian & crew were team awesome, start to finish. My car turned out beautiful and I ve had no issues since getting it back. I will definitely return to Tom s Paint & Body if I need work done in the future. Thank you all!

This is the wouldst experience I have had with a company. You will get it fixed eventually. Just might take 6+ months and multiple drop offs. My car was in an accident and we took it here for repairs from our insurance. They fixed the damage from the crash but cause all new problems. They pretty much put everything they touched back together wrong, and even installed already broken parts. We tool it back a second time and they fixed all that damage but caused more. Scratched the car up and broke our mirror. Took it back a third time and they fixed that damage but didn't put it back together correctly. I just had to take it back for a fourth time for the owner to have to finish putting it together and act like they did what they were supposed to because it is eventually looking like it's fixed. Four total trips for repair plus the trips for inspection. 1 month for first drop off, 3 weeks for second, 1 week for the third. I have never dealt with someone with so little respect for their clients time and lack of pride in their work. If they would have fixed it right the second time, fine, but not 4 trips. I would not recommend anyone go here.

Car went in with a few damages and dirty what I mean dirty and came out like a brand new car and the way they help you there is amazing they treated me amazing I recommend this shop especially if it s thru a insurance claims.

Kept my car for 3 months . Everyday I hear- tomorrow is the day .To your reply - certain things were not in your hand - why would you say- tomorrow , it will be ready - my deal is with you, not Toyota . Toyota was rejecting your quality of work.

Employees were great and kept me informed on any additional work needed after my car was taken apart for examination. Took about 5 weeks to get my car back which is not too bad considering how long other repair shops take to get you your vehicle back. There was a slight mix up with my car being ready when it actually wasn t however, it just so happened to be the EXACT same car as mine, color and everything so it was an honest mixup which I totally understood. The staff was very sympathetic and apologized for any inconvenience which was appreciated. Overall a good experience for my first time having my car in a shop!Service: Body & Trim

I brought my Audi A4 to Toms after my vehicle had been in two accidents. The one was two doors and back panel with light smashed and they did a beautiful job can t even tell that it was wrecked. They were very nice about fixing a few more details a month or two after I got it back and they have anew lady who runs the front and she is awesome. Lisa Brandon and Dewayne thank you. Got into a car accident recently. I had heard many good things about Tom's company/staff and I'm happy to say that it was in fact true. The staff treated me very well, especially Christian. He was very attentive of the issues of my vehicle and was extremely kind and respectful. I couldn't ask for a better guy to help me get my car back to normal. My car was fully fixed and has been operating as good as new since I got it back. Big thanks to Christian and all the employees at Tom's! My experience with Tom s started off with a 4 month wait to get my vehicle in. I chose to wait and have my repairs done by Tom s because I thought the facility was nice, the people were friendly, and the reviews were good. When I dropped my vehicle off, they promised me the truck would be done in 2 weeks. The vehicle took a total of 6 weeks to be completed and the whole time was pulling teeth trying to get information about the status of my vehicle. I thought that the wait was going to be worth it but once I went to pick up the vehicle I noticed a list of things wrong. Most of the grille pieces feel as if they aren t installed all the way, the fender liners are installed incorrectly and loose, the fender and hood have a ton of orange peel and debris in the paint. When I showed up to retrieve my vehicle, I was informed that a homeless person had thrown a rock through one of my windows. The damage was done in the middle of the night and I wasn t informed until I was physically there almost 18 hours later. Overall quality is not great and the communication was awful. I would not recommend Tom s body and paint.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great experience and friendly staff. Their employee Christian was very helpful, punctual, and ensured all my needs were met. The quality of work put into my vehicle was exception as well. I had a great experience at Tom's Body & Paint. The customer service I received was amazing. Christian took great care of my 2020 Honda CRV and answered every question I had about the paint and insurance process. This was my first time needing to get any type of paint repair and since I was going through my insurance I was a little lost. Christian went above and beyond to make this first experience easy and manageable. The quality of the work done by the employees was flawless. They had my crv looking as good as new!! I had a great experience at toms body and paint! I had an area of my car that was damaged (most likely with a shopping cart). Christian was awesome to me every step of the way, he made sure my car was up to par and up to my standards. Christian also helped me with my backup camera because of some issues it was having. Christian went above and beyond for me and I will be returning if I need help with any car issues :)

They lie about when your car will be done. My car was delayed 3 times and each time they promised to let me know what was going on I didn't get a call back. They said a tech had an emergency which i understand but they don't seem to trust their other tech to work alone which is kinda alarming if these are the only people working on stuff. At one point one of the girls who answered the phone said they didn't even know where my car was! The final straw was that I had a Dr's appointment for my pregnant wife (which I explained to them) and they told me my car was ready to pick up but they had me waiting for another hour and made us miss the appointment. To sum it up, was lied to 3 times about when my car would be done, didn't bother to call back or reach out when some parts were delayed. Also when it "was done" they were rushing to screw last minute things together and claimed they were just "polishing the hood" (I watched this through their office window)Service: Body & Trim

They are the slowest body shop to finish a car and always kept changing the dates of when the car will be ready and still there for a whole month! They have the worst customer service and communication. They never called to inform me about the status of the car needing additional repairs, and assumed we would wait. I'll never recommend this body shop to anyone. Only reason it's there is because of insurance repairs.Service: Body & Trim

Exceptional Customer Service! The entire staff went above and beyond for me and for that I am extremely grateful. I was involved in an accident and had no idea where to go or what needed to be done. I chose Tom's over the other popular place in Visalia and have no regrets. They took care of everything for me the minute my car arrived. In addition to their world class customer service, the detail of their work is amazing. I am extremely picky about my car and the work was done so well that you can't even tell that I was involved in an accident. I am so pleased with Tom's Body and Paint and highly recommend them!

The original estimate was 12 days, Tom s had my car for 3 months. The only phone call I got from them was about a month and a half in when they called to tell me they had the parts and it would be another 3 weeks until my vehicle was ready. In reality it took another 5 weeks for me to get my car back. When I did receive my car, the doors were not flush and there were handprints inside my car. The tech took my car back to adjust the doors and the doors still aren t flush and now the back door pops when opened. He said that was the best he could do and if he adjusted it any more, the popping would be louder. I also have to slam both doors shut or they won t latch. I am not sure I feel safe taking my car back there to have them fix it.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This shop is contracted with my car insurance and when I chose this shop, I chose them based off of their great reviews! But now that I actually used their services I ve learned that their vehicle repair in general is done well but they lack communication and organization. There was a lot of back and forth with waiting for correct updates on my vehicle. Every phone call I made, every employee that answered had a different answer for me on the expected date or what part was missing that had to be ordered. It seemed as they were ordering one part at a time for my vehicle which lead to 1 month and 3 weeks of waiting for my vehicle to be ready. Christian is the main employee there that knows what he s doing as I had read on previous reviews but when it came to my vehicle I was expecting a bit more from him. He called me this morning to mention that my vehicle needed an alignment and they would get that done but I picked up my car last week and he apologized for the confusion. I really hope this shop improves their communication and organization as their work overall is done well and I would recommend them to others once these improvements were made.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had my car there for almost 2 weeks. I was told thar they will look at my car that next day Thursday it gets there so I call Friday and they said they'll look at it Monday and Monday comes by and they said give them a couple of days more then on the 2nd week called and they haven't even looked at it yet, so I got my car towed out of there and took it elsewhere

Getting the parts for my car was no easy task but Christian kept on it! While my car was in the shop waiting on parts my daughter was in an accident. I text Christian after hours and he had a tow truck to us in less than 10 minutes! The driver was very nice and said he would take it to the shop and Christian handled it from there. He took care of my daughter s as well as my car. He is always friendly, even when I bugged him about if my car was ready. If I ever need work again, hopefully just fun work, I would gladly take my vehicle to TomsServices: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Brakes

The service was easily handled by my insurance and there were no delays with processing my repairs.Although, unfortunately had to leave my car longer because my insurance did not wanting me driving it as a liability.

You won't ever regret going to Tom's to have your car fixed. Everyone that works there is so professional. They are also very caring people. They've had my 370z a couple of times Jay has done remarkable job on it!! My car looks brand new!! Thank you for treating my car as if it were your own!! Great customer service, professional and very detailed in the work they do. I've taken my cars here for 2 separate incidents and they have exceeded my expectations both times. I would definitely recommend and go here again. It was also a plus they were covered through my Allstate Insurance. Definately a 5 star *****

Honest, trust-worthy, dependable and prompt service. Our 2014 Ford Flex was in front-end accident which required repair. From beginning 'til end , the overall service was second to none. Recently took the vehicle to a Ford dealership for check engine light issue. Was told about the electrical wiring issue that may be related to the accident. Relayed the issue to TOMS BODY and they took care of it promptly and honestly. I strongly recommend TOMS BODY AND PAINT to anyone. Thanks Duane.

These guys took 5 months to work on my car and still couldn t get it right in the end. They kept saying it was miscommunication but I ve sent them pictures and they have their own pictures of my car before my accident but still couldn t get it right. It was so unprofessional on their part for lying to me multiple times. And every time I left the car there they would tell me it would be ready in a week and they would end up taking 3 weeks, horrible body shop. I stopped by for a quick estimate on a small scratch that I wanted repaired. Christian was so friendly and professional! Since it was such a small job, he offered to do it for no charge - so appreciated! It only took a few minutes and you d never know there had been a scratch. I will absolutely come back again for any and all paint and body jobs!

I was very happy with the paint job that Tom's did on my car, they had everything done right when they promised. And I was very happy that they got back to me so quickly when I first called them to make an appointment. It took them less than a day to call me back and squeeze me in. I would definirely use their services again.
