All of a sudden, out of nowhere. My rear tire on my motorcycle went flat. I had to have it towed to the shop. They were not expecting me. They took me immediately. They fixed the rear tire and looked over whole bike. ( no extra charge) Amazing service/ amazing people. The price was very reasonable, they will always have business. Good job everyone. The service was excellent. Corrine (I believe is her name in service) is top notch. Took my Honda Rebel 1100 in for its first service. I m a newbie and wasn t treated like one. Explained things and took the time to show me things like proper chain tension etc. Price was fair of course that can be debated. First class service. I ll be back. Thank You

They took good care of us.We bought two Monkey's from them.It did take a few days to get them to uncrate them. But I don't think they took me serious when I said I wanted them.

Jon @ Sanders was able to beat Clawson by hundreds on a brand new 2021 crf110. Thanks Jon. The day before I was going to pay 1500.00 for a 2005 crf70/klx110 but could not see myself paying that much for such an old bike. Called up Jon and bought one new.....

I brought my bike to sanders in December of 2021. In short i left my bike with them for a couple months, believing that they would work on it. They costumer service was rather nice at least. Though they ended up charging about $1200 more than what they had quoted me when they first appraised my bike(i couldn't leave my bike in their shop since they already had it apart). In short I paid about 4.5k to get my 1999 Suzuki Hayabusa back into action. Almost cost me the same amount, that I paided for the bike when I bought it. Completely worth it getting my bike back in perfect order.......Fast forward about a year because i put my bike up on a rack in my garage for about 9 months while i rode my Harley for a season. I ended up taking my Suzuki on about 700 mile road trip and had problems with fluid leaking. In short I ended up over heating the engine and had to just keep adding coolant till I got it home. Since its been so long since I had my bike at sanders, I'm not gonna call them about this issue....I will be taking my bike to GA Motorsports down the way going forward. Just disappointed in the quality of their work. Hope they do better by other people, but they have lost my business.Update 7-22-23: Old cracked radiator was leaking the coolant. Ended up replacing it myself since it was and easy fix. Noticed that my clutch is getting squishy now too. Im assuming that it's similar problem but haven't found the issue yet. Such poor work for a dealership and the cost was ridiculous for the horrible job they did. Won't let let them touch any bike of mine again!

Came in to buy my wife a monkey bike and Jon was so helpful and honest with us throughout the entire process. When we came back to actually buy it the poor guy had to juggle several sales at once but somehow still managed to give us an A+ buying experience. Really made the experience enjoyable for us. We wouldn t want to purchase a motorcycle anywhere else now!

I just went today and Brought a 2012 Honda Goldwing Touring from them and they were super polite and professional. They answers all our questions and made sure That I received the best financing that I qualified for. I would definitely Recommend Sanders Motorsports to anyone looking to buy a new or used bike. They also gave me top dollar for my old bike. I will be doing all my future business with them. Thank you.

I like this store. They are friendly, have reasonable prices in maintenance and parts. They are a bit pricey on gear, but that is expected and a little difficult to find if you're not familiar with the area. They do have a lot of nice things...for men. They don't have much of a selection for women riders, both in motocross or in street bike riding gear. Otherwise, it's a great place for whatever your bikes may need.

The phone is always busy. Every time I call it is busy. It s the only business I know of in 2023 that doesn t have call waiting. Blows my mind.

I had forgotten his name, but it was a bald gentleman who had helped me as soon as I walked into the dealership. I explained to him that I had been traveling a couple hours to a separate dealership just to be notified by phone that the motorcycle of interest had been sold. I came down here because they had that same bike, but it was at a pretty price. The gentleman allowed me to test ride three bikes (Ninja 1000SX, Ninja ZX6R KRT, Vulcan 900), all of which I enjoyed. Price played a large part as a deciding factor, and he spoke with the financing office and managed to cut me a better deal. He was very personable and seems like he has a passion for bikes. The financing office also cut me a deal on the extended warranty. At the end of the day, I left with the bike I originally wanted (Ninja 1000) and the gentleman that helped me throughout the whole ordeal helped me load the bike into my trailer and strap it in. Couldn t have had a better experience.

Worst customer service ever. Walked around the dealership for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. One guy was to busy reading a newspaper. Did not have the common courtesy to put it down and greet me. The few bikes they had were filthy. Drove a few blocks down to GA Motorsports and was greeted before the door closed behind me. GA Had a showroom full of clean bikes and friendly salespeople. Ended up buying from them.

Decent selection of bikes. But among some of the rudest and most unknowledgable staff I've ever had to deal with. Called them to see if I could have my 600 mile service and was told to do it myself because of a 2 week wait. "It is just an oil change." They said. I then told them that it should also include the valve measurements, and was told they didnt know about that. Even though it says in the manual.

Walked in, and walked right out! Worst customer service. I walked in, didn't get greeted. And I see two perfectly capable guys "working" but just standing around talking to each other. When we start to ask questions, they give us one word answers and have a look on their face like we annoyed them just by asking. They had no clue if we were going to by a bike straight up with cash on hand or just simply ask a few questions, no matter what we were there for no one deserves the horrible customer service we received. We will not go back which it is a shame because we have never been there and was curious to see what they had. Hopefully they see this and change up the staff or inform them they lost service.

Corrine (service manager?) is a gem. I m new to the area and new to California. I ve come in to Sanders twice now asking for information. The second time was to try to find a mechanic to work on my Royal Enfield Himalayan. They didn t have a mechanic there that could do it but Corrine took the time, called around and hooked me up. Sanders will definitely get my business for all my accessory needs.

Shopping for a beginner dirt bike for my son. Stopped by and quoted Over $5000 for a CRF110f with an MSRP $2499. Though maybe the salesman and I were talking about Something else. To my surprise he was sticking by his quote. I politely stated that s twice MSRP and other dealers are beating this price by quit a bit. He arrogantly said I should go elsewhere because this is what the going price is. To all future potential customers shop around. Clawsons quoted me $3280 out the door for 2021 CRF110f. This price quote included all tax, setup, dmv and destination charges. Also quoted $3100 for KLX110r OTD..

The worst experience ever . I would never do business there again. Staff very rude would not help me . I was ignored for 10 min before someone would help me or even a knowledge I was standing there. I had to initiate it. I would have turned around and walked right back out but I was picking up my bikes. We took 3 bikes in to be serviced . They mixed up the bikes and did the wrong repairs on the wrong bike. On one of the bikes they charged me for a part that was never replaced. Unfortunately we did not realuze any of this until I got home and unloaded the bikes. There was also a new leak on one of the bikes that wasn't there when I dropped it off. When I Called them after I got the bikes home they argued with me and tried to put the blame on me . I'm not sure what certification the mechanics have or if they even no what they are doing but a grand later I still had to take 2 of the bikes somewhere else . 2 of the bikes were worse off after they serviced them . When we asked them if they would fix the bike and make it right she said no and tried to place blame and to top it off we purchased 4 bikes in the last 10 years from sanders apparently they don't value there customers. I no mistakes happen but come on this many?? and make it right!! I was reading some of the other reviews and there is definitely a pattern here. Unfortunately I should of read them before I took my bikes ther. A lesson learned hope this helps someone else.

The guy at the front desk when I went did not seem very helpful or determined to make a sale. Let alone help me get the loan. Guy barely made any effort. Definitely won't go here anymore.

Walked around for 30 minutes. Not a single person said anything to me. I came in ready to buy a bike I had seen online. Thanks for nothing I guess.

They broke my fairing and won t replace it saying they have witnesses that saw the work done. So i asked for video footage to possible give to my attorney they won t release video footage as they know i am right i presume. Maybe one or two good trust worthy people there friends other then that they will reck your bike and act like you did it unless you tell them right away and they gang up on you knowing they have more money to take you to court. Keep your receipt DTA.

Very disappointed with your service department. Called twice, waited almost 30 minutes each time, only to be told that you wouldn't service a product sold by Honda. Service advisor didn't even know about my ETON-VIPER 90. Told me they couldn't get parts for it so they would not service it. When asked if they could refer me to someone else, she thought maybe someone in Fresno, she didn't know.Wake up call, Visalia ATV and Motorcycle, just down the street does service ETON quads. Thanks Sanders, although I have always used you service, I will no longer use you.

My family and I had a great experience today shopping for a new motorcycle and helmet. The sales guy and parts gal were both great, both being very helpful and kind. Great job!

I called for some information about some personal water craft. The girl who answered said they don't carry water craft. I then said seems like no one has them lately. She then replied, Why, is it burning a hole in your pocket ? I told her no, I've been saving. And she laughed. That's NOT the way you speak to a potential buyer !! It's not like I called a Tuxedo shop asking for a pizza.
