I d like to tip my hat to Rich and his men for all of their hard work on my wife s 01 Dodge Ram. Oh boy it sure was a tough one and it took a lot of time to eventually get finished. (Transmission rebuild job) Rich had a lot going on and life wasn t making anything easy on anyone, I felt very bad and I was expecting the worse but Rich was determined to see it though. He even made time on his off days to work on my truck and all the blood sweat and tears paid off well. I wanted to wait a while before writing a review to ensure everything went as he said and it did. it ll run better than new again the man came through you just have to have some patience people and he will see it though, I m proof of that. I m glad I waited and my wife is glad to have the truck back. I took my 2006 Subaru forester and they took excellent care of it!They fixed the rough idle and brakes. Car has been running smooth ever since.. Definitely recommend.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Took transmission to get rebuilt and the owner kept giving me excuses why he did get started on it. Hangs parts to hope he can fix the problem. Dirty shop and get all over your car. I took my 2015 Tahoe to have the suspension checked. It needed to be overhauled and we contacted the Extended Warranty company not expecting good results in terms of payment. This shop patiently waited for approval and then did the work. My Tahoe rides better then when it was brand new. The shop is clean, kind and professional. It is now my go to shop for automotive needs.

Rich is a great guy I felt at ease I trusting my vehicle to Him he gave me a great price on a radiator plus noticed & recommended new hoses they where 13 yrs old so replaced them as well great work great price & great attitude & speed of service I will recommend him over n over

I ve gone to P & C Automotive since approx 2002 (especially when I drove older cars) Rich & his previous co-worker were ALWAYS Honest; skilled; efficient & would explain exactly what my car needed & would show me the old parts that they replaced. Not easy to find Ol School, honest mechanics I highly recommend Rich

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!Rich is honest and reliable. I am a single woman, and it is difficult finding a honest, reasonably priced, mechanic. Lucky for me, two separate married couple friends recommended him, and they were right on. Rich only did the work I needed and did not try to upsell me. The rates were very reasonable, and my car is running better than ever.. I am looking forward to doing business with him in the future.Way to keep a customer for life, Rich!

We stopped here when our air conditioning broke on the way to Kings Canyon. Juan, the mechanic and part owner, was extremely accommodating and incredibly fair in repairing our vehicle in a timely manner. They are knowledgeable and honest. Definitely recommend!

Great experience... Came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Very upfront and honest. Prices are fair if not more than.. If you want to take your chances on a budget mechanic good luck. If you want to solve your auto issue for a good price with good service.. Take your vehicle to p&c.. I find myself recommending this spot every time I hear someone's car has to go under the wrench.

The owner and mechanics are top notch and considerate when it comes to your budget and your needs. I had my truck there, needed a new engine and they had it back to me within a week. Now she purrs like a kitten again.

Terrible experience. Took car back three times. Not fixed. Paid $400 and left with car in same condition as when I brought it in. Two other customers had same problem there. I do not recommend this shop. The owner would not return my call. His mechanic said they didn't know why the engine light was still on after replacing diagnosed car part.

The mechanic Tommy is super friendly and awesome at his job. The owner is really nice too. I would definitely recommend. They are fast and give correct estimates.

I've been doing business with this shop for years. In the past when there have been issues after a repair they have taken care of it. The problem was that there were always issues after the repair. When I had my air conditioner repaired in my suburban I had to take it back 4 times. I spent an extra $180 at the insistence that my tensioner pulley was bad. That turned out not to be the problem. About a year and a half ago they did $1400 in suspension work on my taurus. They told me at that time they that my cv joints were fine. When I took the car back last month they told me they were completely shot. This last time I went into the shop the shop manager Randy was rude from the beginning. He quoted me $100 higher than the owner for a repair. After getting the car back it was shreading the serpentine belt. 1st time it caught my windshield wiper fluid line that had been left broken hanging right next to the pulleys. 2nd time I specifically told the shop manager not to touch my car until I talked to the owner. When I returned 15 minutes later to get something out of my car I had forgotten they had my car pulled in and the shop manager was working on it. I immediately called the owner and let him know I was very upset and that I didn't trust the shop manager and didn't want him to touch my car again. He promised to be the one to manage any further communications and that he was going to personally look at the car. 2 hours later I get a call from the shop manager telling me what's wrong with the car. I called the owner to ask why I was still recieving calls about my car from the shop manager and the owner made it clear that he didn't care about my concerns about the shop manager. I picked up the car, and I am still unsure of if I can trust the diagnosis they provided. When I picked up the car later that night the word D.I.C.K. was written on the dust of the window along with the signature of one of the employees. There has been a serious decline in the quality of service at this business. I will never return to this business again.

I ve gotten tired from this place on several occasions. They are helpful and the prices are really good. I like this place a lot. It s the only place I go for tire issues.
