I had a very disappointing experience today to say the least. This location is always low on inventory...... They have terrible customer service and poorly trained "managers" and sales representatives....... I would recommend any other location. Most O'Reillys offer great customer service a, knowledgeable staff and "managers" who are actually store managers........

Very convenient, easy to work with, patient customer service, will order parts when necessary or direct you to the closest one. Much preferred location, and no, dis ain't no bot-ro. I actually like the store, calm atmosphere inside.Reminds me of going to Napa and Autozone as a kid. Same grease shoppe smell, just a little cleaner.Keep it up crew!

I would always go and stop by O Reilly Auto Parts on Ben Maddox and Houston to purchase car supplies! Wonderful location and size! Well-stocked! Very tidy and organized! Friendly, nice, courteous, and knowledgeable employees! Anthony was very cool and knowledgeable! Great and professional customer service!

I bought the wrong oil and a steering wheel cover that fit perfectly fine, but it was so smooth that I couldn't hold on to it very well, needless to say they took them both back and then helped me out with finding the items that were right for me.

Never change doing buisness with a company because they open a store closer...this is why our current situation with life and idiots makes a negative be a positive thank you for you all that work here for all your and getting us back to a good store!! Great Service! 3/17/22 great as always!

I went in because I needed help installing wipers blades & the women she couldn t install them for me because I didn t buy them there & that she wasn t allow to do big trucks because she can t get on top of the tires. I was like who said you need to get on top of the tire. Like couldn t she grab a small latter or something? She basically just had a bad attitude and didn t help me out. I couldn t get her name she had no name tag either. She wasn t even doing anything either she was just standing there on the computer, there was no other customers.. I came here because it was the closest auto parts to my house. So I just drove to autozone and THEY actually help me out!! They didn t care if they were from another store. Never coming back here again.

Would give no stars but had to give one. Horrible place to do business. They lied about a part to their own store employees and customers. I went to the Fresno store which was a good experience and they helped out 100% but they got either left on hold or got hung up on. And then when someone finally picked up they said they didnt have the part. So I drove all the way down here to check and the guy lied and said it just came off the truck yet there's a 1/4 of dust on the box. And then all he said he could do for the inconvenience was give me 10% off. Will never do business here again. Lousy people

Justo is a great person and employee. He went out of his way to help me check my A/C charge levels. He went on to also help me recharge my system and get it all fixed up just before summer. Thank you. Keep up the great work Justo.

Bad service!! No one there knows anything about automobile's. Rude and don't know how to please there client's! . Had lifetime warranty on parts but they act like there the ones paying for the parts! Never again will i buy from O'Reilly's. Bad service at this location!

I want to give them 5 stars because I ve always gone in there a got the best service, especially want to give a shout to Fernando! But today when I went in, I was there to purchase a hose clamp and wanted to see if they maybe had a hose available as well, well the associate by the name of DANIELLE was very rude to start off. I was so mad at the way she came off that I literally wanted to leave the store! Please avoid her at all cost, she treated me rudely and then puts on this new nice atmosphere around everyone else once I made a big scene. You certainly can t train personality, but definitely could use some work on the way she talks to people. Once again great place, but avoid DANIELLE!!

Stopped in to pick up fuel treatment. It was a little slow so we were able to discuss a little trouble shooting, and maintenance ideas. I really like the people working at O'Reilly's. They are very helpful. JV

Rude staff that doesnt know what they are talking about or doesnt want to do their job. I called and talked to a guy named Jose and I told him to pick out a part for me but when I got there 15 minutes later he didnt even have it and told me (lied to me) saying that they dont put parts aside for their customers. Then I told him that was a silly policy and he told me to go somewhere else. So i got someone else to help me but with their lack of knowledge it took him almost 15 minutes to find the part that I had already described to the first guy... Save your time and sanity and go to Auto Zone because obviously O'Reillys doesnt train their staff properly.

I called to ask if they had a certain tool today and the lady that I spoke with was rude... she told me I needed to go into the store and hung up on me while I was trying to explain what I needed.

4-stars simply bcuz they blow away grand auto. But service at this location is a little slow, not the most helpful but if u know what u need, u should be good to go. P.S. Lock yr cars while yr inside, just saying.

Great place to get parts if you know exactly what you are going to need staff seems to not know much about anything but what there computer is telling them but there great with assistance and service if you know what you need

This is the main hub for O'Reilly Visalia. If you need to have brake rotors/drums machined, this is the place. They also have more parts in stock at this location.
