I brought my 10 old Nissan I purchased new in 2014. Had fantastic experience with the whole maintenance team. Then while that was being done I was picking out my next car. I went with a Nissan altima again . Manuel was fabulous.. I was really amazed how busy the showroom was being a Monday. I was very pleased with every encounter of your amazing staff.. I loved fiance she was very helpful during the difficult choice you want and what you can afford.

This is my third time buying a car from this Nissan and this was the best experience I have ever had working with you guys. Manuel helped me out so much and was super nice. Nubia the manager in finance is the best! She did so much to help me and ended up getting me a better interest rate for my deal to where I got everything included in the monthly payment of the car! You guys are amazing thank you so much for everything and helping me with my new car!

Martel was person that helped me. He always gets done what is recommended. He goes well above expectations. I am never there too long. He has great customer service. I will keep bringing my vehicle back to Nissan.

My experience was amazing. I happened to get a Nissan Altima that s broken down on me twice in a year. The effort, speed, and care put into fixing my has been amazing. Anselmo was amazing professional and friendly. You can see he genuinely cared about making sure the customers car was in perfect condition before leaving the lot and that it was done ASAP. Easy 11 out of 10 experience for me.

Make an appointment for 10:30 on monday for a diagnostic on brake lights. Ok seems simple, am told they will get to it right away but they warn it could take 4 hours if they have to chase wires or cant figure out the electronics. I tell them the overhead console lights aern't working either. He says they can check it out, he says the total is 350 bucks 175 to diagnose each separate electrical problem so two charges of 175. I was told after 3 hours plus of waiting that just now my car is finally going back for diagnostics and they just pulled it into their bay at 1:40..... an appointment where they knew this was my only vehicle and that I couldn't drop it off and go on about my day because i live 30 miles away in Porterville.... I have seen several people go in and out who showed up after I did. There is no excuse for taking 3 hours just to get to a car and to have people who are showing up after I have been here for hours leaving while I am here for hours longer. At this point it would have been more convenient to rent a vehicle just so they could look at brake lights. I just spoke with the service department and was told that the overhead lights was a fuse and will only be charged half an hour (to change a fuse) and that the brake lights in the liftgate had blown and were 24$ a piece to replace. Crazy because I spoke with a manager here and asked what was going on and he said yhat what was going on with the vehicle takes more time to address than the 8-10 groups of people that have shown up after I got here at 10:30... to replace two tail light bulbs and change out a fuse for the overhead console. Insane. I have been through 4 vehicles over the last 2 years and I'm positive that after coming here this one time, I will a) never buy from this dealership and b) never be coming back here for service. I have been here for 5 hours and there were only 2 people here when I showed up. Why would they make this appointment and then take 3 hours just to get the vehicle into their mechanic bay is just beyond ridiculous.

So I've never been to this location before til a week ago. I had the light going off for my airbags so I decided to go here since I have a Nissan. After a few hours they call me up to say that to fix the air bag issue it'd cost about $6000. Something about replacing my front seat to fix the issue. Shocked me, but there was no way I was going to pay for that. 30 minutes later I get another call from them, a different guy this time, saying my car was dangerously unfit to drive and that I should trade it in for a new one. I only had this car for 3ish years. At that point I knew they were just trying to scam me. So a week later, today, I took it to another location, a normal auto repair shop, and they said that something was loose and that they fixed it and reset it. Free of charge!

Service rep was very helpful and professional. Informed me of the extended warranty Nissan had updated. Worked out really well. He was also very attentive and responded quick to questions and concerns!!

I got an oil change and tire rotation. Eddie saw that I still had my contract and my oil change was free, plus he gave me the number to file a claim because I was paying out of pocket for all other oil changes prior to coming there. Everyone in the service department is nice and always trying to help the customers. Great place.

Selma Nissan gave me issues and their customer service was horrendous. I called Visalia Nissan and everyone I spoke to was amazing. Martel assured me he would take care of the issue and do what he could to get my car fixed. He got to my car sooner, and I was in a rental the following day. My car was fixed 2 days later.

I bought a 2024 Nissan Pro X on 1/19/2024. I really like the truck my biggest disappointment is that for a 2024 model truck it doesn't have BLIND SPOT MONITORING!!! This should be as mandatory as Seat Belts and Air Bags. I'm 77 years old and my alertness isn't as sharp as it used to be. Seat Belts and Air Bags only help you after you've had an accident, BLIND SPOT MONITORING, will help prevent an accident from happening!!

Came in to Nissan with my girlfriend and wanted to get her out of her Hyundai because no one wanted to insure her car. We came to see Mario at Nissan and he got us done with his magic. My girlfriend was very pleased and super excited with her new Nissan Versa!

It all started with the nice lady that answered my call. She made it super easy to make an appointment with Nissan of Visalia service. She is great. I asked a question and she gave me a direct answer which I like. No around the bush stuff. Price was given up front and when I got there it was the same price she gave me. I think that is great . The service was quick and easy. The manager told me it will be this many minutes of a wait and it was. Everything was fast and super easy. They stand and deliver what they say they will do. I am very very happy with the over all experience. I will definitely come back for future service appointments and recommend everybody to Nissan of Visalia for service and the groppetti group.

Mr. Amado was very professional. It felt like once we bought the car they stopped caring. We had some issues with the new vehicle and we never got any follow-up calls. Amado offered some services he never provided. Its sad that it feels like they wash their hands of you once you buy the car.

The staff were polite and they even washed my car for me. But the wait time was 3 hours even with an appointment. It would be nice to cut it back to possibly 2 hours or less instead of having me wait so long. I also noticed there were other customers waiting even before me that had been there a while. I overheard the service person apologize to them at least twice.

Every time i've scheduled to have something done on my vehicle at this dealership, I've have to wait 5+ hrs for LITERALLY ANY SIMPLE SERVICE/REPAIR. They will schedule you the same time as 8 other people for AS SOON AS THEY OPEN with only A SINGLE CERTIFIED MECHANIC on shift. This place is a joke. Go literally anywhere else. Stay far away from here if you can help it.
