I had Mid-Cal rebuild the transmission for my 1965 Corvette Sting Ray over two years ago and it shifts perfectly ever since. They know transmissions. Thanks again for your dedication to the craft ..Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

These guys did a transmission flush and filter change on my 2010 Mustang. Straight-ahead, no-nonsene, on-time. Very happy with the quality of work and the reasonable cost.

Damian provided excellent customer service. Parts were delayed due to COVID and being back ordered, but they arrived sooner than expected and the repair was completed quickly. Had my transmission rebuilt around 4 years ago here. Today I m looking for another one as mine went out again. It made it past their 2 year warranty tho... haha. I would expect a little more life out of it for the $1,695 it costed me. I personally will not use them again. But, Looks like I m the only one here to have had such experience. Good luck!

I brought my BMW here and the professionals here were extremely helpful. They were honest and quick. My BMW runs great now. These guys know there transmissions.

Well where do i begin. Best over all price and best quality for what you are getting. These gentleman did everything perfect! Must and will go back for any other service. Did my transmission and serviced my back axle. Truck is running perfect! Thanks mid cal! Looking forward to working with you in the future if needed.

I'm a retired Letter Carrier and my 2008 Uplander was having problems, I felt that the transmission was going on me... Called mid Cal and made an appointment believe me they answered my phone call with courtesy and professionalism.... They did some test and told me my transmission was working perfectly, they found that it was a motor problem.... And they were right changed the motor mounts and now it runs like a champ...... Thank you so much Mid Cal and all your staff.........

I don't know really what to rate this shop because my brother had them diagnose his transmission problems with his Ford Escape. They came recommend by Big Brand Tire in Tulare, CA.

Damian was so helpful and amazing! He didn't charge me for service that I didn't need, and came down during hours they are normally closed to return my car! Highly recommend!

Outstanding honesty. Took my SUV in for a diagnostic check and they found the problem (not transmission related) and still did not charge for diagnostics. If you are looking for honest people, go to Mid Cal Transmission.

Took our 2002 town & Country in and had our transmission rebuilt.. they gave us a 2 year warranty on it ... Now Van is running Good no problems and we feel Good about the 2 year Warranty .. Damian took good care of us and we got the Van on promised date and no extra fees we payed what he quoted us No diagnostic fee.. we will keep doing bussiness here.. even noticed Police cars get serviced at MID-CAL....

Very efficient mechanics great customer service and fair with their prices. Friendly atmosphere and yes I would recommend two others for repairs for their transmission if needed.

On our way back home from vacation in April. We lost our transmision on the BIG grade out of Needles CA. Our truck had to spend a week in Needles to replace the transmision. The new(rebuilt) transmision came with a 3 year warenty. Our next adventure was in July to Wistler BC. While we were there we lost reverse. We made the best of the rest of the vacation making sure we just moved forward.When we got home to Visalia, I called Needles and explained what had happened. The waranty was still valid and I was able to take it locally.Butch at Mid Cal Trans was very knowlegeable and friedly. Butch an his crew understood what needed to be done and with no hassle at all got the job done right the first time. I am extreamly pleased with there work. When I got our truck back, I looked at the transmision. It looked brand new! Not even a oily finger print. Since then we have taken the truck on two other outing with out even a hic-up!I would Highly Recomend Mid Cal Trans for all of your transmision needs.

A bit pricy (i think) charge $100+ an hour however they were nice, explained everything to me and did the job well and in good time!
