I took my Truck to John. I was having engine problems that kept coming even after I tried fixing myself.I took my truck to John and he did his expertise and wonders. John found my issues and fixed all of them. He explained all the issues my truck had and told me his plan of attack.John's prices were extremely real and better than other auto mechanic shops.John saved my truck and saved me from spending hundreds of dollars.Thank you John and team.I will bring all my family vehicles to Little John's Auto Electric.OUTSTANDING!!

Hi I'm Alfred P who lives in Visalia now a few years ago I went out seeking an automotive shop who could help me with my 2016 Ram 3500 4X4. My problem was it was not holding a charge and after replacing the two batteries it still was killing my batteries and ME !I called Little John's shop and he took me in right away. No waiting right now!!Next day I received a call that the problem was fixed and that was service I didn't expect. I was so excited about the professionalism that Little John's expressed.Fast forward now my Mini cooper same thing so I immediately knew who to take it to.Same great service repeated its self and I even tossed another lil problem I had with rear doors not opening. Without hesitation they replaced the faulty latch too.I can't express enough how well I was respected as a customer and how they presented themselves as true professionals in the automotive jungle.Let me also mention John's son is following in his Dad's footsteps and doing one awesome job too.Don't half step just git er done. AMAZING SERVICE!! I am shocked on how they're still great hard working people out there who are honest. I honestly didn't know what to expect as this is my first time ever going to a mechanic. I met John and Bryan who did an amazing job on my car when I thought all hope was lost. John kept the communication between us professional and broke down what he found wrong with the car and keeping me updated on everything he found that was a problem. After hearing everything he did I honestly thought I would be looking at at least $1500.. NOPE!! NO WHERE CLOSE!! He did save me from my car problem and money. Really reasonable prices. I d been having problems with my aftermarket bmw headlight for years. Finally after trying several times to fix it on my own I called up Little John s Auto Electric and brought my car in. Now the headlight is working perfectly and I have John to thank.He did his best to keep costs down while also diagnosing and fixing the issue. It took less than 24 hours to pick my car up so the service is not only excellent but fast as well. I was afraid I d be turned down as most shops are hesitant to work on bmw especially aftermarket parts but John said he d do his best and he certainly did. You will definitely be satisfied with Little John s Electric if you re have any electrical issues with your car!

Was never told there was a two hour labor minimum no matter how small the problem. John told me he would give a call for estimate before proceeding, that never happened. Get call that truck is ready and it ll be $260 for a new fuse relay.Not upfront at all.

I m sure he s a good mechanic; however if it turns out to be something as simple as plugging in one wire be prepared to pay $260!!! MinimumService: Electrical repairService: Electrical repair

Great and friendly service! Went above and beyond to get my car back to me in a timely manner. It was a little expensive but was worth it for the amount of effort they put into repairing my vehicle. Not something you usually see anymore. I will be back if I am in need of future repairs!

Finding a place to do electrical work on any vehicle is certainly a tuff find at any level.Well we found Little John's Auto Electric to be the place for such services.Our Dodge dually diesel had a drain or short somewhere and lights were flickering in the dash after being shut off and batteries would be drained and dead the next morning.John assured us that it's a problem that could be fixed. We were relieved to have found someone who had the confidence to take the job on.We can't say enough about this place and their professional expertise and respect to the customer. Definitely the place to go for your auto electrical needs.

Just had my Jeep there repaired in no time. Had a pickup that had starting problems and was in 3 shops before I found Little John s. Little John s found the real problem and repaired it. I will go no where else. I highly recommend Little John s and have recommended them to all my friends.

Great service.If you want your car fixed this is the place to go. John - the owner - is an honest mechanic. He is there to answer your questions in person. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone that needs their car worked on for anything.

I was referred to Little John's by other auto repair shops to fix a mal-functioning entry keypad, with an obscure problem on my 2016 Ford Escape. Little John's was able to solve the complex issue and make necessary repairs while the others passed. Thanks John! All fine now.

Garbage customer service. Walked in asking for advice or service on a vehicle issue. Rep walked out after a waited for a few minutes didn't introduce themselves, asked what I needed, didn't offer any solutions, input, didn't offer to book an appointment, didn't grab my name or contact information didn't seem to care. Can't speak on behalf of their actual work. Just a poor first impression of what appeared to be junior team member.
