This business offers top shelf customer service not commonly found in todays corporate model of service. Upon calling to inquire about an alignment issue, Mr. Dudley gave me the likely cause over the phone, and suggested I bring it by. He put it up on the rack and found a faulty tire within minutes. When I tried to pay him, he refused. While of course he cannot do this for all encounters, he made a customer for life.I need some front end work done on my heavy diesel pick up and will be taking it to him, due to his demonstrated honesty, knowledge and excellent customer service.In addition, he (and I believe his wife) are extremely friendly, and seem to value their customers.

I stopped in to Lee Dudley's for brake diagnosis and repair. Mr. Dudley was quick to help and was very kind and approachable. He was able to show me the condition of my brake pads and rotors. He made the repairs and I couldn't be happier. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I feel bad because I'm writing this review so late, but I have never had a more positive experience with a car professional. A few months ago I went and got my Kia Optima's brakes replaced and the owners were super helpful. They explained everything to me thoroughly and patiently and let me hang out while they worked on my car so I could see the whole process from beginning to end. No shady business happening here! AMAZING. First I want to say I m a stranger to Brian and his wife, I m from Utah and needed my brakes looked at.I called Brian and even though him and his wife were wanting to take the day off they met me at the shop and got my car all taken care of in just a few hours! Brian was personable and taught me about my own car. Very knowledgeable, trustworthy, friendly, and kind. I wish more people were like these store owners. Very fair prices and a job done superior to your name brand stores.

Lee Dudley s repair shop was great! I hit a large curb and bent the rear camber link, they were really kind and fixed my car in 2 days! Very reasonably priced, they also left me a thank u note in my car for letting them work on my car so thoughtful !!! Would definitely come back here for my future car services. Thank you!!!!!

Been going to Brian and his wife for about 5 years now and he is by far the best mechanic that I could ask for. Him and his wife will go out of their way to help and make you feel like family. Quick service and always fair, sometimes too fair lol. An honest mechanic is hard to find these days, thankfully Brian is. I could not have asked for a better experience; he talked through the whole process with me, went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was safe and I came away a more knowledgeable consumer and vehicle owner. Brian and his wife run a reliable, high quality shop that I feel great about bringing my car to. I will definitely be back! Do yourself a favor and go to his shop, you won t regret it :)

Brian is super knowledgeable and friendly. Diagnosed, ordered, and installed new front brake pads, rotors, and brake sensor in about 35 minutes. I'm grateful to have found a great honest mechanic for future repairs. I cannot recommend more highly.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Outstanding service. Brian was extremely helpful getting my brakes and tires looked at. Went through and did some closer looks at the rust on my car after I mentioned being from the Midwest. Brian (mechanic) is absolutely fantastic at what he does! I brought in my 2002 Lexus and within the day I brought it had fixed up and running better than I can ever remember it running. The service they give is of the highest quality, so much that I have absolutely no complaints and fully trust him with the repair and upkeep of my vehicle. The cost of the work done was more than fair, and he went above and beyond by cleaning out my headlights to make sure my car was safe and beautiful before handing it back over. There is no other mechanic shop I would recommend as much as this one. If you are looking for honesty, quality, and kind folks, then look no further than Lee Dudley's Brake & Front End!

I am beyond grateful that I found Brian and Karen they are the nicest people and Brian's work is just straight honest. Brian was able to get me in when I had to replace my brakes like ASAP I brought it in first thing in the morning and he had it ready by late afternoon he even cleaned my engine which by the way I had never seen clean. I highly recommend Lee Dudley's brake shop. God bless them for their great Service

Brian and Karen are the most helpful couple in the automotive business. Brian is my go-to car guy, and does much more than just brakes. He'll give you analysis and advice how to fix whatever problem you have with your car and recommend quality parts. They'll give you a ride while your car is in the shop and go above and beyond just the service you expect. I highly recommend his services and advice.Easily the most reliable and trustworthy mechanic in the valley

Brian and Karen took great care of me. Brian took the time to educate and show me what the issues were with my brakes. Karen dropped me off at work and a few hours later, they dropped off my car with the brakes fixed! They were kind enough to fix my low tire pressure, blow out my air filter, and even wash my car. I don't think you can expect them to do this every time. As you can expect, they certainly earned my business. I'm planning on consulting them with all of my automotive needs and will be referring everyone to this high integrity shop. I'm fortunate to have found such a quality automotive shop!

Best customer service I have received from any company ever PERIOD! Brian took the time to show me what was wrong with my car, what needed to be replaced and why. He also went above and beyond and fixed a few little minor things at no charge just because he cared about my families safety. Karen drove me home while my vehicle was being worked on and called as soon as it was ready for pickup. Very reasonable prices and quality work with honesty. You can't ask for more than that. I will only take my vehicles to this place from now on!

Came in to have my brakes fixed after hearing an awful grinding sound from the driver s side. They were able to see me right away and diagnose the problem(s) immediately. Service was fast, kind, respectful and affordable. As a young woman, I felt very safe and comfortable here too. 10/10 will definitely be coming back if I run into any more car trouble

I am a single mother of 4; I need trustworthy, reliable, and fair help. Each time I have taken my car in to Lee Dudley's, I have received quality work and Brian and Karen have gone above and beyond my expectations. My father, who worked in the automotive industry for some time, recommended them to me. He doesn't trust many technicians but speaks very highly of Brian. I have tried several other shops and this is the first time that I can say I highly recommend this automotive shop!

Brian went above and beyond my expectations. Honest and very straightforward, provided excelent service and explained in detail what it needed to be done. Price was reasonable and took care of my car right away while other shops in the area didn't even looked at it. His wife even gave me a ride to college and picked me up when the car was ready. He even powerwashed the engine comparment and did a good cleaning of all the parts without charging extra. Nice job, well done and happy customer.

Had to get my rear brakes done. Called late Tuesday afternoon. He was able to get me in first thing Wednesday . they were so nice and personable. Gave me a ride to work and even delivered my car to me when they finished. They went above and beyond. Will definitely be a loyal customer for life!!

If you need brakes, front end work, or are not sure and just need someone honest to take a look, this is the place to go. Brian and his wife know what customer service is all about and explain in detail just what is wrong, why it's wrong, and the options to fix it. Great experience here. Support local small business with reasonable rates, incredible knowledge base, and top notch customer service. Make an appointment - it's how they do business, and trust that when you show up for your appointment they will be ready for you!

Wonderful service that is so hard to come by these days! They got us in the day after we called, had my brakes done by noon, washed my car, and even delivered it to our work! Brian's expertise helped solve my Mitsubishi's problem. My car runs like new. He took time to explain exactly what he had fixed on the car, and gave excellent advice about how to keep my Eclipse on the road. Great to find people who care.

Brian Hulse (owner and mechanic) is the most honest, trustworthy, and respectful business owner i have ever met! He diagnosed my car free of charge and is helping me store my car until i can figure out arragements to pick it up, free of charge as well. He doesn't try to sell you anything you don't need and genuinely cares about his clients safety. My husband and i are officially having Brian be our go to mechanic for years to come!
