Lampe Dealer ship truly outdid themselves their custom service the greatest, felt very comfortable. Very informed. Ivan was very patient with me. He had all the answers to all of my questions. The manager was very professional and detailed, all together they provided me excellent service! I would recommend this place to my loved ones. Thank you guys for my beautiful 2024 jeep.

JR made the process so simple I have never been in and out of a dealership so quickly to make a deal. He was very good with follow up and making sure I was 100% satisfied with everything regarding my vehicle even after the purchase still following up to make sure everything was perfect. Bought a car from them, and while test driving the car the salesman told me the car had remote start, but the battery was dead. The deal I made on the car included them replacing the dead battery, addressing the parking brake light, and getting the alignment done. I left the car there after signing and arranging pickup while being told it would be first priority the next day. Next day they had no idea about the parking brake being part of the deal, they claimed they were picking the car up from the alignment shop, and I had to become stern to ensure my wife was picked up before the end of her work day at 3. They didn t pick her up until about 2:45 PM. After receiving the vehicle, I noticed it didn t have remote start and that the alignment was exactly the same as the day I test drove it. I called the dealer and they said that they would have the salesman contact me about the remote start. The salesman Alex DENIED ever mentioning remote start to a disgusting extent. I told him to check their cameras, and he said he would check them, talk to his manager, and call me back. 3 days later I had to call and he DENIED saying he d call me back. I demanded to talk to the sales manager and he went on to say that basically, due to them making a bad deal on the car that they can t afford to install the remote start regardless of their salesman informing me it had it, so I am paying for their lack of honesty and ability to make a profit. I asked if their reputation was worth remote start, and he said they can t afford to on the car. So they re reputation of worth roughly $400. I then asked to see the report for the alignment, because that s standard practice. The manager said they probably just threw it on the rack and did it there, so I asked if they lied about picking it up from a different shop, he panicked and said oh yeah, it s a Chevy and we are dodge, so our rack can t align it sounds like a lie to me. They FAILED to furnish the report, I am still waiting to hear back about what was actually done to my car.

Wow, nothing but great things to say about Lampe Dodge!!!! Our experience was awesome from our sales associate, Reggie, financing, all the other staff and even hands on owners who want the best for their customers! Sales department was great. Carmen helped us over the phone and J.R was our sales guy. Super chill low pressure. Very straight up. Mike in Finance was also great and very upfront. We didn't do business together for reasons beyond my control but the level of mutual respect and professionalism was very nice to see especially from a CDJR store. Will Def recommend this store to anyone looking.

Everyone in the service department is helpful- but they are inundated with vehicles and warranty work gets put on the back burner. Everything has to approved by main Chrysler corporation so the days of actually having "work" done on your vehicles are over. Be prepared to give up your truck for a week to get a code checker hooked up and a software update. Nice people, but this is not the place for actual service repairs.

The sales team is wonderful. I will only buy my vehicles from Lampe. The service department on the other hand is complete garbage. Not only do they just have attitude for no good reason, they have zero communication skills. I work in the same exact industry and I try so hard to communicate time expectancy as well as what has been done and what still needs to be done. I will never take my truck back there for service again. Even the manager acted like he was doing me a favor. Like I didn t pay for my service. I pay your rent!! Act like it!!

Went to Lampe not thinking that I would be leaving with a brand new car. Everyone was very helpful and not pushy at all. We all know how it can be at a dealer. Shopping at Lampe was an awesome experience I will definitely shop here again for another car. I highly recommend Lampe. My boyfriend bought his vehicle at another dealer and it wasn t a pleasant experience we both agreed that Lampe treats you more like family rather than business. Thank you everyone who helped me buy my Jeep Compass. I love it!

Had the best experience buying a Jeep at Lampe. Mario Avila and the rest of the group were very professional and made the car buying very easy. They were not pushy and will not pressure you in any way. I recommend anyone who is in search of a vehicle to give them a visit.

I had my daughter bring our 2018 RAM HD2500 Diesel (only 40,000 miles) in for service on Friday, December 9, 2022. We were given free services when we purchased the truck new. When she arrived, she was told the remainder of the free services had "expired". I could not find any expiration date on any paperwork. We had the oil changed and complete diesel fuel filter service. Apparently, the technicians don't use those cool paper floormats anymore as there was grease and oil all over the driver's side carpet and door sill plates. It doesn't look like it will come out either. I keep my truck in immaculate shape and this is how they left it (see photo). I called the service department as soon as I got my truck back, however, I was put on hold (ignore) for several minutes, then finally gave up. This was a very disappointing experience and would not recommend Lampe for service if this is how they treat their service customers, much less, those who purchased vehicles from them.

I went to this place with my husband to return our vehicle, we were very scared that we would end up with no car but everyone here was so helpful and tried their best to help us out. Robert Bankston was so nice and took his time to understand our needs, he definitely went above and beyond, he even gave us a courtesy call after a few days to ask us if we had any questions/concerns and if we were happy with our new car. We love our new Kia Optima thank you so much guys for helping us!! I highly recommend this place!!

The sales department was great but the service department is awful. They do not communicate well at all. I tried to make a appointment and they called twice and said you don t need one, so my wife went in and they said they could not do it at that time to come earlier so she went another day and was told again they couldn t do it at that time and an appointment would be best. I would not recommend the service department at this dealership. They seam to not care about the needs of their customers.

I have been calling leaving messages since five weeks to schedule an appointment for the first service for my new Grand Wagoner that I bought from this location. No one bothered to call back. I called again today and left voicemail to service department and store manager but no response. I called third time today and let front desk know my frustration and transferred my call to express lube service and there was no answer and their voicemail was full. I very disappointed with their after sales support and customer service.

My wife and I bought a car for our son. The car needed a part to cover a hole from a spoiler. The dealership promised they would order us the part. Of course they never did. We followed up with them to no avail.This dealership says what ever they need to so you buy their car. Do not trust what Lampe says. They lie.

We encountered a major issue with our jeep after having it serviced with a southern California dealership. Jim Steelman service manager, took care of everything, expedited the warranty repair, and we could not have been any happier. Absolutely a plus for this dealership. Great service and very helpful staff in the service department. I brought my car in for a recall; which took about 5 hours, but happy with the results. I highly recommend Lampe Chrysler.
