So glad I took my 2019 GMC Yukon to get my ac fixed here. They do a free inspection and are very upfront and knowledgeable. Now my Yukon is ready for summer thanks Kolben!

I came to K�lben Autohaus because my check engine light went on and Mark was able to assist me in getting my vehicle checked and serviced. The service here was amazing, Mark was very informative, put no pressure on me to service my vehicle here, and walked me through the process in a way that was easy for me to understand.my husband and I compared the quote to another local shop and K�lben Autohaus quoted us at a more reasonable and affordable price. Super happy with the service and they have become our trusted shop for our vehicles needs.

My experience at Kolben Auto Care was great. Staff was very friendly. I was searching for an auto shop to check my brakes and I came across Kolben Auto Care on Google search. Fantastic service. We finally have found a mechanic for our Mini. Kolben Auto Care has fixed everything from our rear view mirror to major mechanical issues and also fixed the AC. Came to Kolben Autohaus for issues with my vehicle, 2014 BMW 5 series. Thought it was my alternator but ended up being my gel battery which is now about 10 years old. I worked with Marc who was very kind and helpful and knowledgeable about the issues my vehicle was having. They even ran a complimentary diagnostic. Prices were reasonable. I had a fantastic experience at this shop. Came in because my headlight pigtails were completely ruined by a different shop out in Hanford. Johnathan got me sorted and I was able to return oem parts that weren t needed and save some money on the repair. Thieves of thieves do not come here if you value you hard earned money they ripped me off for $6000 and they got my car tow while test driving it s still in the impound as of today DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!! I have a open claim against them with the BAR it s been 7 months since I took the car in . Without a doubt the worst business I ve been too the owners a Marcos and jesus. In my humble opinion the are 2 money hungry people who are out to steal from there customers by any means necessary. I ve have gave them opportunity after opportunity to right the wrong but to no avail. Please people don t make the same mistake I made by going there. I suspect the reviews on here were posted by them to mislead the public. Which is what happen to me. My wife and kids have been without a car for 7 months. While they do nothing. I m taking them to court win or lose it s all good as long as people know the truth . They are incompetent misleading disrespectful to say the least. I will add photos of my car when I get it out of the impound.according to them they were test driving and it got impounded? Something smells fishy here

Excellent service and communication! Happy to have local service for our Mini, the Visalia BMW dealer recommended and was sure glad they did. Don t take your car out of town when we have good service here. Marc and staff communicate well and stuck to the timelines.
