I called them on a recommendation from someone else and they got us in right a way. We had a broken axle spring on our travel trailer. Thanks to Jeff and the crew for the excellent care they gave us. We were on the road again under two hours. Thanks again!!

On Wednesday (11/16/22) we showed up just before opening for our appointment to get an air leveling leak fixed on our 2006 Country Coach. We had made the appointment 2 weeks earlier when we first got into Visalia so the repair could be taken care of on our way out of town. We move every 2 weeks for work so it s vital we keep our equipment in good repair. The tech (Herb) was excellent. He listened to our description of the problem. Then he walked us through possible solutions & started working on the most obvious, simplest, & least expensive option first. We lucked out that no parts had to be ordered. We were on the road by 1:30 PM & the cost was quite reasonable. 160 miles away & 4 days later we do not have an air leak anymore. My wife is most happy as am I. I would recommend this shop to anyone who wants honest, skilled, & fair priced work. Just keep in mind they are very busy so if you need a problem fixed & want to improve your chances of getting on the road ASAP be sure your appointment is at opening & you are there before opening so they don t start on another project. You might have to wait for a tech to be free if you re late.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Cannot say enough good things about this place! I needed a rack&pinion replacement for my Highlander and these guys did not disappoint. They got me in asap, kept me updated on what was going on and let me know if they found other things that needed changing/replaced...made sure the cost would be doable for me (ty ), they had my car done and ready for me in two days, did great quality work, charged a fair price, and most of all.... They made the experience a pretty pleasant one considering the circumstance Lol. I will forever be their customer! Huge thank you to everyone at Gross & Stevens shop. You're all rockstars!!

I was very happy with their service! First, I called up and told them my situation. It was Monday, and I was going on vacation with my RV on Friday! They said to bring it in first thing Tuesday morning, and they will take a look. They found the problem and fixed it. I picked it up Tuesday evening!

I recently brought in a horse trailer for a bent axle and some new tires. There was a slight misunderstanding regarding the tires but they made it right, and they did so very quickly. I feel they charge fairly and I trust their expertise and their work. I've taken my car here before and have had similar positive experiences every time. A+ in my opinion.

wow wow wow! 3 awesome wows. If you want both professional people and work done, Gross&Stevens is it. Friendly and know exactly what they're doing. I didn't get name of the cashier who checked me out but any question I had she was amazing! Now and days most business don't care about how they treat customers but Gross and Stevens still does! Technicians just as friendly and professionals who did a GREAT job. They even did a minor request I asked for aside from what I was there for, for FREE. Had tires and alignment done from another place. Alignment could not be completed until repairs made. 2300 quote to repair. Gross and Stevens inspected my vehicle. Only needed upper and lower bushings. Saving me $1800. Great service, upper and lower ball joints replaced. Found another issue, part was replaced. Alignment done. Drives great. I would recommend Gross and Stevens.

If I could give this business 10 stars, I would. I have known Larry & John since they bought the business from Hack back in 1986. John and his staff were amazing. Our trip was interrupted when our 5th wheel brakes failed. Not only did they fit us into their very busy shop, but they turned our repair around super fast. Their price was more than reasonable. Their kindness way in excess of today's world. We were amazed to see a business with 13 employees who all were relaxed, confident, professional and happy to be at their job. Have taken three of my vehicles there two for wheel alignments and one for suspension bushing replacement and every time the staff is very friendly and professional. The work preformed is great and done reasonably fast. They check the vehicle before beginning any work and then give you a price quote. The price is very fair and you drive away knowing that the work is done right. I totally recommend this place of business, there professionalism, fair price and great service clearly shows why they have been in business since the 30's.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

I went to Gross and Stevens for an Allienment on my Armada. I was greeted by Jeff, he took my info and my keys. It took about 1/12 hours, he kept me posted on the progress. My son recommend them, they do have the best prices, I called several businesses and they had the best price. The staff is friendly and professional. I'd definitely recommend this business.

Traveling from WA to AZ with 32ft RV Travel Trailer I noticed heavy wear on rear axle tires. I had a bent axle (3 degrees) that needed replacing along with general maintenance (grease bearings and check brakes). Staff was very accomodating and friendly, they were refferred to me from a local tire shop (Carrolls Tire).They handled the repair quickly so I could continue my trip. Our 5th wheel came out of the hitch on a road trip and destroyed the back end of our pickup. I walk in 1 minute before closing looking for a custom setup with parts that don't cross reference. Still left there with all the parts I needed, felt like they were happy with my business, and not feeling like I had paid more then I would have if i had gone somewhere else.... Great service!
