The Goodguys staff provided excellent service. They gave an estimate very close to what they quoted me for an oil change, checked all fluids and tire rotations along with recommendations.They were not pushy but have gone to great lengths and detail on what my grandson needed for his vehicle and mine. Thank-you Goodguys for your excellent service

I have had two great experiences at GoodGuys in Visalia, and they live up to their title: Good Guys. Honestly, they supersede good to EXCELLENCE in every respect. It was such a great experience and Vince himself is one of the most genuine, helpful and knowledgeable people in the field of mechanics that I know. I don t know much about cars and my dad just tells me to figure it out GOODGUYS really were kind and caring people. Vincent, and other staff as well, was incredibly kind, patient and helped me to save 100 s of dollars by helping me to finance my purchase. I always fear in the back of my mind my car blowing out and not being able to afford to repair or being stranded when I need to be somewhere because I thought I couldn t afford to fix the various problems of my 05 Honda. GOODGUYS has not only provided me w care and a great prices. I just inherited a truck and came in on a Saturday to get tires and brakes inspected since the brake light notification is always on.. They called at closing time and said that the brakes were fine and the fluids looked good. It must be an electrical problem. I got home and removed the back wheel to see that the brakes were never touched (no marks on the rust). I opened the Master cylinder and was shocked to see black sludge about 1/4 inch thick. Took to another place and was told that my brakes were leaking and there was air getting into the lines and the pads and drums are shot. They didn't even check and sent me on my way with faulty brakes so that they could close early on a Saturday. Thanks for nothing Sam.

I came in to check my tire pressure because my light was on and the guy in the front told me I had to leave it because they were to busy but there was no one there. So I asked him just to check the air on my tires and he said yes being rude. I would not recommend this place.

I've been going there for a few years now but once they changed ownership all of my records to my two vehicles were lost or something so they had no record of me buying tires there and other things done to my vehicles but the new one on Cameroon Street it's better now

All I can say is wow for the service received here. I brought two of my vehicles in for alignments and they were both done within 40 minutes! The tech and counter person both knowledgeable and showed the before and after of the alignment adjustments. Location is convenient right off the 198 freeway. Parking is tight but there s room for what they can handle. The waiting room also small however there s a nice sitting area across the way at the coffee bar.

I purchased a set of Michelin tires off of the Tire Rack Website, and paid to have them mounted, balanced and installed here.I felt like I was an inconvenience, rather than a customer, and wasn't told that I needed to have all 4 of my wheel's aligned. Consequently my 2 back tires wore bald rather quickly... Long story short, since I was treated so poorly here, I went elsewhere and purchased 4 Continental tires, and couldn't be happier. Sorry, I won't be back! Just an F.Y.I., no one ever contacted me, but I really didn't expect anyone to, par for this place!
