This was a great experience! The ability to make an appointment online was very convenient and they checked me in right on time. Robert was at the counter and was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Their new system (started that same day) allows them to send pictures to me for any issues. It worked and helped take care of a problem that I didn't know I had!Great job by Robert, the technicians in the back, and Firestone! I'll be returning. . .!

Roberto is so amazing. He guided me on my tire purchase and really listened to my concerns about saving money on the purchase. He was very knowledgeable and super friendly. The only thing missing at the store is coffee for the waiting customers. Otherwise my appt was exceptional.

They wrote me up a few years ago for a slew of thing. Other mechanics said my car is fineNow a few weeks ago I went in for an oil change..my auto NEVER HAD A LEAK NOW IT DOES. THATS A FACT . READY TO SUE THEM..I skipped other horrible experiences with them and what other people have told me.

Waited over 3.5 hours for two tires to be installed. When complete I noticed they installed the wrong tires of cheaper quality.I do not reccomend. Go somewhere else. Company does not print your receipt.

My 74 year old mom needed her a/c checked which we had appointment for. There was absolutely no where for customers to park besides behind the building. All of the side spots and front spots were taken. More cars than people waiting. I asked the worker and he was nasty with me about it. He basically shushed me. My mom is in the store now. I have no idea how long its gonna take her to get her car signed in but I now don't want to go into the business and have to look at that man again. I will not be coming back and neither will my large extended family. My mom is handicapped nut hasnt had the time to get new plates because they were crunched in an accident.

I waited until I had multiple experiences with Firestone before reviewing. Took one of my cars in to them in July for a full inspection, some chassis/suspension work, alignment, tire balance, rotation and oil change. Their customer service was on point and I felt like they actually listened when I told them what I'd like them to focus on during the inspection. First visit was no where near as expensive as other auto shops would have charged for the work I asked to be done on the car. Dont get me wrong, I still paid a bit but I definitely didn't get bamboozled. Second visit was for my AC in the same car. I let them know I noticed my compressor wasn't engaging and that im expecting the worst, the technician who helped me kept a superbly positive attitude and told me it might not be that bad and that they would let me know how the ac inspection turned out. 30 min after I dropped it off they called me to tell me what the problem was which happened to not be as bad as I thought , thank you kind technician whos name I didn't get. Both visits were completed same day, with no problems of them trying to do more work than I asked for to try to get more money. Quality work! Quality customer service! Will be bringing my other car to them for all my car needs. Thanks Firestone for making a life long customer.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Air conditioning, Oil change

So after trying to purchase tires once already, and being told that they can t get those tires anymore, but have the more expensive ones , we then scheduled an appointment 5 days out and picked the next level up in price. Upon getting to our appointment, which we rearranged our schedule specifically for, the guy at the desk says, that they now don t have that size of tire in stock, and recommend the next price level up, but wouldn t tell us after being asked a couple of times, how much more expensive this new and now third price raise of tires would cost! I mean come on, SERIOUSLY? This was a total con job and an utter waste of time. You had 5 days to get our tires, and not only didn t, but tried to slip even more expensive tires under our noses on the sly! If I could have given this place 0 Stars, I would have! Watch out if you re going to do business with this place! We went to Carrols Tire Warehouse, and had the best experience ever, with much better prices as well! A much better experience!!!!

Tire installation for my own car and tire replacement for my other car. I like their receptionist Grace she s so nice and very welcoming! She s also quick and she tries to do her best to give the best customer service to the customers. So from my experience from going here for many years, the service and the turnaround of the vehicle gotten better this time. We will definitely come back here as long as service is goodServices: Tires, Wheel alignment

Took my car in on a Sunday to get the coils replaced they said they had to order them and my car wouldn't be done until the following day. They called me on Tuesday and said it was ready.I pick up my car during the evening went straight home and the next morning I noticed a big crack at the bottom of my front windshield. I called Firestone on Wednesday morning they had me bring it in for pictures said they would submit to claims department and never got back to me about updates, horrible service. No calls back from claims department or Firestone they completely ignored the situation and brushed it under the rug. I've never experienced this from a shop before.

Been wanting to input my experience with firestone for awhile but haven't had the chance to and thought I should leave my experience. My husband and I took our car here in September to fix our AC. They quote us for almost 2k and now the ac is blowing hot air for about 10 minutes or so! Whoever fixed our car did something wrong that it also made our car sounded like something was loose underneath! It was making a rattling sound. Also, whoever made a notation in file that I was upset and you guys would offer to put in a new condenser. Um we paid almost 2k out of pocket and first of all because you guys said it'll be done within this time and a guy said they will check to see when it'll be done but never bothered to get back to us. I didnt even throw a fit at any of the employee telling them im upset because ive waited all day so dont be assuming. The work you guys performed on our vehicle should get resolved because you guys were the one who put a new condenser.

Thank you Josh and the team there at the shop. Josh was very customer service oriented and got my car in to have a break inspection completed. Had this wheel for not even a week. Scrap metal from a construction road popped it. Cheap as hell warranty. Don t come here. Scummy type of people who make things sound nice but give you the minimum

I made appointment and was greeted upon arrival. I've been using them for years. Great reliable service always with an explanation for what's being done and why. They don't do transmissions but recommended an outstanding shop to service that. Very happy again.

About a year ago I bought some new tires for my car. I also had an assignment done because my car was pulling to the right while driving. They offered me and option of two alignment plans: a one year and a lifetime. I wish I had chosen the latter since I had my shocks and struts replaced, and it had been over a year. This time I went with the lifetime package. My tires were with every penny and were made in the USA! I get my tires rotated and alignment done for free and now with my purchase. Justin and the rest of the guys will take good care of you and don't make you feel less than simply because you don't speak mechanic. I highly recommend coming here.

I took my vehicle about 6 months ago for a tire rotation and tire balance with alignment. I was waiting with an APPOINTMENT for 4 hours to my suprise my vehicle was still shaking after the "balance" turns out they did not do it! Not only that they didnt rotate my tires either. I took my truck to a shop in visalia called BIG BOYZ GARAGE because i needed nee tire since they cupped out from the "balance"....my tires where so bad they checked to see how the balance was and they where off by more than 5 ounces! When they checked my alignment ALL the numbers where off! They did not align my vehicle right. I will never go back to firestone even if i have a LIFETIME alignment i prefer to pay that at Big Boyz every time i need one than having firestone HALFASS their job.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

we stopped here after getting a flat while on a road trip, we needed all 4 tires replaced and needed to get back on the road as quickly as possible. Robert was not only extremely helpful but he was kind and understanding of our situation. everyone here is professional and helpful, we were back on the road in no time and we are very happy with our service!

Kudos to excellent customer attention from the management team and the fast service from their crew. I had a flat tire while on vacation, needed a quick repair to be able to go to Sequoia NP and back to Las Vegas, and they took care, from speaking to the rental company and ordering the new tire. 7/16/21

I take both of my vehicles to Firestone Visalia for various services, and every single time, I get great service! The team members are friendly, fair, and professional. They have a variety of coupons online as well. I always get a fast appointment, and they fix the problems fast and accurately. Thank you!

Made an appointment for an alignment. They told me it would be 1.5 hours so I made sure my wife came with to pick me up. He called in exactly 1.5 hours and said it was done. Checked all fluids and belts. Checked tire pressure. Even quoted me on some front end work it needed but did not pressure me at all. I will definitely return for future needs.

The first time I took my car there to replace coolant reservoir the kept my car for 3 days then after I picked it up and drove it a few blocks it started smoking. I took it back and they charged me an additional $600 to get it fixed and running after spending over $400 the first time. The second time I went to get my left rear turn signal bulb changed and ended up getting over $200 worth of work done five hours later (they said it would be 1-1 1/2 hours). They said it was ready I arrived to pick it up and the rear hatch was open in the parking lot unsupervised with the keys just laying in the rear of the suv in plain sight for anyone walking by to take my keys and drive off with my truck and the bulb was not changed so I ended up leaving without the service I actually came for. So glad my husband had not dropped the other vehicle yet we won t be using them again
