Bought 4 new tires here. They installed all and told me on 1 tire a stud broke and lied about it saying they didn t do it and it was the previous installer. I drove off and the whole car felt weird like the tires were going to fall off. I took it for what it is and tried to fix the stud to find out that the rest of them were cross threaded. I called them back to confront them and they still lied about it even when I told him I over heard him and their tech talking about cross threading the lug nuts. They didn t want to take responsibility or pay for the mistake that they did. I had to call their corporate to get the problem fix and even now my car still does not drive smoothly. Highly recommend to stay away from this place.

I would like to say that the mechanics look professional, are polite, and helpful. Once my car gets the service is always reliable; HOWEVER, they may overbooked appointments because every time I go there they say 2 hours and I ended up taking my car after 4 hours. It is disappointing, if I say I can not longer wait they say it's fine take it with not apology. I am seriously considering taking my car somewhere else.

I came in the other day for a new tire and an oil change before I left my car there I had money in my glove box once my car was ready for pick up I looked in my glove box to grab the money to use and the money was gone. There should have been no reason for my glove box to have been opened or my stuff been snooped through especially because what I needed didn t require anyone looking at my things. I was very upset and disappointed. Won t come back here again.*Update*The store manager Andrew gave me a call to get this problem resolved he was very nice and understanding and I appreciated that he took the time out of his day to help me out. Thank you Andrew.

On a Friday! Overall a relief experience. I want to thank Andrew the Manager and Assistant. They both were kind and friendly. I took my Jeep for brakes inspection. I ended up needing a full tire package with brakes, rotors, shocks and fluids. At first I was in disbelief because my tires didn't look worn out but Andrew showed me the damages, got to say I'm thankful. I could have had an accident from the detiriation wear of the tire. Yes! I paid a price not expected but that's what comes with maintenance of a car. The PSI sensor was still showing low tire pressure for having a new set of tires which is normal it resets after 20 mins or driving for a couple miles. Drove off. By Monday the sensor was still on and came back and Ruben was so nice and friendly he reset and worked. Happy to say Ruben explained why it is important to have an alignment twice a year. Thank you guys I appreciate your service.

Estimated time isn t accurate and not giving customer heads up it take ls more than the time they it will be done also there s politics there, if you know someone easy to come in and out quicker. I ve seen it without appointment!

Tried to scam me. They told me my shocks were bottomed out and my struts were leaking. Took it to a normal mechanic, and they determined my car was fine and both of those were not true. I took it to a normal mechanic because I was suspicious that my car was driving perfectly fine. No abnormal shaking or bouncing like crazy when I go over bumps. I gave it time to see if these issues presented themselves, they did not.I had been coming here for years, so I am extremely disappointed and questioning every time they told me something was wrong with my car. The difference is I used to have a car with real problems they could diagnose. I now have a newer car with no real issues.

Well to begin with, I ve gone there for many tires in the past and they have always been great with deals for tires. I went again yesterday for a new set of tires and had one tpms sensor in my hand because I replaced the air stem and asked them to put it on for me. Then I get a call saying that I was missing a sensor in one of my wheels. So I told them to put it on the way it was because I previously didn t have my tire pressure light on so it would continue to work the same as before right ? Well when I got the car back the light was on and I asked them to explain to me how that was possible and they said it s not possible for the light to be off with a sensor missing. I told them I know that, that s why it makes no sense what you are telling me . They just said sorry there s nothing we can do. I know for a fact that they broke it and didn t want to confess to it. So be careful and be there if possible. Just sounds and little suspicious now that a have a new manager there. Hope to help some else down the road that s all.

Andrew was very helpful throughout my transaction with them. He helped me with my appointment, with ordering the tires that I wanted from the warehouse to their store, and assisting me with my financing application. I appreciate all the hardwork of their mechanics, of course, for making sure I get to drive my car on time. Thank you!

The service was good I have never a problem with their customer service or the services that are performed. Today I dropped my truck off for an oil change they fell behind soI picked it up later then usually which wouldn t have been a problem but my truck was parked out front with the windows left down in the rain. The gentlemen working the front counter was kind enough to help me dry off the door panels we couldn t really do much about the seats but I hopeIt doesn t cause any issues with my truck going forward.

Have been a loyal customer of Discount tire for a number of years, I have three vehicles and they have been my go to auto store .. but no more! Took out Ford focus in for a brake job, they did the work which required removing the hubcaps and wheels, a week after picking it up we noticed one of the hubcaps was missing, obviously it wasn t installed correctly and came off at some point, went back to discount tire and told them the problem assuming they would get a replacement, was I wrong, they said we had to have proof that it had 4 hubcaps when we brought the car in . Found that replay totally unacceptable. I have to replace the tires on my 2018 Mustang GT, their high performance and expensive, I m looking for a new tire dealer and will NEVER go back to discount tiresUpdating my review,after posting my original review I was contacted by Ruben from Discount Tire, he reached out to us to correct our issue over the missing hubcap, after meeting with him he reached out and bought a full set of hubcaps for us, I have to say that he bent over backwards to correct the issue we had, thank you Ruben

Took my car in for an oil change today. Ruben was incredibly kind, pleasant, and professional! As well as the other gentleman I encountered (didn t catch his name)..My oil change was completed in about an hour and a half. The experience was great from start to finish. Best experience I ve had at a tire shop yet. I ve been to a few where staff is not too pleasant lol. So glad I came here and will be sending all my friends and family here as well.

Went in on a flat thought how lucky that it blew out near a tire shop. Guy in the front said it d be a hour and a half that I might want someone to pick me up. Then after I chose to do a buy one get one for the tire he said shouldn t be long you ll be next. While waiting all I hear is them calling people asking for the key to their wheels that they can t get it off. Probably like 5 people he called. 3 hours later they are barely getting my car in. Meanwhile I m hearing them calling over 4 different customers to let them know they could not fix or figure out what the problem is with their car. The guy tells me he s going to put the two new tires in the front and the older in the back. He said the flat tire signs on but after a little driving it ll go off. I told him you have to reset the sensor it needs a relearn but he insisted it ll go off after a little driving. I drove to Selma and of course the sensors on. Then I realized they never rotated the tires. One new one in the front and one new one in the back.

I received excellent care and service when I came in for new tires. Rueben was very helpful, proffessional and kind. The prices were far better than I expected, and I didn't have to wait very long.Shout out to the rest of the team who worked on my car, you are all greatly appreciated!

I've always had a good experience with Discount Tire! They're thorough and had my 4 wheel balance and alignment done on time, and as quoted! I wasn't upsold anything and I even got to catch part of a movie in the waiting area! Also sharing the parking lot with In and Out Burger is a bonus for lunch!

Ruben is awesome. I called to inquire on pricing of tires on the Fourth of July, he was very professional and informative. As luck would have it I picked up a big fat screw this morning and I was lucky enough to find Ruben working. He was quick to get my tires replaced without an appointment so I could get back on the road and get to work before lunch! Plus, he said I qualified for the 4 free Island Waterpark tickets! Ruben s review is unchanged. What has changed is that I ended up with a broken tire sensor and a ruined wheel bearing (same tire). Also, after I left the store, I had to go back because the tech had replace my air filter cover incorrectly and my car warning system was flashing to pull over immediately. Ruben had me go back and he fixed it and so I attributed it to everyone can make mistakes but now I have lost all faith in discount tire. I was encouraged to go back and ask them to fix my broken sensor but I can t even trust them to do a simple tire change, I won t let them ever touch my car again.

I took my car in expecting that it needed a new alternator and possibly more, because I have realized, that my car's become my new money pit. The previous day, I had been left stranded in the middle of a very hectic intersection and had to have my car towed there the following day. I assumed this would take two or three days - they told me they would call me within an hour, maybe an hour and a half. I barely walked into my house and they called and let me know the car was ready. This was 15 minutes later, when they called to let me know, that when my new battery, that I just had gotten installed from another company, one of the connections had been put on too tight, causing a crack in that battery - even though I had not gotten my new battery there, because I was a regular/returning customer of theirs, they took care of the problem for me, in record time of 15 minutes, and there was no charge. I had heat stroke from being stranded the day before with this car, I was very distraught, expecting the worst, it was such a blessing, that I chose to go back to Discount Tires, to service my car. I recommend these guys from the bottom of my heart, you can trust that they will do a good job for you and your family. My car runs great! Thanks to both Andrews, that helped me - you guys are amazing and did a wonderful job for me, God Bless and thank you!Carla Boyer

Staff was friendly. But, I waited there for 3 hours for oil change, and I had made an appointment a week ago. Apparently, they were overbooked.They also forgot to put up the mileage sticker. I had to go back again....---so when I went back, they gave me a card and told me that they want to make it right. I'll go back again!

I needed an alignment after getting my tires replaced (elsewhere). They scheduled an appointment that worked for me, they respected my time and got me checked in right away when I arrived. My appointment took about an hour total and everything was great.

I got a nail in one of my tires and it was bad enough that it couldn t be patched, so I had to get new tires. I decided to get four new tires since it had been a while since I got new tires. I called Discount Tire Center and made an appointment to get four new tires put on my car. The price they quoted me was competitive and affordable ($400 for all four tires, installation, etc.) and they even threw in four tickets to the local water park! The tire installation took about an hour and everyone was very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this store!
