I understand the lines are long! I get it, but you employees don't realize how great you have it! next time learn to be polite to people who pay fees to shop there!!!!! I'm not going to drop names. You get paid well ! treat people better

Good product, nice workers, reliable. Nice kept facilities, clean isles, and great food.It is expected to be crowded. Not a bothersome, just plan accordingly for parking, shopping, and lines.Remember to be patient and courteous to those around you, especially the workers!

This store cares nothing about their customers or employees! Shame on you Costco! All they care about is sales. Manager Brian has zero communication skills. It isn t right going to this store feeling unwelcome when this manager has an attitude! Get your act together Costco!

Costco is Costco. Watch for cars when walking to and from store and watch for people standing in the middle of the isle or suddenly stopping inside the store. Staff is friendly and what food they do serve is good and inexpensive. The staple items are usually available but their inventory changes on the regular. I suggest looking around the store when there instead of simply making the same Costco run for the same items every time you go. You never know what s new there if you don t pay attention. ***They accept EBT Cards and fortunately you don t need a membership to utilize their pharmacy.

Always clean, always professional. Only thing that bothers me is the people leaving their trash in the shopping carts. How hard is it to clean your cart. I get that the employees clean the carts but damn there are some dirty people out there. I can just imagine how their house looks. Be better people

Sylvia working in the clothing area is rude af walked up to my mother, daughter and I with attitude "you're looking for a size" like no bee I'm looking the bottom fun she proceeded to stand over us making us ver uncomfortable and told us "most large are gone" and stood there just staring we accidentally knocked over clothes because she got super close and wouldn't let us shop in peace. Horrible customer service. Sylvia if you don't like folding clothes as for a department change. Your attitude I'd not needed also my mom is battle cancer which is why she accidentally knocked over the clothes which we picked up BTW no matter where I go I always fix things after looking through them Sylvia just didn't give us a chance she was hovering over us and started folding the clothes even though we were still looking yes I found the size I needed hidden at the bottom.

Terrible, employee manning the return wouldn't accept our return of the carnitas pulled pork because "it is too old" and is "against Costco policy to return perishable items." I literally had the reciept that said i bought the item 30 mins before at a different Costco, but I just wanted to return because I found the box of Birria meat at this location. Also, if I am right, Costco accepts close to all returns, and I know perishables are accepted because I have once returned a bag of hot dog buns after a coworker and I accidentally both brought some to an office party. I understand this isn't a gigantic deal but I don't appreciate being lied to.

We walked in through the EXIT to pick up our new membership cards. "JD" hmmm... or "JR"? welcomed us with a huge grin & some humor. He got us going, gave us some important info and took our mug shots. It's nice to be received in a nice way on such a busy shopping day. We'll definitely remember him and his welcoming grin on our future visits.

Its a Costco. They have alot of stuff. Personally I use prime alot more but they are a Good deal on dog food and we scored a pretty good full size freezer for much cheaper than the competitors

Everyone is friendly even the manager Rita is very nice with customers. EXCEPT SUPERVISOR DAVID.. who would hire him to begin with? Smh, he has literally no people skills, doesn t explain anything just turns people down. Like does he know anything? I feel sorry for the workers with such poor supervision like David. Other upper management is awesome. I m surprised he hasn t caught on to good mentality. He seems like he doesn t like to work there. No people skills. How in the world did they make him supervisor. Something needs to be done. I never write reviews but I had to make an account just to let this be known. I hope COSTCO makes a change in his role. Put him in the back or something.

Do better Costco there was an employee smiling and giving out flyers to everyone and when she saw us that smile disappeared didn t give us a flyer didn t even look at our recipe gave us the dirtiest look ever. She judged us because our race it s 2023 let s do better.

The selection is okay. The employees are very uneducated so they over complicate their simple job as a human scanner. Rich the manager is just as uneducated. It s the foolish leading the foolish. The staff needs better management. Also where are the black employees?

Laura the manager and her team of incompetent employees need to all be on one page about memberships. Customer is always right and that doesn t seem to be the case with Laura, horrible customer service, Sam s club might earn a new member!!

Excellent attention and service in optics departmentI went to the optics department to buy my contact lenses two weeks ago with my medical test from Mexico. Then, Asia, the girl who attended this department, helped with all the things and questions that I had. She was patient and tried to resolve the situation with kindness. She spoken to me in Spanish all the time, and I could understand all.Finally, I could buy my contact lenses with the graduation that I need. Now, I am enjoying my contact lenses.

Today we braved the long line at Costco (the Monday preceding Thanksgiving). We were there before the doors opened knowing what was to come. Half hour later, cart piled full, my husband reached for his Visa/Costco card and realized it was missing. Anyone who has lost or mislaid their credit card knows how that feels. Virgil and Belen were the team at our check stand. They were amazing. They temporarily closed the line and helped us check to see if it had been turned in. When I apologized for slowing things down on such a busy day Belen told me not to stress, that all would work out. We didn t find the card, used an alternate, but witnessed some of the most incredible customer service ever! Thank you Virgil and Belen for making a difficult situation better. Thanks Costco for hiring such awesome individuals.

Costco is a one-stop shop. Costco has everything you need. Clothes and shoes for the entire family. Home goods, furniture, auto shop, optical department, a small cafe while you shop, appliances, etc. You can tell that this is one of my favorite places to shop. It can be yours too.

Aaron is extremely rude. We have never been spoken to nor treated the way Aaron treated me and my husband today at the checkout line. We will not return to this Costco. Very disappointing.

Did some maintenance tree work. Wanted to grab a bite was craving a hot dog for lunch. Was not allowed to go purchase food because I was not a member. That was from the manager. Can not believe it. I know he is doing his job.

I am deeply disappointed with the customer service provided by Mariaelena on checkout. Despite a genuine mistake on our part initially using a Amex card, which we immediately apologized for, her response was nothing short of rude and unprofessional. The eye-rolling and sarcastic remark we did like 10 years ago implying that our type of error was outdated and trivial, was both unnecessary and dismissive. It's clear why her service line was the shortest; such an attitude does not invite repeat business. Her approach is sorely lacking and does not meet the basic standards of courtesy and respect. A significant improvement is needed if she is to provide the level of service that customers deserve. Love Costco though :)
