Chads was amazing! They got us in within 24 hours, and the price was the best in the area! They were very quick with the replacement of our windshield and professional. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Chad and his crew were really nice, did great work, and were quick to respond when it came to making an appointment. They even wiped off my dash and fixed my review mirror without being asked to. Highly recommend!!

Where do I begin? I have alot of nice things to say about Chad's.He is always quick to answer you and get you scheduled no matter how quick you need it or are in a bind. When they do get there, they usually switch out your glass in a matter of minutes and get you back on the road.There rates are always competitive compared to Safelite or Glass Doctor.Never had a horrible experience with them.

I definitely recommend Chad's window repair. We communicated by text which I absolutely liked, it made the process as fast and easy to get a quote and schedule. They are the least expensive in the area! Thank you

Chad is amazing! This is my second time requesting his services and he gets me in immediately. He has replaced my windshield twice as I commute to work and rocks keep splitting my windshield :-( he works with my schedule, comes to me, and does the windshield so amazingly I will use his services forever! I know it will happen again because I still commute to work LOL he will always have my business his prices are also reasonable and he is a down to earth awesome person! Thank you Chad!

Talk about fast, professional service! My phone call was answered on my first try. I was given a price within five minutes and was offered same day service.By the way I appreciate the text communication option!I have a jeep wrangler, Rubicon that needed a windshield replaced. I was given the option to get the windshield with the logo, or without.They came to my home when they said they would (along with a 10 min eta update), I had minimal contact with them because I was busy, and the whole service (removal and replace) took less than 30 minutes maybe 15 not sure. There is an option to pay electronically I believe.I am very happy, and I do recommend this business!Services: Installation, Auto windshield replacement

I won't ever use this place again, called them out to replace shattered back window on my car. I had no glass inside my car cause my tint held it together till Chad's come out and busted my back window letting glass go all over the inside on my leather seats and car. I've call them back out to place moldings and back break light in correct place and to vacuum glass out. Well the guy informed me that I will need to have it detailed to get all the glass out cause that can't get it all... Cheap but they are costing me more now to have detailed and to have scratches fixed on back seat headrest!! I don't recommend them to anyone they are irresponsible sloppy and and rude!! A bunch of liers work here.

Contacted Chad's just before 5pm one day, they were able to come to my home and replace my car window by 1pm the next day. Easy, convenient, hassle-free. Wow, now that was convenient! They were in and out in less than 30 minutes. The appointment and the scheduled time was literally two phone calls and a text message. Great guys, great business!I will definitely use Chad s again.

Had my 1971 vw bus restored.Chad and victor were on top of it.They did exactly what I ask for and even did more for the same price. "Who does that anymore ?"Thank you so much Chad's glass.I know i have the coolest bus around

This place is amazing. These guys were so fast, I don't even know how they did it. My entire front windshield shield was shattered so I called for a quote to see how much it would be to replace- AMAZING price and Chad told me to just give him a call the day before so he could set it up. Chad s is one of the few businesses who is truly honest and transparent. They are very knowledgeable especially with new Toyota s driving safety technology. They came out to my house and replaced my car s windshield fast and professionally. I called a national company and they wanted me to bring my car in two weeks later. I called the Ford Dealer and they recommended Chad's. Chad came out 3 days later and had it fixed in 15-20 minutes. I called on Wednesday for a quote and my windshield was replaced Thursday afternoon. They were quick, friendly and professional! My windshield was fixed in less than 20 mins. The price was good, but when they make a mistake they do not own up to it or will they fix the problem. I had my windshield replaced by them because of the price and that part was good. The problem is now, I have a leak entering the vehicle which I never had before until they replaced the windshield and they basically said that was not their doing. Since I have own this vehicle I never had an issue with that until the windshield got replaced. If your looking for a good deal, go for it but beware if problem occur afterwards they will not fix it.

Apparently there form of communication is texting. Soooooo unprofessional I wont even use them now. I dont have time to sit around and wait for them to respond. They work for the consumer there for the consumer shouldnt be waiting for them to get back to them. They should be ready to take calls with professionalism. I have an expensive window to fix but I wont waste my dollar if they cannot connect directly with the customer

Brads is the best place I have ever been for customer service, Larissa was so kind and made me feel super comfortable while my car window was being fixed. It took no more than 20 minutes to get my car back. Also the staff leaves extra money for the vending machine so you can help yourself to anything to eat or drink while you re waiting for free of charge . I highly recommend them & customer service wise Larissa you went above and beyond. I wouldn t have mind staying longer in there comfy waiting area , my window is working great for a price you can t beat. Service: Auto side window replacement
