I went there because there seems to be a shortage of working air nozzles at local gas stations. Carroll's Tire Warehouse went above and beyond by taking care of two vehicles for me right away! Fernando was very helpful, courteous, and professional as he quickly took care of both vehicles I brought in to be looked at today. Great staff there at Carroll's'!

Was on a test drive from a neighbor car lot and got a flat tire, Fernando provided excellent customer service and filled our flat tire so we can make it back to the car lot. I will be going back! you got a new customer. Thank you Fernando !

Went in for front brakes. They ended up keeping my vehicle for over 24 hours. If you drive a company vehicle, I don't recommend this place. They will try and authorize all kinds of other work on your vehicle without asking you first. I live a hour from this place. It was a big hassle trying to find a ride home and a ride back to work the next day. A simple call from them before trying to perform the work could of avoided all that. I could of plan to come back in when they had all the parts in stock.

Love this Place! I am the used Tire Queen over there! Ever since I started using carrolls my used Tires Last so much longer!! Mike & Jerry are the Greatest Guys that work the Front desk. The crew in the garage are wicked Incredible! Love you guys!!

If you re looking for a friendly, honest shop this is it!! I m a female and finding a decent and honest auto shop is hard to come by. I drove around downtown Visalia looking for a place where they could remove a nail from one of my tires. After one auto shop denied me because they were too busy, I happened to drive around and found Carrolls Tire so I decided to give them a try. I m so glad I did, not only did they take out the nail from my tire but they mentioned it had not punctured all the way through and no other repair was needed. They aired up all my tires and said I m good to go, no charge what?! really?!! WOW!!! I was so grateful and they now have a new customer because I will definitely be going back for any of my auto service needs. Thank you Carroll s! You can t find service like that anymore.

After getting screwed over and having our time totally wasted by Firestone , we called the Visalia location and spoke to Jerry. He had the tires in stock and had them installed in a couple of hours! No BS, just great customer service and good prices! We called more than a couple of other places in town, but all of them had no damn stock, or the prices were so ridiculous, that it was not even a possibility! If you want great tires for a great price and most importantly NO BS, go to Carrols Visalia location and ask for Jerry! We re sure glad we did!

Had to update my review from years ago.But THANK you Jerry and your wonderful technicians! My alignment was excellent and I was super happy with the service and time. I called ahead and asked regarding an apt but they were able to accommodate me for today after work I was there by 3:15 and out by 4pm. 10/10 would recommend by far the friendliest and most professional service out there. Thank you Visalia Carroll s Tires will be going there for now on!!

I've lost track of how many times I've been here over the years, but every experience has been amazing. I've brought multiple vehicles for both repairs and replacements, and the quality of work is always amazing. Service is fast, and the people are always incredibly friendly.

Called absolutely everywhere and these guys really took the time to break down all the info over the phone, that alone spoke volumes of the customer service. I spoke to Mike and Jerry and both were super helpful. Ultimately like the price and couldn't beat the customer service. Really appreciate what they do here

I've lived in Visalia all my life and I've never been here until one day I ran over a glass bottle near this store. My tire light turned on so I pulled in. The customer service was great and they took care of me quick and they made the process easy. It came out to be that my tire just needed air. They inspected my tires and put air in them at no charge. Although I wouldn't have minded paying for the service and the free inspection is not why I write this review. I write this because the the customer service was great. I came in contact with three employees and everyone was polite, attentive, and courteous. From my experience tire shops are all in competition and pretty much they all say they'll beat anyone's price. I chose tire places for their customer service and if they provide other services i.e. oil changes, or mechanical work, etc. I like the ease of being able to be a one drop shop. For my next tire need I will be checking them out.

A great shop for your tire needs. Jerry and the crew have reasonable rates and are very transparent with their pricing. This is my second time going to them for an AWD alignment on two different vehicles and each time I've walked out of there a happy customer!

I had the great experience with Michael. He has great communication and customer service skills. He did not try to sell me tires instead, he help me fix mine. I'm telling you what.... that will be my next place that I will definitely, greatly buy my tires from.

I went to get my tires changed today and I was very pleased with the job. It took longer than expected, but it was worth it. Michael was extremely helpful and nice. I recommend Carroll's Tire Warehouse .

I was told my Chevy Silverado needed breaks by dealer ship so I needed a second opinion from carrals wheels warehouse they were honest to let me no that my breaks were still good .

I go to Carroll's Tire's for all my tire needs. I just ordered a full set of tires for my one ton dually. I brought my truck in everything was done with no muss or fuss. Moving into the future I will bring this vehical in for rotations, inspections etc. I expect to get a good 10 years out of these tires as a result of their service. Competitive pricing. JV.

Went here with my brother to get his truck aligned . My brother was pleased. The service was e received was excellent. The technician who worked on his truck was really knowledgeable and the wait time during the time to get his truck dialed in was short.

I am very impressed with the service I received today. It was amazing how easy it was to get credit set up appt and get my new tires. Customer service was excellent. Will defeintly recommend.

Always a great experience. Have been getting tires here for many years on multiple vehicles,rv's,and various trailers. Would not go anywhere else.Friendly and knowledgable staff who aren't always trying to upsell you.
